Costa Villa Beach Resort

The place was the worst so far. The noise from people around the facility was unbearable. The room and bathroom was dirty; provided with stained linens; children in and out; lacking privacy with no comfort at all.

Toilet shower is not working, tv too is not working . Dirty towels and linens .

We booked a quad room for an overnight stay.. The price is really low and wasnt expecting big but didnt expect that the room was a bit untidy.. Bathroom was terrible.. Shower/Bidet was not working, Water was not strong enough, The smell (Imburnal) and cleanliness.. Clean towels were not provided.. Blankets was too short for 1 person.. Free breakfast was ok.. but we were not informed that they will bang at your door at 6am.. Only thing I liked here is the proximity to other restaurants like Kabsat, Floatsam Jetsam and the ocean since it was only walking distance.

Really need to do better with hygiene! Been backpacking round the Philippines so used to budget accommodation and this is definitely the cheap end of hotels in San Juan so was not expecting much. it seemed fine for the price very basic but shower/ac worked Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the rooms but if you pop outside you can get it. But on the 2nd night I got about 10 bed bug bites so had to leave

The place is extremely rundown. It badly needs renovation.
