Swimming pool and outside grill area with covered structure was excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The manager was beyond expectations. Great place to be for the new casino close by. Lots of restaurants on the same road.

It was a nice hotel to stay at. Everyone was very pleasant and it seemed included a free continental breakfast which was a variety of different food and coffee. The only thing that disappointed me was the outdoor pool was closed and I wasn’t aware. I guess it is seasonal, closes in September. Other than that you pay for what you get. I lived my king size bed with whirlpool tub, that was so relaxing. There was a Starbucks, Waffle House and Mc Donald’s close by that I was able to walk to.

Broken and ragged furniture in the room. Room phone unplugged and not working (entire phone system disabled during construction) Nice pool, but gate locked because pool closed pending some inspection, with no sign anywhere. Daytime front desk manager could not have cared any less about my dissatisfaction.

the hotel was being renovated and everything was dirty and torn up. Security doors would not close, elevator was disgusting, and the entire night was ridiculous. Nothing about the renovation on the website which just added to the unpleasantness. Took everything I could do to not have gf leave and go to a different hotel. I wont be back.

I found staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The check in was prompt and I was given relevant details noting 2 bottles of water in the room which I appreciated. The walls were not very good at blocking noise since I heard doors closing, conversations and even a bit of “romance”. The room and bathroom appeared clean however the floors, no carpet, needed mopping since my socks got dirty walking on them. The elevator was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel and it was quite dirty. There is a breakfast offered with hot and cold choices plus a nice variety from yogurt and cereals to sausage, bacon, eggs and sausage gravy. The hotel was very convenient to main highways as well as being a few minutes from downtown. I would stay there again.

Towels are big and soft, bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The TV remote did not work but they were very quick to replace it. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were watery and nasty. They were out of regular coffee. There was a safety issue, the outside door did not lock. Anyone could have come in. We only stayed one night, but would stay there again.

When we got here it looked like it was clean. However when we pulled the covers back we noticed that there was small roaches, hair, and crumbs on the bed. We dust the bed out and pull the comforter up and slept on our own sheets and cover for 2 days. There was so many bigger roaches crawling around. I didn’t cause a scene because you get what you pay for. Will never stay here again.

There was dried puke in the lampshades & on the window, sheets were not changed as there was hair and makeup all under the covers. The toilet seat was not cleaned, and the floor was dirty as if not swept. I couldn’t confirm that housekeeping done anything else other than make the beds.

Our room was filthy! The floors were so dirty, my feet turned black and our dog didn’t even want to sit on the floors. We pulled the covers back to go to bed and there was large blood spots and smears ALL OVER the comforter! I called the front desk and she was so nice to bring us all new bedding and was furious when she saw the disgusting bedding. She even took pictures of it before changing everything. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star other than the nice front desk attendant.

We were there for business. Could not stay connected to internet for more than 3 minutes at a time so that was inconvenience for us. Room was large and adequate. Pillows were way too soft and were uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Attendant spent her time sitting at a table on her cell phone while both trash cans were overflowing and tables were dirty and not wiped off. We just needed a place to sleep and that's what we got. Not a lot of other hotels in the area, but will look for something else next time.

You get what you pay for. Actually it was a bit overpriced for the condition of the hotel. We needed a place to sleep on the way to FL. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy and soft. Bathroom ok. Floor needed a good cleaning. The front desk woman was so sweet and welcoming! Overall it was fine for what we needed for 1 night. I would not stay there for multiple days.

The exterior door is so loud when someone enters, it slams and shakes the walls. This was the only way in. People entered at all hours, so the door was continuously slamming, every 10-15 minutes or more frequently. This loud banging happened until 2AM one night, 3 and 4AM other nights. I've stayed at places where the guests were loud but this is the hotel's fault as the door needs a quieter closure mechanism. The beds were comfortable but the moisture wasn't removed from the room and the beds were always moist. The room had a smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room.

Next door to waffle house was nice. Room had a musky smell when you 1st walked in Very noisy outside rm. Ice Maker across from rm. Missed the Superbowl due to tv not able to pick up fox. Had all the other stations except fox. Front desk was no help

The shower and sink were both leaking. The maintenance man did come to our room. He couldn't fix it so they were going to call a plumber. The bathroom did not have a light around the mirror. The only light in the bathroom was near the shower area. I didn't survey the outside, so I won't make a comment. The breakfast was very good. The staff was good overall. I did talk to Joel, the manager, was nice. He was going to check into a discount or refund for us. Thanks!

From the moment of walking in, the front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was seamless and quick. The room was better than I expected! The bed was literally one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Room was super clean, comfortable and stocked with toiletries, bottled water and plenty of coffee/tea supplies. They also offered a hot breakfast that was more and better than anticipated. Every single employee we came across was friendly and pleasant.

Review: Upon check-in, our room was not properly cleaned — there were flakes of food in the bed and hair in the shower. The front desk clerk was kind enough to bring new bedding and offered us another room, but since we already had our pajamas on, we chose to stay put. His response was, “Oh, you checked in with Expedia.” When I asked if he saw the notes about the sheets, he only replied, “Did she fix the problem?” After I politely said yes, there was no further acknowledgment or apology. When we first arrive very good service for check in. Get to room the door sticks and have to slam it shut. There was always standing water in the sink. Second night no new towels. Went down stairs ans was told to come back in the morning. Left came back old towels taken no new towel trash emptied no new trash bags. Had to keep apologizing to my son for the room. Close to where i needed to go but will try harder to find a different hotel next time. Hope Hawaii wont be like this in a few weeks

Could not check in, as their systems to run cards was down. People with cash could check in. I got ready for my event in the lobby bathroom. Was granted a late check out for 12 noon, only for house keeping to walk in my room at 11:15am while I was completely naked.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice sleeping bed linen. Can sleep-in on comfortable sheets. Wash rags were of nice quality. No carpet in the rooms, a big thumbs up from me. The breakfast needs some help. Overall, it’s good.

The bottoms of my feet and my husband's socks were black from walking in the room. Handicap commode was way too low--rundown bathroom. Breakfast was put out one time, no one was there to replenish or clean up during the serving hours. By 9:00 there was no hot anything other than coffee or a waffle. Hotel needs major renovation.

Very clean and comfortable for a low price. The lobby and rooms were updated. The parking lot was well lit all over, so parking was not a concern. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. They have a waffle maker.
