Service is frequently praised as friendly, courteous and bilingual, with staff resolving issues and accommodating early check-ins or pet needs. A minority reported lapses such as rude or unhelpful interactions, slow responses, or poor communication about events, rooms, or closures.

Scenic riverside setting near Highway 20, in a quiet area with views and access to Vieux-Beloeil’s restaurants; about 30–45 minutes from Montréal, so a car is practical. Some noted it isn’t central and parking can be busier during events.

On-site dining (Le Coureur des Bois) is widely acclaimed for quality and an extensive wine list; room service also rates highly. Downsides recur: the restaurant is sometimes closed or under renovation, and the paid continental breakfast is basic with limited options or late opening.
