No reception onsite, check in over the phone worked ok. no one on site to attend to things. the pool was dirty and the area around the, unattended, reception/office was dirty and unkempt. This was not a good look, and i was very apprehensive about what the room would be like. but it was clean and comfortable, good value.

Very convenient and easy to access. Good parking. Close to supermarket and major shops. Clean and tidy. Perfect for my mountain biking weekend. Recommended. I'll be back.

It was cozy. No reception. They sent me a code to get into our room which was no problems. The pool and surrounds needed cleaning. On a busy road.

Good location and the staff interaction was ok. Motel rooms were good with facilities adequate but outside needs work - parts of the outside area falling apart

Excellent budget place to stay! The wifi worked well, the room was airconditioned before we arrived. Free biscuits with the tea/coffee is always appreciated. Parking right outside the door

Functional motel. Next Woolworths. Adequate parking. Bed is comfortable, room is clean. Bath room sink is small. Bath room is functional but need some upgrading work. The owner is very friendly.

Narooma is beautiful with lots to see and do, though Accomadation was pretty average, pool was being cleaned in the day we left and no one working at the reception

You get what you pay for but in this case you don't even get that! No-one mans reception. The wrong instructions were given for 'virtual check-in' so the door code didn't work and we couldn't get into our room. Even the special check-in app didn't recognise our confirmation number. We had to phone a contact who was in Sydney to help with entry. When we did get in there was rubbish on the floor, goop on both bedside tables, black hairs on the bathroom sink and a couple of months of dust on the bathroom shelf and skirting boards. When we went to make a cup of coffee there were no mugs in the cupboard and only one glass. We phoned the contact in Sydney again who sent out a local staff member. Patrice was fantastic. She went out of her way to fix the problems and reported our concerns to the property owners.

I have stayed in budget accommodation before, but this was by far the worst for cleanliness. The screens on the bathroom windows are broken and the windows cannot be closed so we had mosquitoes throughout our stay. The rooms smelled extremely musty and strong cigarette smell. Lots of dust on shelves, vents, air condition (which blows directly onto the kitchen sink/food prep area). Pool was filthy too. The owners need to ensure a thorough cleaning is being done and fix up broken screens. Thankfully the bed was clean.

Property was clean and well stocked. Communication was clear with easy directions and simple access instructions. A/C and shower worked well.

A really lovely motel. It had everything we needed (if you needed to self cater you could: toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery etc), exceptionally clean, we really enjoyed our stay! If only other regional accommodations were like this, it just makes for a delightful stay. And we loved exploring Narooma, if you have the chance go see a movie at the kinema, it’s very quaint!

The light in the room came on and off and did not stay on. The bathroom door felt like it was going to come off it's hinge so I never closed it. The fridge needs to be defrosted as the freezer section was badly iced up and the temperature in the fridge was on warmer so there was a pool of water in the bottom of the fridge which had a bad smell to it when the fridge door was opened. I'd think twice about staying here again

The motel is clean and in general suitable for the budget, the staff is friendly, check-in, out so quick and easy. I just don't like the poor insulation, you could hear your neighbour using the bathroom.

Not good value for money at $140/night. Sink too small to fill even small drink bottle let alone kettle. Shower missing door or curtain, bathroom door difficult to close. TV could not access streaming services, fridge very iced up and smallest I have seen in any accommodation. Would not recommend

Beds were on wheels so every time we moved in bed or hoped in bed it moved and the shower did not have a screen door, and the light in the bathroom kept turning off during showers

Was good for our weekend getaway. Only thing is the single bed kept feeling like you were leaning. Needs a leg in the middle, one side was missing one.

Nice clean spacious room that had great facilities to get ready for a wedding (multiple mirrors and a desk with mirror and lighting). Bathroom needs a renovation as the sink is quite small. Keyless entry was also very nice. Great value.

Check on was easy and even had a pod coffee m/c. No doubt you don't have to pay big $ to stay in a lovely area. We have been in places that are twice the price with less facilities.

The property was clean and tidy, facilities are very old although function ok. Hot water was a bit of a problem . However a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. No reception manned . No customer service. Have to rely on internet. A bit hard for those who are not familiar with internet.

Clean room and very easy check in/out process

check in process was very difficult . All on line , had to download an app to get access code to door but because we arrived about 10 min early couldnt get the access code , kept telling me to checkin first but there was nowhere to checkin . Nobody onsite , tried to ring the mobile number on the recwption door & kept going to message bank . Same with the land line .Left multiple messages & SMS . Got no reply . Eventually go an email with the room number & access code . The whole process was very frustrating , never saw or heard from any motel staff . Luckily we didnt have any other problems . Some people in the room next to us had similar issues . The room itself was ok.

Glad the resident manager was available as check in code is texted but I don’t receive text on my international photo - should be included thru the Expedia messaging service

You get what you pay for. If you are looking for an overnight stay, it is cheap, quiet, the shower is hot and the air conditioning works. Staff were a phone call away and were happy to move us to another room when we had an issue. The rooms and bathroom are dated and in need of a facelift but it is fine for a nights sleep. A quick 10 minute walk gets you to plenty of good quality drinking and dining options.

The Tree is a cheap motel, not in great condition but ok to spend a night if on a budget. Bed was comfortable and a few little niceties like coffee machine provided. The coded door entry can be annoying but we eventually got in. It is a 17-20 minutes walk to restaurants and pub

Easy access from highway

The room was very clean, beds comfortable. Position of motel a little noisy, but room was certainly served its purpose

The location. Even though it was close to a busy highway, it was still peaceful and quiet.
