One Shot Luchana

Frukosten bestod av en meny där man fick välja mellan ett par rätter (gick att välja flera). Focaccian var den godaste jag någonsin ätit. Trevlig och behjälplig personal. Skön säng och rent rum. Enda negativa var att rummet är lyhört, man hörde ljud både från dörren och ut från gatan. Trevlig takterass högst upp i byggnaden.

Location was good. Unfortunately we were up till 3 AM because of the noise from the terrace upstairs and we had to get up at 4:30 to get another flight out. Also the water was never replaced when we ran out.

It is nice small hotel in a center of Madrid. Nice breakfast, beautiful small terrace-restaurant, good for having glass of wine, but food is not great.

Disappointing stay, especially in light of the fortune we've paid. The hotel needs urgently a renovation. Our room was very small, with no space to open our suitcases. It had a minuscule, old desk that was useless and needs to be replaced. The corner of the walls had big cracks. Breakfast had limited options, although the servers were very nice and friendly. In sum, we had big expectations for our stay in Madrid but we felt we were overcharged for a room that should have costed half of what we paid.

Not as advertised! This is no four star property. It is comparable to an older two star. The room is ok but has cracked paint and mold in the shower. It was exceptionally clean, thanks to the incredible cleaning staff, but there are some things so old they cannot be cleaned. They must be renovated. I will say the cleaning staff were the bright spot of our stay and helped me find a crib And even brought a baby bath for us. They were super nice. Unfortunately The smell of mold was so overwhelming. It was difficult to sleep. I tried to sleep with the windows open, but the street noise was a lot. I said something to the front desk and they never followed up. The front desk staff is entirely unhelpful. I asked for a microwave to sanitize baby bottles. There is not one in the entire property and they would not even ask the attached restaurant (Thankfully, the restaurant is super nice and I asked myself. The employees are super kind.). The room is extremely basic with microwave, no kettle, no coffee maker, nothing at all that would make it even a little more comfortable. The property is quite old. The best part about it is the metro sccess . There is a metro stop right outside the door. since the property is a bit far from the city center, it is nice to have a metro nearby. Still, there are far too many excellent properties in Madrid to waste money staying here. It’s awful and I would never stay here again.

El hotel mas maltratado en donde me he hospedado. Es una lástima porque la Ubicación es fantástica y el personal súper amable. Pero el hotel está en horribles condiciones. Todo está roto o golpeado y el Mobiliario tiene muchas manchas. Me quede en una suite en donde la mitad de las cosas estaban casi cayéndose.

Cleaness and safty

Madrid is a beautiful city and this hotel is located in a lovely but quiet area. If you want shopping, dinner or drinks you just have to walk one block and you find it all.. At night, not a sound. Rooms spacious and bathroom excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

Verdaderamente es como se muestra en las fotos, sin embargo ya está un poco deteriorado, pero nada grave.

Property is a boutique hotel, quite good, rooms are quite small, light in bathroom needs to pay attention, not enough, but staff specially Grace from the front desk was outstanding.

Breakfast was not a buffet and was ok. Bathroom looked a little tired. The street was noisy at night.

Not truly a 4 star hotel. Amenities as basic as a luggage rack, which are usual even in 2 star hotels, are missing. WiFi in my room was useless.

The hotel and service were excellent! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room and view were lovely. The only complaint I have is that we had a lot of issues with the air conditioning (room 406). Had to call almost daily to have it reset and spent one night without AC.

Muy bien ubicado, personal atento. Está bastante bien insonorizado pero algunos ruidos si que se escuchan, especialmente de noche.

The hotel is excellent but the Front Desk Manager not helpful at all.

No tuvimos agua caliente 3 de 5 días por un problema con la caldera. Nos compensaron por el inconveniente (no la solicité). El staff es amable y atento. La ubicación del hotel estaba inmejorable si te interesa Chamberí.

Great place to stay . Small rooms but who stays inside ? :) . Easy walk to the centre. About 20-25 min drive to the airport depending on the traffic. There is metro stations everywhere but you can easily walk to most off the neat places in Madrid . The front desk staff was very helpful

Quarto reformado, excelente. Restaurante com cafe da mãnha gostoso. Bem localizado, numa área com comércio próximo e há cerca de 10min de caminhada agradável da Gran Via. Recepção muito feia do hotel.

Everything was ok hotel is just steps from train station so is easy to move around

The hotel was extremely comfortable and they make sure you are well taken care of. It’s right next to the Metro line so getting to and from any location is extremely easy.

Near to many coffee shops & restaurants. Could walk everywhere easily.

Very nice hotel. Good service great location.

Good location with metro entrance next to the hotel and 20min with Cabify from the airport. The room was okay, nothing fancy but served its purpose. AC didn’t work but this was not a problem as it was only 20 degrees in Madrid. For the price we paid (~200 a night) this hotel was a okay choice.

It's near the tourist areas, but in a bustling residential location. Great place. Will stay there again.

Great location with lots of reassurance and bars nearby, but set in a quiet property so easy to escape the hustle and bustle. The hotel was also in easy walking distance from Chueca, Malasaña and Gran Via, which was great

Muy buen hotel. Céntrico sin estar en el barullo del centro. Personal amable. Muy cómoda habitación. Desayuno óptimo

I selected this property for the breakfast hour, because l was traveling to another places early in the morning But today they did not offer breakfast because "they had no water in the restaurant", however in the room there was water. In summary we paid for breakfast that they did not give us, but they charged us the water we consumed of the minibar. Result we had to travel without breakfast. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.
