The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace. I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket. Thanks Taj City Centre Gurugram.

This is really a beautiful hotel and had the best service that we experienced from any other 5-star hotel in India. We found everyone super professional and helpful and everyone spoke good English (we are from US). The restaurant was good and had a very wide range of food options including both Indian and non-Indian. We were able to book excellent laundry service, as well as order a private car to take as to Agra (Taj Mahal). Also, at the spa, best massage ever.

Initially a disaster. Then they moved me to a new room on a new floor. Better. Property seems more worn down than Taj Bengaluru airport property. It’s seems that the latter is better managed. Bathroom towels seemed clumped and smelly. Could use a fabric softener and drier dried can help.

We stayed one night in Feb. Friendly staff during check-in process. We liked the traditional Indian welcome with the thali and tulsi mala along with a refreshing drink. Room and bathroom were clean. Gym facility was good and had electrolyte packets available. Breakfast buffet was pretty good the following morning. Overall, a good experience and would certainly recommend.

I have always considered the Taj a place of comfort, but this stay was shockingly bad from the moment we arrived. After a 22-hour flight, every other hotel’s pre-arranged drivers were waiting with clear signage — yet we were left wandering the airport for over an hour, completely on our own, to find the Taj’s car. We called the Taj numerous times for assistance and finally connected. The most serious issue, however, was the electrical failure in our room, rendering it unusable for many hours forcing us to pack in the dark. We couldn’t shower, couldn’t get ready, and lost our entire morning — left with wet hair, no power, and zero assistance or alternative options from staff. When we tried to address all of this upon checkout, the female concierge was openly rude and visibly annoyed, as though correcting their own billing errors and honoring discounts the hotel advertised was somehow an unreasonable ask. She made us wait while she “called the general manager,” only to return and tell us that he felt simply applying the correct advertised discounts was already a ‘favor’ to us. We were then told the GM would “make it right on our next stay”—a statement that felt dismissive and frankly insulting considering that nothing was done to make this s

Stayed at Luxary room for two night at 7th floor. Noise from Metro till 12 and then early morning again. Thermostat is not working properly 31st morning breakfast was shifted to banquet hall which was very badly organised. Overall very bad experience. Not coming again

Staff not very attentive at breakfast. In more than one instance, we asked multiple times for breakfast items which were just forgotten. Some basic things missing in the rooms e.g. there is no bottles water. We had organised an airport pickup which was incorrectly organised also (2 cars sent instead of 1).

My stay at Taj City Center, Gurugram was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff pampered me as if I were royalty. I experienced a minor tummy issue, which I reported to the staff. To my surprise, the chef personally came to check on me, ensuring everything was okay. They made me feel incredibly special, turning a small issue into an opportunity to show their exceptional care. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. My room was top-class, very clean, and comfortable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, especially the front office and the chef. This hotel has an amazing staff & the food is incredibly delicious. The morning breakfast Buffet displays a variety of the best dishes of the Indian cuisine. The master chef greeted me at my table to ensure everything was to my satisfaction! Excellent service and customer obsession is definitely their priority.

Fantastic stay for a weeks work trip, service was absolutely amazing and i couldnt have asked for more. Everyone was super helpful , coming back from a day in the office it was like walking into a zen zone - with calimng music and relaxed vibes. The Thai restaurant was really good - i would highly recommend it to everyone!

The daily breakfasts were so good with big varieties. I had 2 dinners in 2 separate restaurants there as well and my family and I were very happy with the selection and service. Overall this was the best hotel I had stayed in Delhi so far and will definitely recommend and come back here again next time.

The Taj City Centre is a definite 5 star resort. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful and the staff provided in-room breakfast and a bagged breakfast on 2 days where we had to leave early. The Thai restaurant on-site was also exceptional.
