We loved our stay at calatrava. Its one of the most lovely hotels we have stayed in. Quiet and so relaxing. Staff are amazing so friendly and cant do enough for you but the best bit is the roof terrace incredible space with a beautiful view across the bay. Could spend hours taking in the view.

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. No pool, but a nice view from the eating Terrace which also has a few couches. Unfortunately the sun is beating on them in the afternoon. Great location.. fantastic breakfast.

The property itself is adorable, however, no parking, you could be dropped off but only if you know the streets, my gps did not take us here(very small streets). Also, the restaurant is beautiful but the food does not match the environment.

Beautiful room with great view, amazing staff that were very receptive and helpful, and stellar housekeeping/hospitality. Difficult for taxi to get to due to the location but staff was very helpful with calling the taxi when we were heading to airport.

My wife and I recently spent a week in Mallorca, and stayed at the Calatrava Sea House throughout our stay. We were so pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff members there, beginning with a very warm welcome, detailed attention to our requests during our stay (e.g. request for recommendations for restaurants, travel tips, and scheduling time in the spa), and assistance with a revised timetable for departure. The location near the Cathedral was a perfect basis for various sight-seeing and dining excursions, the accommodations themselves were extremely comfortable with plenty of space for relaxing, the breakfast on the rooftop was a memorable experience each and every day (a very tasty variety of foods, and an extraordinary view of the harbor), and the staff was also very well-mannered and provided very helpful responses to all of our questions on a consistent basis. We could not be more pleased with our experience at the Calatrava Sea House, and are already recommending it to our friends and family. We will definitely stay there again (and again) on any/all future trips to Mallorca. VERY HIGHLY recommended!!

We got the so called best room in this hotel and it was very overpriced for what it was and in all honestly its not a hotel that can be considered luxurious. Parking situation is horrible here. Its a small hotel with no gym or pool in a beat up neighborhood. Also the “seaview” isnt the greatest. There are significantly better hotels for this price range.

Had an amazing stay at Calatrava. It's in a very good location with the beach and city centre within a 10-minute walk. It has a private spa with a jacuzzi, sauna, etc. The staff are very nice and welcoming and rooms and appliances are very modern. The bed is ultra comfortable. The restaurant is great with lovely views. The breakfast is fresh and amazing. The chefs are accomodating.

There were no amenities that were provided except a poor functioning hairdryer, body gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Slipper were found, but the robes were in a drawer and not located until checkout. There were no instructions given about the room or a tour of the room. The lighting of the room was very poor--we could not see a thing to even put on our make-up. The vanity mirror was full of dust. The shower leaked and made a water mess after each use. The city view offered was not a view at all; it was a building across the alley 5 feet away. The entire stay was disappointing. Service needs to improve drastically. Go to a hotel in Barcelona to see how kind and attentive the hotel workers are to their guests. Provide Q-tips and tissue for your guests at least. This was a disappointment stay overall. Not a vacation and especially not worth the price. We lost time in our lives we cannot get back. It was a horrible experience.

What an amazing stay my wife and I had at this hotel. It truly was worth the money. What really stood out for me was the service and hospitality of the staff. A special shout out to Teresa who went above and beyond to make not just our stay at the hotel amazing but our entire visit to Mallorca an awesome one. She constantly helped us with recommendations on where to go, how to go and what to do in order to make the most out of our visit. From recommendations on attractions, restaurants, beaches, transportation ... etc. We were underprepared for this trip but with Teresa's help, we didn't feel like it. The rooms are amazing at this property. The space, the cleanliness, the thoughtfulness behind everything including the room service & house keeping was awesome. Calatrava set a really high bar for my future stays at hotels.

I recently had the most amazing experience at the hotel I booked through Expedia and I cannot stop raving about it. From start to finish, everything was perfect and exceeded all my expectations. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a higher category, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. We stayed, as a couple, in a sea view suite which was really pleasant - sizeable, lovely views, very comfortable sofa and huge bed. Ample space for clothes and a safe in the room. As seems to always be the case, more sockets would have been nice (everything needs plugged in to charge overnight these days). The minibar prices itself out of use (I appreciate they are always expensive and this is a ~£650/night room depending on when you book it, but I still value a 200ml bottle of beer at less than 6€). Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't ask much of them, but I feel they would have went to any length to accommodate requests. Breakfast is pricey but lovely. It would maybe feel like better value if you were utilising the wine first thing in the morning... But the orange juice, which tasted freshy squeezed, was good enough for us. The location is excellent - right on the edge of the old part of town making the cathedral 10 minutes walk on top of the fort, everything else is ~15 minutes pleasant walk. Around 22€ for a taxi to / from the airport. On day of departure our flight wasn't until the evening, but made use of the shower room before we set off meaning we could have another essentially full day in Palma without travelling home in sweaty clothes. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a relaxing break.

A special shout out to Teresa who went above and beyond to make not just our stay at the hotel amazing but our entire visit to Mallorca an awesome one. The service was more than amazing. The staff was on top of everything and very personable. They remembered each guest and treated them like it was their own private villa. I have already recommended it to friends and family off the service alone. Breakfast was amazing and they even set up a taxi driver to stay with us for a whole day—bringing us around Deja and showing us little places we never would of known without a local. Simply amazing!

It has a private spa with a jacuzzi, sauna, etc. The staff are very nice and welcoming and rooms and appliances are very modern. The bed is ultra comfortable. The restaurant is great with lovely views. The breakfast is fresh and amazing. The chefs are accomodating.

The hotel was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace, rest and view. The light snack on our arrival, was a bit costly, but maybe because we had that in our room?! And the breakfast was 12E over the advertised price. But as we had an upgrade, we cannot complain. It was a glorious start to our holiday. Thank you.
