St. Christopher's is high on top of the mountain with half the rooms facing out toward the ocean and the Ferry terminal / port. Lovely and scenic. Unfortunately there is no continental breakfast.

Convenient, lots of parking. Restaurant food was barely passable: They do not serve milk or cream with coffee, only Coffee Mate, on jam with your toast, the kitchen couldn't make "over easy" eggs, they were crispy. The entire establishment, given they have a captive client base at the ferry terminal, should have been upgraded awhile back...bed looked "tired" and TV was smaller than some computer monitors. The staff tried hard and the waitress who met us at the door to the restaurant was apologetic for being understaffed.

Clean and neat room, with comfortable bed, fridge and coffee maker. The view of the harbour is beautiful from the top of the hill. Staff accommodating for changes in our check in times. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent and very reasonable priced.

We stayed here after getting off the ferry from Nova Scotia. The ferry terminal is close. The room was very clean and nicely tended to, there was no noise in the night. Clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. The Dining room is open for breakfast so that was good and very convenient.

Definitely an older place. Staff weren’t very warm. Wouldn’t go as far as saying rude but they didn’t seem to like their job. Place is not dirty but not spotless either. Just ok.

Restaurant was not very good (side of vegetables seemed like microwaved frozen vegetables and fish was mushy). A/C unit would not work. Staff were very friendly but unfortunately they were so understaffed nothing could be done to fix it. Rooms were also sold out. The lady behind the counter and kitchen staff were great Rooms were clean, restaurant closes early if you arrive late.

One area that could approve is the dining room. The manager in charge (aLady) needs a customer service course. She was rude to us and when another couple arrived she was rude to them. She even took it one step further, we were sitting at the table closest to the computer where u enter the meal. A male server who appeared to be new told her the couple he was serving wanted gravy and how do I renter their request into the computer. This was the couple who came in after us who she was extremely rude to. Anyway she looked to see who he was serving and told him to tell them “we have no gravy I am not giving them any”. She should either be given a customer service course or fired. One extremely rude individual.

The property was a very convenient place as we were getting the ferry the next morning. The check-in line was quite long (as a ferry had just unloaded), but the two staff at the counter were very efficient and it didn’t take long. Our only issue was with the restaurant. There was one server who was rude when we arrived and threw our cutlery and menus on the table when we were seated. Luckily, another server served us for the remainder of the meal and she was much nicer.

Able to check in just before noon. Very nice restaurant. We had a 3rd floor room with a nice view. Can’t get a hotel any closer to the ferry terminal. Our room was quite roomy.

Checkin and checkout was efficient. Room was clean and good range of accessories. Fresh air option besides AC was nice. Also, ground access to our room from the parking lot. Dining room service was questionable. Staff were busy talking to each other though there were only two other diners. We had to request staff to take our orders, and there was no topping up of coffee unless requested.

What a pleasant surprise. We had one of the best dinners in our 2 weeks on the island. Both of our dinners were excellent- ribs, and a scallop/shrimp combo. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.
