Excellent stopover property. Great staff, coffee and snacks by the front counter, awesome restaurant. Older Hotel but in great shape. Beside the Alaska Hiway so can be a bit noisey. Will be back one day for sure.

It’s clean, comfortable with friendly staff who are very accommodating. They even offer free laundry facility on the property. You also get a voucher for free breakfast every morning in the restaurant on the property.

Our stay was great. Staff was super friendly. Fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7. The waitress in the restaurant was amazing, super friendly and sang beautifully to her Spotify playlist of old country favorites. Can’t wait to plan another trip!

We love this hotel—it’s our go-to when we're in the area. It’s very clean and well-organized with lots to offer. The hotel features different events, in the banquet hall. The restaurant is really popular and serves delicious food. On the main floor, there’s a free laundry area with great machines—👍 Each floor has a homey kitchen, which we recently used for a Thanksgiving dinner while visiting our son. You’d never guess this place was built in 1979; it's in great shape. The prices are fair, so it’s definitely worth staying here.

The room is good size, all the things works good, front desk is very nice, and helpful. It is an old building for sure, elevator is old one, but all function well. Heating and cooling works well too. Nothing to complain, nice stay.

They don't have a fitness room but they're located right next to a gym and you can get a free pass to go to that. That was fantastic. Plus they also have brand new washers and dryers that you can use for free. That was a real bonus

Tres grande chambre avec grande television et grand sofa. Proprete impeccable. Bon restaurant. Salle de bain parfaite. Ascenseur. Malheureusement il y avait du sable a la grandeur du stationnement enormenent de poussiere vestiges d'un long hiver rigoureux. C'etait partout comme ca en ville.

Mixed bag. Didn’t have time to check out gym. Price was good. Hotel had high review ratings, and we were in a non-smoking room. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarette smoke. Hated that. Additionally. when we first got to room it was slightly ajar- unnerving! Bed comfortable enough. Got in off long road trip - jand up at 5am to keep going, so just wanted sleep, so didn’t report when got in. In a.m. used body lotion, but it went rancid- smelled bad. Had to clean off myself. Breakfast was great tasting with great service and was free.

This property is in real need of a refresh. Although it was relatively clean, everything was worn. For example, the duvet cover had several holes, the toilet and tub drained slowly and the curtains were tired looking. There are likely better choices in the area at the same price point.

Nice older hotel, great price that includes a free hot breakfast in the restaurant. We had a huge clean king room on second floor and enjoyed a lovely stay. All staff were great.

our first room a cat hang peed from the prior stay on a bed and wasn’t checked. switched to a second room tv never worked, wasn’t to big of a deal super hot weather so we turned the air conditioning on room smelt like wet dirty socks after opened the air filter to the air confectioner was caked with think gray stuff i took a video showed the front desk pictures of that and dirty mud prints front the person who just checked out and they quickly cleaned the room and gave to us not impressed with this stay at all, i will not be booking there ever again, one thing good was the staff was polite and friendly to try and fix for us

Did not like how the beds seep into the middle. Terrible beds. Did not like how we were told it’s free continental breakfast yet only 2 breakfast vouchers per room which is ridiculous. Don’t think I’ll ever stay there again. Cheap ass hotel.

Nice and quiet. Decent bed. Good shower. Ac didn’t really work so it was 80°F on max cooling, notified front desk. Hopefully that’s dealt with for the next person.

The room is good size, all the things works good, front desk is very nice, and helpful. It is an old building for sure, elevator is old one, but all function well. Heating and cooling works well too. Nothing to complain, nice stay.

Rooms are spacious with large television.

Great for a budget stay, expect a place to sleep that is quite outdated. Most guests are shift workers so prepare for the night owls to be up and about if you’re a light sleeper.

The exterior is outdated so are the hallways but the room itself is decent. The hallway on the 3rd floor smells of cigarettes. Comfy bed and lots of pillows. The bathroom is a bit too claustrophobic. Comes with a plated breakfast from the attached restaurant, the pancakes are AMAZING! Overall, 8.5/10

My husband has a very striking diet, due to allergies. The staff was excellent at helping find him food he could eat The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay again.

I booked and paid for a room that sleeps six for relatives coming from Ottawa to Dawson for a short reunion. Asked for a fridge for 8-month baby was traveling with them. Room was given away after I confirmed three times with them myself by phone. Gave us a King room and a double queen to accommodate us after stressing us out and wasting our time for at least 1hr said we could have the rooms for three days. we accepted. Next morning manager came to say that they had to charge us for the second room. I said no I paid for a large room for 6 people and I want that, they said you can't have six in a room only four are allowed. I said NO! on Expedia it says sleeps 6 and that's what I paid for! They wanted us out of the second room now and I said no we are going to church and have a reunion right after it's not possible. we left for church, I got many calls and a message saying they were going to move their stuff now to the original room that so happened to just free itself up. My relatives said no they would come move stuff themselves and left after the service to switch rooms. The front desk management was very nice to deal with she was caught in the middle between Greed of the owner and us. She offered free sodas, chips and something about discounts on alcohol & breakfast. We declined all except for the breakfast as that is another story on its own. room had broken fridge & detector. if u like stress book here.

The staff were professional and nice.

Good stay but front desk was abrupt when discovering I used my bank card VISA when booking online and demanded a credit card instead. We prepaid the room. It was already withdrawn. Why does the hotel need a whole different credit card for a prepaid room?

Front desk was nice. However, not clear on their listing on here. Nothing was listed online about not being able to accept a visa debit card for the deposit (in fact it says it can be used on hotels.com) they threatened to cancel my stay without a refund and demanded a credit card if I wanted to stay, all for the deposit. Had to talk to the manager, who doubled the deposit since it was on a debit card. Rooms weren’t that great.

The hotel was recommended by family members who told this was the best hotel value in Dawson Creek After a four night stay I completely agree Very welcoming and friendly staff always willing to help Room was clean and comfortable free breakfast was great. The hotel was quiet and close to everything and the rates were very good. We were completely satisfied with our time there, and highly recommend it

This property has seen better days and it’s not in a particularly nice part of town. Strip malls and fast food. Lots of traffic.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. The room heat was off. The bed and the pillows had a stench and smell of dirt. The restaurant was much worst as I was ignored and passed by the servers to serve other customers joyfully. I had to remind them about my food over 25 mins after my order, before they remembered. I fully regret and wish I could have my money back for this reservation. It was a complete waste of my funds.

Wow! Great accommodation for the price. Plus hot bacon & eggs breakfast. Was very happy with the stay and the price was so good I diverted from Fort St. John just to save a few bucks.

Friendly helpful staff…well equipped clean large room…complimentary coffee in the lobby and in the room…good dinner at the restaurant…quiet…haven’t had breakfast yet but it is included in the very reasonable price of the room and judging from last night's dinner at the restaurant it will be good…breakfast voucher has plenty of options to choose from…comfy bed…what more could you want?!
