The Spa and indoor pool was not included in the price, so the advert was very misleading. It costs €25 each extra if you want to use it. There's an outside pool that was available but it's very small. We left early in the morning to get to our next place but were unable to go through reception as the door was locked and we hadn't been given through key code to get through, so good job there wasn't an emergency. We left via the patio. The food was good however and the room was nice.

We had a very late arrival due to problems with our car. Unfortunately at first the lady (by phone) from the reception wasn’t very helpful and told us to arrive no later than 9:15pm (latest check-in is 9pm). There was no room for negotiation and understanding our position. When arriving, the staff were very helpful and even told us to order food if we wanted. As we had to skip lunch and dinner to rush for the check-in. Eventually everything went well, happy to have the service we were hoping for.

The rooms were clean and updated, the service was very good and staff very helpful for making recommendations for the surrounding area. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe. My only suggestion is that the the overall facilities look like they could use some attention and updating.
