للاسف تعامل سيئ: تم حجز غرفتين ٣ ليالي وتأخرنا في الحضور عدة ساعات بسبب التأخر في اداء العمره وعندما وصلنا الفندق ابلغونا بالغاء الحجز وحسم كامل مبلغ فترة الحجز للايام الثلاثة للغرفتين. ولم يعيدوا شيئا من المبلغ ورفضوا اعطاء غرف بديله الا برسوم جديده
