Hôtel Maison Blanche

We stayed at La Maison Blanche Hotel and encountered mixed service during our visit. Upon arrival, the reception experience was unfriendly and felt impersonal, with limited information provided about the room, facilities, or hotel amenities. The initial room appearance fell short of expectations, and the lack of warmth from the front desk added to the disappointment. We returned to the front desk to express our concerns, and there was little proactive help offered. However, a housekeeper who subsequently assisted us was courteous and welcoming. She apologized, invited us to return in 15 minutes while she prepared the room, and when we returned, we found a clean, well-appointed room with a pleasant fragrance. Her professionalism and kindness stood out and are commendable. Check-out experience was again less than ideal, with reception staff appearing cold. This left us with a negative overall impression of the property and, in consideration of future travels, we would likely choose other hotel chains with stronger reputations for consistent service. On a positive note, we want to acknowledge and thank the housekeeper who transformed our room. Her courteous manner and friendly demeanor made a favorable impression despite the initial shortcomings.

It is a nice little cozy place. Room was clean, staff was helpful.

I had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. It was quiet and clean and the bed was comfy. The reception team were amazing, only thing I wish their had of been a microwave in the room. There was a nice sized mini fridge though which was great! For the price it was perfect! It even had a keurig machine, which I ALWAYS appreciate! I’d definitely recommend this place.

I love that place
