Cet hôtel est atypique (ancienne fabrique de parfums). Il est bien situé au calme des nuisances de la ville tout en se trouvant à une vingtaine de minutes en taxi du centre ville. Les chambres sont très confortables, bien équipées. Les différents collaborateurs de l’hôtel sont charmants, accueillants, serviables. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est succulent et il ne faut pas rater le petit déjeuner…

Great place away from the center of Milan near the canal. Many lovely restaurants nearby. Excellent staff and facilities, and a fantastic restaurant. I’d stay there again.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was fabulous. everything about it. I absolutely loved it. The first thing to impress me was how immaculate it is. The bathroom was huge. I had one of my best meals in the hotel. Dinner was outstanding as was the included breakfast every day. The hotel staff outstanding as well. I cant wait to go back and highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The breakfast was exceptional as well as the restaurant ambience. The room was large and well appointed. Given our stay in the fall the AC was unavailable which meant no airflow in the room; opening the windows (tilt at top) only allowed for so much. It would have been nice to be able to run the central fan or have fans in the room for airflow despite temperature being comfortable.

Things I liked: The hotel is clean, very greats scents and the room that I had was very big. The rooftop bar was great and the restaurants were solid. Things I did not like: The room I booked had pictures of a bathtub, but there was not one. The room did not get cold for an American. 72-73 degrees and it was fairly hot compared to what we're used to. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the walk to the Metro is about 10 minutes no matter which one you're going to.
Things I liked: The hotel is clean, very greats scents and the room that I had was very big. The rooftop bar was great and the restaurants were solid. Things I did not like: The room I booked had pictures of a bathtub, but there was not one. The room did not get cold for an American. 72-73 degrees and it was fairly hot compared to what we're used to. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the walk to the Metro is about 10 minutes no matter which one you're going to.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It is an old perfume factory and they have perfume scents around the hotel (subtle) and then they sell perfume. It is absolutely gorgeous (e.g., rooms, lobby, outside areas, library), with beautiful art and layout. The daily breakfasts were tasty and the service throughout the hotel was incredible. For those worried about the walking distance to the city center, we actually loved that because the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the people and we enjoyed the walk each day. I would go back. Stunning.

Amazing boutique hotel! Excellent value for the nightly rate. It felt very clean - cleaning staff did a great job. Each room had a different scent and our room (206) smelled divine! It was a bit strong at night having the incense sticks right by the bed, so I moved across the room which helped a ton. Definitely check out the roof for happy hour if you can. Lovely up there and they make great cocktails. If we had more time, I would have also loved to visit the on-site restaurant.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel and our room was outstanding. The bathroom was huge, as was the room. The design and layout was so well done. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. The cleaning staff left the room immaculate. We had a living room and a large table. Although we didn't spend much time in our room, it was great to have such a huge room. Down the street behind the wall was the river with lots of restaurants. Behind the hotel there was a great pizza place. highly recommend this hotel one of the best places we stayed in.

We ended up having ant (BUGS) infestation in our room… traveled with a baby, had to throw out all the formula and other things to avoid risk of contamination… god knows what other bugs we may have not seen on their perfectly brown wood floors… When expressed our frustration to the front desk, they said they “did not do anything wrong”… while I understand that things can happen, there’s always a way to mellow things down and provide some sort of resolution, such as compensating for breakfast (the least they could do!!!) as an apology for such an unfortunate situation. We were also assured that the breakfast was included in our booking, while apparently it wasn’t. We would have gladly stepped out and had breakfast elsewhere than having an overpriced and average selection buffet. 5 star hotel turned out to be a disaster. BEWARE! The staff could not be more rude about it. I will make sure these pictures end up on every online profile they have. Appalled by this type of behavior.

The rooms were renovated and extremely clean. I am a very OCD person and could not see a spot anywhere. Everything was perfect, I also loved the idea of every room having its own fragrance since it was a perfume factory building. The location is perfect if you want to discover Zona Tortona, its in the heart of it and close to many museums. The staff was extremely kind and they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I am safe when my rental car broke down in the other side of Milano. They also have a very fullfilling breakfast.

