Spent an overnight stay on Christmas Eve with my son (autistic PWD). Room was homey and comfortable, toilet & shower area was more spacious than other hotels I’ve been to. Check in was smooth, staff were helpful and considerate. Nice rooftop pool and cabanas. Only things to improve based on my experience are: our food order at the rooftop bar-resto took more than an hour to arrive; room service breakfast pancake was not too fluffy.

This hotel has one of the best staffing! They cater to your needs promptly. The rooms are spacious and new and clean. I love their rooftop swimming pool. Parking is free and your visitors can also park with ticket validation. Their breakfast buffet is nice too. Lastly, they are close to the bars and restaurants.

Every staff is very kind and smiley and friendly and gentle. I stayed here many times and I can relax. Restaurant also has good taste. Unfortunately gym was close due to renovation…😥 I hope I can try more in new gym and add some new machines.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during our last visit to the Philippines, totaling 10 days—five at the beginning and five at the end of our trip. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the food is excellent. However, what truly made us return after our tours in the Philippines was the exceptional staff. From the front desk to the bellman, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was outstanding. Their hospitality was unparalleled. I highly recommend this hotel, and when I return to the Philippines, this will be my go-to place in Quezon City.

Thank you for the opportunity to express thoughts. I have been returning back to the luxent for the last 4 years as I enjoy the staff friendly mannerisms and also willing to help.. the concierge team and security are always welcoming and it’s pleasing that I enter into a place where I am safe and comfortable. Kenneth and the big security guard have been amazing. The cleaners are great also.. The food is always great and affordable so o eat mostly on the hotel. My disappointment is the gym (I am a gym and running person each day) not enough equipment and the treadmills need servicing as when I run the rubber slips and causes hip and knee issues.. so I go across the road and train and Anytime fitness as it’s affordable and 24/7 access. I will continue to stay at the Luxent as it’s has great values for its clientele. Regards Gerald

Room with mold in the bathroom especially around the shower ! Reception staff needs to trained and develop the sense of urgency! Took 20 minutes for the check out! Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! the hotel rooms need thorough cleaning. Carpet are so dirty, there's lot of stain even on furniture. I don't see it being vacuum. The housekeeping is so late to clean up the room eventhough you put a sign outside the door. You would expect the room to be cleaned when you come back. I upgraded to a premium room to be the same floor with my family but boy there's cockroaches coming out of the bathroom and closet. The shower floor water is not draining properly. ask Housekeeping to take a look but still same issue. The last night was the worst I have to change room as cockroaches keep coming out even though the houskeeping did the bug spray. The hotel managemnt should hire more houskeeping staff to keep up with the demands of the guests. The only good side is most staff are friendly and helpful.

I have stayed happily at the Luxent many times pre-pandemic, however this time after a late flight to be ignored at check in for over 15 minutes, finding condoms under the bed, hearing screams all night from outside despite being on the 10th floor, am very disappointed in the whole experience.

It wasn’t the best start to our stay as we had to move rooms after unpacking due to a leaking bathtub. Although we were relocated to a smaller room than the executive one we originally booked, the replacement was newer. What really stood out was the service. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive. Their effort made the experience much better and is definitely something the hotel should be proud of.

Stayed at the Premier Wing this time around.Much better than the old wing,they really need to renovate the old wing.Breakfast spread has improved and there is more variety now.Please do away with the mask mandate when going to take the food,it is totally ridiculous and you need to follow other countries with doing away with the mask mandate.For individuals it is totally up to them.
