Big neon sign advertising free breakfast... No breakfast or even coffee. No coffee in the room., no ice.. Room very beat up.

Absolutely terrible!!!! I’m 7 months pregnant and I paid for a room on the 1st floor. When I arrived all the had was a room 2 flights of stairs up with no elevators. Also the “breakfast help quit there’s no breakfast” the front desk lady said. I’m a diabetic and no breakfast means I have to get up by 6 am to run to a store or restaurant to ensure my blood sugar doesn’t fall. And there is a 2 inch gap from the floor to the bottom of the door misquotes have bitten me over 50 times. I have large red whelps all over my body there’s black mold seeping through the wall!! And I call hotels.com customer service and he tells me that If I want to find another Hotel I can but it would beat my expense!!!!!!

Older hotel and it shows. Paint was peeling on ceiling in room. Limited plugs for devices. Ice machine was broken. The good... larger LED TV, small refrigerator (though old), and small microwave. It also is just over the border into Arkansas and real close and easy access to I-40 with Love's truck stop close by. Also they do long term rental of rooms besides the nightly guests.

Room stank and overall could have been better

Room was not cleaned properly bathtub and toilet very nasty Check in was not in hospitality manner " no hi how are you " just told room number and have key Dogs constantly barking outside door this place really needs more honest reviews and no fake ones posted

The beds were dirty

You get what you pay for. Wifi connect was horrible. Toilet bowl not clean. Tub not clean. Pretty decent stay.

Super clean rooms

It was supposed to be a non smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes had to get my fabric refresher spray and spray it in the room. Mattress sucked. Pillows inside pillowcases were stained. The bedspread had stains on them. Just a nasty room. Oh didn’t even take a shower in that place because the bathtub was dirty. Never stay here again!!

This place is terrible. Walked in to our “non-smoking” room that was clearly smoked in a lot, the smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling with exposed wiring. There was mold in the bathroom as well as cracks/hole in the ceiling. The sheets were stained and there was dust and dirt caked around doorways and the beds. Do not stay here. They also will not refund you. We were in the room for 45 minutes and they refused to refund us.

Dirty room and bathroom. Mold on the ceiling. Filthy floors, appliances, countertops and refrigerators.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Weve stayed here numerous times and the rooms are always clean. Safe and quiet. Never had any problems. Everytime we come to West Memphis, this is where we will stay. Excellent prices!!!!

I didn't like anything about it. The room was traumatic. I will never forget about the amount of burgers in the room. It was like a nose exploded. I could not use refrigerator because I thought I might get a disease from the door. The shower has never been cleaned since the hotel was build. You would blade and scrape off the scum. I know it sounds disgusting but that was literally how it was.

Construction going on next door. All day,all night. They were playing loud music the whole time.

It was horrible mold everywhere, moist smell in the rooms, changed rooms twice and still both nasty and not a king size bed that I booked but instead I was given double queen size beds.

I booked a king but Didn't get a king

Our first night there we actually had to go back to our truck for an extension cord, because the only bed convenient power socket in the room was controlled by the door light switch. I use a CPAP and without an extension cord would have had to sleep with the light on. Had to move the desk to have access to an outlet for my computer. On the way out ended up needing an extra night. Was told on the phone by day shift it would not be an issue to ask when I got there, the person on night shift said I needed to change the reservation but it was too late to have done it online. So there was a hassle but finally got it handled.

