All round 100%, best breakfast in Vietnam!!! Only 1 small thing, the carpets outside the room smelt.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk as well as in the restaurant. It's a reasonably priced hotel that has comfortable rooms for visitors to relax and unwind.
