Everything was perfect. The receptionist and the manager were both available to guide us so we didn't miss anything in our visits. It's an excellent place to stay. We ate at the restaurant attached to the motel Le Kaline. We ate very well and at a very affordable price. The location of the motel is very well located in the city. A Walmart store as well as the Maxi grocery store are close to the motel. It is certain that if we have to return, I will book again at this place. 9.5/10

This is a simple motel with friendly and helpful staff and very clean rooms. The room was on the smaller side but spotless and was great for one or two nights. Quiet even though it is on the main street and has easy access to downtown/lake art walk.

So. Where to begin. The AC that should warm up the room, sounds like to much. It was scarry middle of the night when I (finally was asleep) and it starded and woke me up. The bathtub - filthy The water was not going through the drain, and it was because a big big hairclog. Never ever in that place again. I travel to 1-2 hotels/week and started over a year ago. This is the first time i wrote such an unpleasant review.

Normalement j’aurais donné 4 étoiles, parce qu’en général tout est bien, sauf un point. La raison pour laquelle on loue une chambre, c’est pour dormir. Puisque le rideau/toile de la fenêtre laisse passer beaucoup trop de lumière, et que le lit est juste à côté de la fenêtre, des que le soleil se lève je ne peu plus dormir. Voilà

Très bon séjour. Très propre et confortable. Seul bémol, l’unite de chauffage fait du bruit. Le restaurant qu’on peut rejoindre par l’intérieur sert une belle variété de plats qui sont très bons. On peut rejoindre les piste de ski de fond au bout du terrain qui est de l’autre côté de la rue.

Un des meilleurs accueil que j'ai eu. La personne à la réception était dynamique et accueillante. La chambre était parfaite, le frigo ne fait vraiment pas beaucoup de bruit comparé à d'autres. La télé est branchée sur internet et j'ai pu regarder Netflix sans problèmes.

Tout était parfait ou presque, la seule chose c’est qu’il fallait quelquefois attendre un certain temps après avoir sonné. À part ça, fallait bien que ce soit à mon goût sinon je n’y serais pas revenu cet été.

Stay was very pleasant. Motel is clean. Motel reception Cynthia was exceptionally very helpful as we don’t speak French. She spoke excellent English and offered us her help in translated the menu at the adjacent restaurant. Sky’s, very please T and helpful on the phone when I called for her assistance in trying to set up the T. V. with English subtitles and audio. Offered her assistance to come attend our room if we needed help to set the T. V. accordingly.

Have to pay to go breakfast. The A/C is smelling so bad so we didn’t use it. The tv was sooo slow. The staff was super good with us.

The establishment is located about 15 minute drive to downtown Lac Megantic, but, its walking distance to stores and grocery shops. Recessed far back from highway that we do not hear the traffic. All the services in the rooms functioned perfectly, and room was clean and orderly.
