Great comfortable hotel. We were there for 6 nights mid January. We did arrive about 11 am and the hotel had our room ready. Not hotels fault I know but there was a thick fog/smog for the entire 6 days we were there. So consequently very cold outside. The public areas although very clean were quite cool in particular the Club lounge. In the lounge the drinks service was quite slow mostly. Although the light snacks on offer were very tasty and well presented the 2 hot offerings each night were just luke warm. Although too cold sit outside never mind swim the pool area was very shabby. The outside of the pool was covered in bird droppings and cracked uneven tiles. No information in rooms regarding hotel facilities. Be warned, if there is a wedding going on, which lasts 3 days don’t expect an early night. We were on the 12th floor overlooking the hotel entrance where there is a green area to host the weddings and we were kept awake till early hours on 2 of those nights. The staff at this hotel were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plentiful options. The room was very comfortable as was the bed (like sleeping on a cloud). From here we did trips to the Taj Mahal and Jaipur which took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to reach from here. Despite the negatives mentioned above it is a top class hotel and we would go back but would like them to address the few negatives above first.

Very clean and beautiful suite ( we had an upgrade which was a real treat!) spa for 2 was unbelievably good and very good prices. Breakfast was so varied and catered for every diet. Staff were all very helpful and friendly-highly recommended hotel!

Worst 5 star hotel we ever stayed. No hygiene standards. Food on floor in restaurant - not even cleaned after 1 day; housekeeping using mouth saliva to open sheets, putting bedsheets on their heads, rooms really run down, property run down, menu's old and stinking , the whole hotel stinks. No service orientation. From restaurant Mayank is a disaster, he made us get up from the breakfast section saying table is reserved when there was no sign - and no one even came by the time we ended, asked him for salt (since table salt was empty) - he went to his section and was seen asking somebody else to give since he told us that we were not sitting in his section! Rahul was nice from restaurant. In room dining - we asked someone to get mouth freshner - the guy asked our room number and never bothered to came back. I think it is just a 3 star business hotel and no - where close to a 5 star or a hotel suitable for families. We will never come back to this hotel.

I lodged a complaint with hotel management, the washroom was dirty and drainage was blocked, we couldn't take showers, staff didn't do much to fix the issues and also didn't have the courtesy to offer us a change of room. From no angle its a 5 star hotel(I used my filter criteria). I would rate this hotel below 2 star. I have photos and video too if you need me to share with you.

Hotel in schlechtem Zustand, im Bad fehlen Fugen, die Wasserhähne sind nicht mehr feste, viel verkalkt, Schränke schließen nicht richtig und das Licht leutet die ganze Nacht. Halt kein 5 Sterne Hotel....sondern indisch.

Room service was very slow… many basic amenities were not there in the room itself …. AC was not working well … breakfast buffet was below average .. food cold dry …most of them at least … staff was polite but overall experience it does not do justice to Hyatt hotel chain brand name.

It was an amazing trip. The Hyatt Regency hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was another plus at this hotel. They had a wide variety to choose from and everything was cooked fresh. Everything was very very clean at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had issue in bathroom and water was all Over bathroom. We called for urgent service and nobody showed up to fix the issue for next 2-3 hours The second issue is when we called front desk to provide service on moving luggage down and they did not send anyone. It was shameful that lady’s have to move all luggage down in elevator. We had total 12 bags and it was very inconvenient.

Very clean and beautiful suite ( we had an upgrade which was a real treat!) spa for 2 was unbelievably good and very good prices. Breakfast was so varied and catered for every diet. Staff were all very helpful and friendly-highly recommended hotel!

Unprofessional staff and front desk manager. Usually refrain from being specific and giving names, but need to mention about Diksha and the harrowing experience. The behavior was totally uncalled for. Arrived at the property after a long flight, did two rounds of walking between the room on the 9th floor and the front desk since the keys for room did not work! Requested Diksha to give spare keys for the 3rd time but still weren’t provided and a new room got allotted on the 14th floor. At the time of check out, went to the front desk to check and to clear all the dues and was told they were already done through expedia. After half an hour and on our way to the airport we get chasers and multiple calls that the dues weren’t paid. And it was simply an “error” from the front desk. When we requested them to get in touch after 10 days once we received the cc statement, we are still being harassed by multiple calls and really rude tone by Ms Diksha, who hence forth I requested not want to engage with! It is not always the guests who create a ruckus and throw tantrums. The hotel staff has to respectful and empathetic towards the guests. The first rule of hospitality industry is to be able to create an experience, be generous and friendly toward the guests.But no apologies or regret was shown at the time of checking in, when we had to run back and forth between the rooms n front desk.A regular guest at the Delhi Hyatt regency but what ill behaved staff at your Gurgaon property.

Great comfortable hotel. We were there for 6 nights mid January. We did arrive about 11 am and the hotel had our room ready. Not hotels fault I know but there was a thick fog/smog for the entire 6 days we were there. So consequently very cold outside. The public areas although very clean were quite cool in particular the Club lounge. In the lounge the drinks service was quite slow mostly. Although the light snacks on offer were very tasty and well presented the 2 hot offerings each night were just luke warm. Although too cold sit outside never mind swim the pool area was very shabby. The outside of the pool was covered in bird droppings and cracked uneven tiles. No information in rooms regarding hotel facilities. Be warned, if there is a wedding going on, which lasts 3 days don’t expect an early night. We were on the 12th floor overlooking the hotel entrance where there is a green area to host the weddings and we were kept awake till early hours on 2 of those nights. The staff at this hotel were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plentiful options. The room was very comfortable as was the bed (like sleeping on a cloud). From here we did trips to the Taj Mahal and Jaipur which took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to reach from here. Room service was very slow… many basic amenities were not there in the room itself …. AC was not working well … breakfast buffet was below average .. food cold dry …most of them at least … staff was polite but overall experience it does not do justice to Hyatt hotel chain brand name.
