En el pasado se ve que fue un gran hotel. Los años transcurridos han dejado su huella, pero sigue siendo un buen lugar para pasar unos días. El desayuno en la terraza es bueno y abundante. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y están muy limpias, y el balcón resulta útil para sentarse y descansar. Baño completo con bidet incorporado en el inodoro. Se ve que el mobiliario fue cambiado y el nuevo no corresponde verdaderamente para nada con el estilo original del hotel y con su arquitectura. Tanto el vestíbulo como las zonas comunes carecen de aire acondicionado. El hotel cuenta con servicio de aparcacoches. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

A nice week away the room was big shower was great hot tub was not working but did not use it anyway great balcony breakfast was local food but if you ask for omelettes or soup it was not a problem. The hotel was having a refit but still no great problem staff were very helpful

Très bon emplacement personnel très gentil et serviable! Pensez à réserver pour un hammam avec gommage et massage fait dans la tradition turque vous en ressortirez comme neuf et détendu comme jamais!

Lurendrejeri, bilderna stämmer inte med verkligheten. Spa drivs inte av hotellet och fungerade inte. Frukosten var under all kritik, fick en färdig inplastad tallrik med korv och någon gurkbit som var uppskuret långt tidigare. Bra och fina rum, dock väldigt högljutt utanför.

Altes Hotel welches seit langem nicht renoviert wurde. Inkompetenz an der Rezeption. Unser Zimmer stank nach Zigaretten. Die Bettkissen waren dreckig und an einigen stellen leicht gelblich. Die bettdecken hatten auch einen unangenehmen geruch. Eine Nacht hatten wir reserviert, zum glück. Minibar defekt. Auf die Frage ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können hies es alle sind belegt und haben diesen geruch weil alle Kunden rauchen. Wie wäre es mit Renovierungsarbeiten ?

We found the hotel clean, however some cleaning could’ve been done better. We found one of the hotel slippers used and stuffed in its place bag. There is sewage backup stinge in the bathroom. Other than the stay was pleasant and the breakfast was good.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, its a great location, Basmane railway station (which we used one day for a trip to Selçuk) is directly opposite and it is ideal for walking to the seafront and to visit lots of the famous sights. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with coffee, tea and water provided with a kettle for drinks. There are good restaurants/cafes near by which we used and would recommend. We would book again.

We had to find a hotel close to the station after our train was cancelled. This was a perfect location. Room is excellent, but very, very noisy. Noise and vibration from the underground trains well into the early hours, massive traffic noise and calls to prayer all contributed to a lack of sleep. Breakfast was at 7am but we had to leave earlier to get the train so cannot comment. Restaurant next door not bad, but little more than a basic kebab/fast food place. Helpful and polite staff in the hotel, a lovely room, great value for money but I would not stay there again because of the noise issue.

First impressions was good Location good , clean room to big issues we had wife was not working. We reported the problem. No one managed to help. Second issue the hairdryer was not working. We reported the issue to reception. They said someone coming. But no one came. The. They said tomorrow we can fix it. But was to late. As we stayed one night. So o was disappointed.

Evrything was Ok. But when we make check out we ask for invoice, tha staff promised us that they will send the invoice next day via WhatsApp. The invoice didn't reached us yet. Without invoice the company will not compensate us.

Şehrin merkezinde olmasının avantajı, trafik gürültüsü korna sesine katlanmanızı gerektiriyor. Genel olarak temiz bir otel, çalışanları çok olmasada ilgili. Sabah kahvaltısı vasatın altında. Odalarda baş ucu lambalarının çalışmaması çöp kovası gibi eksiklikleri var.

En el pasado se ve que fue un gran hotel. Los años transcurridos han dejado su huella, pero sigue siendo un buen lugar para pasar unos días. El desayuno en la terraza es bueno y abundante. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y están muy limpias, y el balcón resulta útil para sentarse y descansar. Baño completo con bidet incorporado en el inodoro. Se ve que el mobiliario fue cambiado y el nuevo no corresponde verdaderamente para nada con el estilo original del hotel y con su arquitectura. Tanto el vestíbulo como las zonas comunes carecen de aire acondicionado. El hotel cuenta con servicio de aparcacoches. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

Otel konforlu rahat bir hotel . Merkezi konumda . Konakta gezilmesi gereken bir çok alana yakın. Oda konforu güzel. Ferah ve balkonlu bir odada kaldık . Kahvaltı zayıf standart yiyecekler mevcut. Ancak bizim için çok önemli değildi , yeterliydi.

A nice week away the room was big shower was great hot tub was not working but did not use it anyway great balcony breakfast was local food but if you ask for omelettes or soup it was not a problem. The hotel was having a refit but still no great problem staff were very helpful

Rooms are good in size. Location is excellent. Toilet's ventilation doesn't work properly. Breakfast selection and quality is very poor. Breakfast finished at 10:30. We went for the breakfast at 9:30. Most of the breakfast items were finished. We asked them to refill the item. But the staff said,they don't have any more.

Lurendrejeri, bilderna stämmer inte med verkligheten. Spa drivs inte av hotellet och fungerade inte. Frukosten var under all kritik, fick en färdig inplastad tallrik med korv och någon gurkbit som var uppskuret långt tidigare. Bra och fina rum, dock väldigt högljutt utanför.

Excellent location. Restaurant on the 8th floor was under renovation so had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast which was under whelming. The rest of the hotel was very old but grand. Bedroom and bed good, bathroom adequate but the balcony railing was dangerous. Fix it too the wall and the balcony door while your at it. Sorry if this sounds bad, we did enjoy our stay.

I booked non smoking room but was put into smoking room. I am not a smoker and it was a critical issue. Also room needs renovation, I have pictures of pilled painting on the ceilings, broken night stand lamp, rusted toilet paper holder, broken garbage can.