I stayed in room 130. Before booking the hotel i had read the reviews and i saw they were mixed for the hotel and i didnt know what to expect. The area (West Memphis) is also an area i try to avoid but the rate on the room through expedia was just too good to turn down (I paid $48 total.) So i booked the room. Check in was quick. I was surprised i didnt have to show my credit card. I had called and checked in advance and i was told since i booked online all i had to show was my id. Good deal. THE ROOM.. Room 130 is on the back. When i walked in i was surprised to see a room nicer than i imagined. The bed looked super comfortable with a beautiful white comforter. The room had adequate lighting and came with a fridge and a wall tv. It had new flooring and ac. It had modern fixtures. The room was exceptionally clean including the restroom. The only negative s were the dated entertainment center and low to the ground toilet. I HELD MY BREATH WAITING FOR THE CREEPY CRAWLIES.. (Because if i had of seen anything that looked like a roach or bedbug i was out) But fortunately there were no pests in the room except for one teeny tiny little black spider by the base of the wall by the bed. So i laid down and slept.. One of the most comfortable pleasant sleep ive had in a very long time. It was quiet back there and the bed was soft, clean and warm. I knocked out until 9 am and woke up refreshed. The room was very good. For $48 it was definitely a bargain.

The one positive thing I’ll say about this hotel is that they actually do have daily maid service without you having to ask, which is not standard for hotels anymore. This place was dirty, unsafe, and the wifi does not work.

I always stay there when visiting friends. Very friendly staff and accomodate when needed. I stay at least 3 or 4 times a year to where the staff know me lol

We reserved 2 double rooms, get there from out of town and they claim they only had reserved 1 room on the top floor with no elevator or handicap access. Could not accommodate due to over booking, suggested I go to one of their sister hotels and see if they had anything. Could not accommodate, not accessible.

For the price I would say it’s not bad, it’s a low budget type of motel. The furniture is mix match looks like they went to a rummage sale and purchased random items the room had new tile and stuff in the bathrooms. My smoke alarm beeped all night but the older man at the front desk was extremely hard of hearing and didn’t communicate well. The house keeping that came exactly at 11 was rude and balled up our sheets and threw them off the balcony onto the ground in front of my car . But overall for a one night stay I was would consider it again

Night staff was curteous and professional, then in the morning apparently the owners, came to work and were rude and unprofessional, and they advertise a continental breakfast and there wasntnany kind of breakfast just rude people..

The woman that checked me in was Super Sweet and had such a genuinely sweet smile. The room was nice and cool, the bed was Crazy Comfy, bed spread well had stains but sheets was clean

I know you get what you pay for, and this room was about $40 a night, but I still feel like I overpaid. Disgusting room, things literally falling apart. Unfriendly front desk staff. I was there for three days, and I work nights. The first morning, I awoke to a loud banging and yelling “housekeeping!!” at nine am. Later that day on my way out to work, I went to the front desk to ask why housekeeping was at the room two hours before checkout time, and was told “well they have to do it sometime” and was also told that there weren’t any “do not disturb” placards available, but was assured that one would be delivered for when I returned that night. Never happened. Got to experience two more 9AM wake up calls. So to wrap up DISGUSTING RUDE UNHELPFUL seriously, do not stay here. Pay an extra 20 dollars and go stay somewhere, anywhere else. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We will be ataying again.

Out of all the places in West Memphis it was the most economical and safest. Plenty of hot water and the beds are comfortable.

Ok room for the price. Covid impacted the establishment's provision of a continental breakfast but coffee was available.

Location was convenient but the room was not very clean it could really use a deep cleaning on the walls and floors. Refrigerator door on the outside was dirty as well and LED mirror light by the sink was very dim.The beds was comfortable but had a couple cigarette burns on the comforter. You had to return bathroom towels to front desk in order to get new ones and had to ask for trash bags empty and replace myself. I would only stay if there was no other option great price and no iron in room but had an ironing board

Dirty. Bed was hard as a rock. Cracks in the ceiling. Walls and baseboards were nasty. Couch in room looked like it came from a dumpster. Got charged a fee to use my debit card at check in. No breakfast as advertised.

They lie about the breakfast, they don’t have it.

Advertised on sign and at hotels.com that they had free breakfast. No breakfast. Room was very old and furniture dirty. Sent us to double bed room when we reserved a king. Then didnt want to move us. Condition and service is poor.

I would expect better place from Expedia. Their bedding was clean but old and wear out. Walls were dirty like grease. The door knob was non-functional, and much more. Advertise breakfast, but only gives coffee. A complete disappointment.