Average hotel. Okay for one night in Milan. Parking facilities are very limited: You have to be lucky to be able to park your car within the hotel premises. No valet parking. Breakfast features a wide range of choice while quality is average. In the rooms it is noticeable that the hotel is not aging well. Lacks of maintenance, especially in the bathroom. Nice and cool temperature even in summer, but while the a/c can be switched off, the ventilation cannot - which can be uncomfortable at night. Ambiance generally nice and pleasant scents in room and lobby. The lady at check-out was very kind and professional, which cannot be said of the colleagues we met at check-in. All in all: Not terrible, but you might find better options at better locations.

Unfortunately, our experience at Magna Pars was disappointing. While we were pleased to receive an upgrade to an Executive Suite upon arrival, the issues began quickly. Room 34 was spacious but had no working AC and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. A staff member confirmed the problems but told us to call the front desk again to request a room change—something that should have been handled directly in a "5-star" hotel. We moved to Room 24, which was similar but had a more worn-looking sofa and an awkward small shower stall. At least it didn't smell, and the AC was weak but functioning. However, the shower had NO HOT WATER. The same staff member confirmed this and we checked yet another room and found the water situation to be the same. At this point the young lady at the front desk dismissively claimed, “That’s the way the water is here.” I had to take a cold shower before dinner, frustrated that the most expensive hotel of our trip was delivering the worst experience. Later that night, the hot water and AC were mysteriously fixed—but no one informed us or acknowledged the trouble. The next morning, a building-wide evacuation alarm added to the chaos, and no explanation was given. Ultimately, what made the stay so poor wasn’t just the room issues, but the staff’s lack of follow-through and basic acknowledgement of our inconvenience. At a "5-Star" hotel with so few rooms, more attentiveness should be expected. Sadly, we left feeling regretful instead of relaxed.

We ended up having ant (BUGS) infestation in our room… traveled with a baby, had to throw out all the formula and other things to avoid risk of contamination… god knows what other bugs we may have not seen on their perfectly brown wood floors… When expressed our frustration to the front desk, they said they “did not do anything wrong”… while I understand that things can happen, there’s always a way to mellow things down and provide some sort of resolution, such as compensating for breakfast (the least they could do!!!) as an apology for such an unfortunate situation. We were also assured that the breakfast was included in our booking, while apparently it wasn’t. We would have gladly stepped out and had breakfast elsewhere than having an overpriced and average selection buffet. 5 star hotel turned out to be a disaster. BEWARE! This is a magnificent hotel. The staff, very professional and helpful and will respond in a timely manner. The breakfast is Five Star, for food and presentation. The staff makes everyone feel like a VIP. From Canada to Milan. I will definitely do this trip again and I will be staying at this hotel. Thank you for making me feel at home.

The rooms were renovated and extremely clean. I am a very OCD person and could not see a spot anywhere. Everything was perfect, I also loved the idea of every room having its own fragrance since it was a perfume factory building. The location is perfect if you want to discover Zona Tortona, its in the heart of it and close to many museums. The staff was extremely kind and they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I am safe when my rental car broke down in the other side of Milano. They also have a very fullfilling breakfast.

Average hotel. Okay for one night in Milan. Parking facilities are very limited: You have to be lucky to be able to park your car within the hotel premises. No valet parking. Breakfast features a wide range of choice while quality is average. In the rooms it is noticeable that the hotel is not aging well. Lacks of maintenance, especially in the bathroom. Nice and cool temperature even in summer, but while the a/c can be switched off, the ventilation cannot - which can be uncomfortable at night. Ambiance generally nice and pleasant scents in room and lobby. The lady at check-out was very kind and professional, which cannot be said of the colleagues we met at check-in. All in all: Not terrible, but you might find better options at better locations.

Given our stay in the fall the AC was unavailable which meant no airflow in the room; opening the windows (tilt at top) only allowed for so much. It would have been nice to be able to run the central fan or have fans in the room for airflow despite temperature being comfortable.

Things I liked: The hotel is clean, very greats scents and the room that I had was very big. The rooftop bar was great and the restaurants were solid. Things I did not like: The room I booked had pictures of a bathtub, but there was not one. The room did not get cold for an American. 72-73 degrees and it was fairly hot compared to what we're used to. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the walk to the Metro is about 10 minutes no matter which one you're going to.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The place is incredibly cool looking on the inside, our suite was outstanding, the restaurant was amazing and the staff were all helpful and friendly. An absolute perfect stay.
