We usually enjoy our stay here, but this time the pool was dirty and in bad shape, the hot tub has been broken for a year and a half and is full of stagnant water, and the grounds were dirtier than we have seen in the past. Hopefully these issues are corrected quickly because we typically enjoy staying here when visiting thw area.

Elevators out of order (no housekeeping services due to this), hot tub didn’t work, side door remained ok unlocked due to broken door. Had to go get more towels and blankets for the pull out sofa ourselves.

The gym was not available. The jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast was just so-so. But the room was good. Price was good. So it was okay. Loved the indoor swimming pool.

Elevator was broken and they gave us a room on 3rd floor. My aunt has a hard time with stairs so they were able to move us to a room on second floor. Breakfast was delicious!

We stayed here in July and the hot tub was broken. 6 months later it is still broken. Pretty disappointing. The only indoor pool on town as far as i know.

Everything was pretty much as expected from a Wyndham hotel. However, the elevator has a very loud humming sound coming from above. It sounds like a swarm of bees. Also, the pool heating system is broken so it's chilly.

It was a nice stay only thing that my granddaughters were looking forward to the indoor pool but it was too cold to get in. And unfortunately their hot tub wasn’t working either.

carpeting looks good, but sticky and would turn the soles of your feet black! is this a laquinta thing as was the same at the dallas location on central expressway! even the bottom of my sandals are still sticky and my feet transferred the black to the to the leather insoles of my sandals! time for new sandals!

To the eye, it appears clean. There was a strong smell, a combination of mildew and urine when I entered our room. Fast forwarding to the evening, after showering and walking around barefoot it was very evident that the room needed a good vacuuming and mopping of the bathroom. The carpet had a lot of sand and the bathroom tiles were slippery even before they were wet from showering. Would not stay here again even though staff was friendly.

What was the turn off to this property?? Should I start with the toenail clippings on the floor in the room? The dirty bathroom, the fact the faucet wouldn’t shut off or the nasty old bed?

Bed linens were terrible! Beaded up sheets and pillow cases. Found roaches in room. Housekeeping didn’t clean room each day (make beds, empty trash). Breakfast was good and front desk staff was friendly.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The overall property was nice.my room was not good. It smelled like a damp basement. Part of the padding under the carpet was cut out and the carpet was put back. Definitely a water issue that was not fixed. The bathroom was renovated mostly. The wall lights were missing the glass over two of the bulbs. Holes in the wall with I sanded plaster. The mold smell was concerning. I would not stay in room 307.

Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs wonder if they even change sheets. This should not happen if they are washed thoroughly after each guest vacates. Even the most basic of breakfast was atrocious, juice machines were basically just water. The place was just dated, water stains and mold on bathroom ceilings, broken drains. The owner of this facility obviously is not concerned with upkeep. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but I would have been better off sleeping in my truck.

We had room 302. It was a king bed with a living room. A bathroom between the foyer and bedroom. The traffic was so loud. I used the couch to try and sleep. That couch needs replacing. There is toothpaste spats between the mirror on facet. The tub wouldn't turn off completely. There were spots on the bottom of the tub that can come off with the proper scubber & cleaner. I used a Lysol Dual wipe and it loosed it up some. There is zero insulation in the walls and windows for rooms and that end. Staff was friendly and breakfast was normal.

Room was clean but bed was uncomfortable, shower faucet leaked, and ac did not turn off. Twice we encountered staff lounging on the sofas instead of being behind the desk. One staff member was so bold he was relaxing on the couch vaping and watching videos on his phone. Not very professional.

Room was okay but the bathroom needs help. Tub faucet dripped 24 hours a day, porcelain on tub was damaged in several places, toilet was made for toddlers…very, very, low. The staff was very nice and the maid room service was good each day. We really enjoyed the pavilion in the parking lot…our group gathered there a few times and it was nice to have that outdoor area.

My hotel stay was a 10 out of 10 with one exception. The sofa bed in my room was beyond shot. When sat on it, it felt like you fell into a bucket. I hope its thrown out and replaced soon.

We booked for 2 queen beds & a pull out couch for 5 people. The hotel didn’t have that. The guy working the desk sat at the breakfast area and didn’t offer any solutions. He didn’t even get up to go to the computer. We slept 5 in 2 beds. Pool did not look cared for.

Wonderful experience staying here - the front desk person was not only here when I checked in at 3 pm , and she helped me with a printing thing I had to get done. Recommended a good Mexican restaurant Very friendly and customer oriented Her name is Valerie Management you need all the Valeries you can get !!! She was also there when I booked another night at 6 AM Nice to see such a great work ethic in a young individual. Room was clean - breakfast was great Definitely stay here if you are in floresville area

Waffle batter was more water than batter... no bacon/sausage... had been looking forward to the waffles... when staff was informed, no resolution was offered. Went to McDonalds instead and had to spend $17 that i shouldn't have had to...

Great customer service, everyone was very friendly but there are other details that make your stay better or worst: the TV resolution wasn't set up with the receiver, therefore the image was bigger than the screen, remote need battery replacement as well; neither the hair dryer nor outlets in the bathroom worked. Breakfast warm food did not look appealing at all.

The bed was nice, but the bath had no stopper, when asked the front desk about it they said they would get one and never did. Shower was super slippery and almost fell. Breakfast was good, but needed to be replenished and no one was attending to it, i will not stay here again Also the carpet in the room seemed wet.

Did not realize this is a "pet friendly " hotel. Staff did not seem to care about the barking dog at midnight and then again at 6AM. Breakfast area was full at 8:45, but there was no coffee, no milk and no batter for waffles. Finally got milk and batter out, but staff said the coffee was going to take a while. They should plan better. Put coffee out and start the next pot. Barking dog came off elevator during breakfast and started barking at everyone. Lovely experience.
