Très beau séjour Par contre très déçue que la piscine n’était pas fonctionnelle pendant notre séjour de 2 nuits à cause que l’eau était verte, que le personnel devait procéder à la nettoyer, à faire un traitement choc et ce en plein pendant les vacances de la construction quand le taux d’occupation est à son max. Pool is small and in a bad condition.A special card is necessary to go to that pool and the accessibility is not avealable by the hotel.So we have to bring back the card after use that pool , and the preposee insist to have yhe card before the night.

The rooms were very clean and spacious the bathroom was well renovated. The parking was very easy accessible, the pool was very nice and clean. And it was a 30 minute drive to Port Montreal. Overall experience was 10/10 I would repeat it!

Rooms are beautiful, all remodeled. The beds were very very firm, too hard for my back. Nespresso machine was nice, the balcony was great to enjoy our coffee and evening breeze. The only thing missing is having an ice machine on the floor. You have to go to the reception with your bucket and they take it out back to fill it. Not super convenient.

Stayed for 4 nights with elderly parents. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Large, firm pillows on all the beds which suited me fine but was problematic for the folks. Shower is slippery but there is no anti skid on the floor or grab rails. We did not ask for a room with these features so we went out and purchased a mat for the shower. When we arrived there was a note on the bed that alerted us to the fact that there would not daily room service due to staffing shortage. This was not a problem for us but certainly noteworthy. There were a few cleaning oversights in the room such as hairpins and a bottle of eye drops on the floor from previous guests as well as an uneaten sandwich on the balcony chair. We did not bring this to anyone’s attention. The room was otherwise clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Twice they came to our room to drop items off that we needed. If you want ice, it has to be collected at the front desk and staff are happy to help. The pool is located outdoors but was not yet open for the season. The on-site resturant had reasonable hours and a tempting menu. I regret that we did not eat there.

This property was JUST okay. The rooms look better in their website/promo pictures. The carpets were super stained, paint peeling, the bathroom door was bubbling, stains on the walls, the bathroom was less than clean, headboard was peeling. There was a balcony, mini fridge, and coffee machine. The air conditioning is controlled with a controller which was filthy. The overall building is nice and they rave about their restaurant but the room did not hold up to what we paid.

Rooms were in rough shape, all the leather was cracked and missing pieces. The shower tiles were covered in mold. The staff were kind, we forgot a wedding ring in the room and they were great to ship it to us via purolator.

Très beau week-end! Le restaurant de l’hôtel offre de délicieux repas qui peuvent être servi directement à la chambre. L’endroit est relativement calme, même s’il y avait beaucoup de bruits dans le corridor entre 23h et minuit les deux premières nuits (enfants qui courent et crient). Le personnel était très gentil et professionnel. Il y avait par contre quelques petites fourmis dans la salle de bain.

The room I had was terrible. I can with another couple. Their room was perfect and ours was terrible. Musty smell. Bedsheets had big yellow stains all over. The bathroom was super small and no where to get ready for a wedding. The shower was covered in black mold or mildew / we had to shower inner ur friends room. We paid the same as the other couple yet their room was 5 star quality, bigger, better fridge with a freezer and just overall a better room. Really disappointed.

L’accueil était parfait, le personnel à la réception est très gentil et serviable. Par contre le nettoyage des chambres laisse à désirer. Notre chambre avait une odeur un peu désagréable à notre arrivée. Il a fallu demander à 3 reprises pour faire vider poubelles et changer verres et tasses. Cependant le resto bistro annexé offre un excellent service. On y a découvert une cave à vin exceptionnelle. Merci pour la visite et les repas.

This was our second visit and it was great. We arrived a little before check-in and our room was ready. There was a wedding last night at the hotel but we didn't hear it because they gave us a room on the opposite end on the opposite side. It was very quiet. Hotel is clean and very comfortable. $10 breakfast was very good. Wi-Fi worked great! We will look forward to staying there again on our way out east.

It was a great stay and the hotel is top of the line. It's big, spacious, and elegant. But, my room had one of those ridiculous connecting doors in it, that connects to the room beside it, and at times you could hear the other people talking and moving around in there. It was certainly not an experience of a private room, which is a real shame.

Overall a nice stay. The up charged price for a weekend night was not worth what the basic hotel room offered- the highway where our room was facing was noisy and for a luxury stay, we had no hand soap, 1 towel, and 1 bedside light didn’t work. The staff were really nice!

Beautiful hotel by the river. Rooms were excellent. The only small thing was that the shower shampoo and dispensers were mounted very high. I'm 5'6" The nozzles of the pumps were at my eye level which means when I pump the soap it would spray in my face. If you were 7 feet tall they might be still a little high. The dining room was interesting. We didn't really like the menu at all. I'm not sure what demographic their aiming for, but it did seem tobe busy

Looking for a pet friendly hotel, this one comes up but doesn’t tell you until you are here there is a surcharge. Reservation made for two people but there is coffee, creamer and water for 1. An event in the hotel is loud and spilling out into the hallways of the pet friendly room… that one you paid extra for, late into the night. There’s a restaurant in the hotel, too. One you can order from?? Don’t know because when we tried, the desk couldn’t hear us on the phone and disconnected the call. Twice. Seems hotel policy needs to work out a few kinks and for a premium priced hotel, this is disappointing.

À notre arrivée nous avons fait le check in à 16;00 comme indiqué et lorsque nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre elle n était même pas nettoyé de l autre client avant nous sommes retournés a l accueil et nous ont dit que c est normal que la chambre devrait être fait pour 16:30 car l heure du Check in est 16:30 sans aucune excuse alors mon conjoint est retourné et a exigé de changer de chambre après une argumentation elle a bien voulu nous changer mais j ai trouvé ça très ordinaire je voyage souvent mais c est la première fois que ça nous arrive ils auraient du nous faire patienter au lieu d arriver dans une chambre où tout est sale

It is located about 35 mins from old Montreal. At rush hours, it can take about 45 mins or more. Continental Breakfast is not included but you can pay $10 when check in and get it. Parking is included as well as a good gym. Not laundry facilities available. Front desk staff are kind, rooms are modern and clean, and the hotel has a nice decor. Our room AC was broken then we were changed to another room which was comfortable. Our housekeeping lady was kind as well letting us know where to do laundry in town. Beloeil area and beyond as Chambly (it has an interesting Fort) and St Jean sur Richelieu are charming with appealing restaurants and attractive neighborhoods. We recommend it if you don’t want to go Montreal often. The drive to the city is exhausting!

This is a lovely hotel beside the river with excellent staff to look after you. There are bike paths along the river at the side of the road. Generally you'll need a car because the hotel is not right in Beleoil. Be sure to go into Beleoil (where you can enjoy some great restaurants) and Chambly (where you can visit Fort Chambly).

Nice place! Was just a quick overnight on a road trip to the east coast as it was affordable and more convenient than dealing with traffic downtown Montreal. Pleasantly surprised with how nice the room was as well as the property itself by the river.

Conveniently located, pet friendly so i can stay there with my cats when travelling to Montreal. In a beautiful neighbourhood along the river. Just love it, will return. We also enjoy the restaurant Le Coureur des bois, exquisite, original and adventurous menu. Service at the dining room is always impeccable.
