I liked how close it was to our destination but also the staff were great real friendly and there was lots of people using the pool and gym when we came they did amazing at keeping on top of stocking towels and keeping the area clean in both areas as well as elevators and hallways.

Bathrooms dated. Small bath tub. Pool walls were slimey. Comfy clean beds, great staff surprisingly delicious breakfast wide variety of food and all fresh and constantly restocked, above avg for hotel breaky. Over all, for what you pay you get 7.9/10 work of your money.

Hotel was clean. Check in was quick and efficient. Loved the snack express. Pool was nice. Rooms were large and the microwave was a great touch. Would return. Loved the dove products in the shower. Laundry facilities was an extra bonus

Facilities were excellent. Clean and spotless. The rooms were large and comfortable. Good morning breakfast had an excellent selection of food for our keto type diet. Only wish they would’ve mentioned that EV charging was available.

Customer service was lacking, pool was scummy, dirty used face cloth in the shower stall. Opened can of beer left in the fridge. We had to switch rooms, air conditioning was not working. We were moved from the suite we paid for and moved to a room for disabled people. So did not get what we paid for. Spent the Monday out in town came back to room and we were locked out of our room. No apologies no explanation. Customer service was rude. Will not be returning.

This hotel is new and clean!!! Pool area was clean and towels were available in the pool area. No hair in the bathroom!!! Beds were spotless and so comfy. The area is quiet, staff were friendly, lobby was comfortable, parking was good. We thought this hotel was fantastic

We have stayed at the Hotel several times previously and enjoyed our stays .Unfortunately there is a bad smell through out the halls and some areas of the Hotel ..Could be just a temporary problem . The room was fine .

Tv didn’t work, nor the phone when I tried calling the front desk. I went down and maintenance was gone for the day. The guy at the desk said he’d come up and look at it but never did.

Mattress and pillows in 2 queen bed room comfortable. Breakfast was good with cheese omelets, bacon, and fresh cinnamon buns. Dining options nearby, we did the short drive to the riverfront to eat at Fresco's Tap and Grill, awesome Greek Salad and wings.

Loved everything about the hotel. Clean, great beds, breakfast and noticed after the pillow shams even say firm/ soft. Staff were all friendly. Someone was walking like a drill sargeant upstairs, you would think people would try to be quiet at night. The only thing missing would have been a bathroom fan. Would stay there next time we are in the area and also recommend to friends.

Travelled with family. Property was clean, staff was very friendly & helpful! The breakfast had lots of options which was nice. The room was slightly outdated and was unfinished - there was a large portion of wallpaper that was missing & there were many exposed staples on the wall where the paper was missing. Not appealing & not ideal to have young children around the staples. The room was also very dark despite all the lamps

One of the best stays I've recently had at a hotel. The accumulation of the little things made it enjoyable. All lights and sockets worked, soft and firm pillows (embroidered right into the covers so you know which is which), a city guide that was actually useful, and a decent breakfast selection.

Nice and clean, well maintained. Staff friendly. Breakfast eatable but pretty average. Many lights from electric items in the room were annoying when trying to sleep. Also heating system cycles on and off every few minutes all night even though I set it to 65. I’m a light sleeper so with the lights and heating system noise I had a hard time sleeping.

Asked for a late checkout. Completely ignored as housekeeping began knockout 20an. They were nasty and rude. Totally not expected for a Holiday Inn. I suggest going over to the Best Western next door, or going to the next town over.

I arrived at 3:40 for a 3pm checkin and was told many rooms were not yet available, it would be a bit, but no timeline. I waited about 45 minutes to be registered in the room. Nothing was offered during the wait in the lobby. Guest washrooms were both locked so I had to ask the front desk for an alternate option during my wait. I was then told, that something would be done for me, but all that was , was actually getting checked in at 4:30pm. Several other families were also waiting for rooms. At breakfast around 9:30 there were many people and no hot food left, just sausages, we left. I have stayed at this hotel probably over 20 times, this was by far the most disorganized service I have experienced. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but experience not great.

First time in pembroke , was a very nice hotel . Was close to everything 8-10 minutes from restaurants , water front , shopping down town . Lovely boutiques . staff was helpful and friendly . hotel was clean and easily accessible. Would stay there again .

Check in and out was easy. Friendly greeting at check in and a nice clean room with comfortable beds. Didn't have any hot water for showering in the morning which was disappointing. The breakfast is more than adequate and the coffee wasn't too bad either.
