I spent two weeks at Palma Suite wish my 14 and 11 years old kids in a standard suite with a sofabed. We had a car and found the parking in a nearby underground garage that charged 10 euro a day very convenient. The daily breakfast was sumptuous, if you want something simple can only resort to making something in the room or nearby pastry shops. The kitchen is functional and is fully equipped with oven, dish washer and a toaster, which I used daily - the supermarket is within a 3 minutes walk. Used the gym frequently and took advantage of the 7-8 pm happy hour at the lobby. The panoramic view from the roof deck is amazing, the pool is very small only suitable for dipping. Wahsher and dryer situated on the second floor is very handy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is within the boundary of old town with lots of eating and drinking options within 10 minutes off walk. Highly recommend Palma Suite for long stay especially if you need a kitchen..

I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma. Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area. One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain) Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails. There's also an included breakfast served downstairs near the lobby. The breakfast was traditional European and was both tasty and healthy. I looked forward to our morning breakfast. (and I miss it now that I'm home) There's a pool and deck area up on the top floor. The pool was small - but the views from the deck area were quite nice. Service -- hands down, the service was amazing. Every single member of the staff that I interacted with handled everything impeccably. I felt like I had 5-star service every minute of this trip. From check-in, to the bar, to breakfast to house-keeping - everything was spot on.

This aparthotel room was well appointed. Initially there was a problem with the coffee machine, but that was soon sorted by the maintenance team. The plunge pool on the roof is welcome in hot weather but is no more than a plunge pool. The hotel is very well situated for exploring the old town. Staff are friendly and always eager to please. Coffee and tea et cetera is refilled every day. They also supply dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

My family had two apartments for one week each. Friendly greeting and welcome drink upon check in. Apartments were well equipped, very well maintained and comfortable to live in. Daily service of fresh towels and bin emptying. An excellent clean mid stay. We took advantage of the low priced drinks at the daily happy hour in the lovely bar and seating area. We also had a hire car from the airport for the week for day trips around Mallorca. Palma Suites arranged reasonable rates at a clean and secure underground parking garage that was an easy 3 minutes walk away. Palma Suites feels very 'high end' but the staff remain friendly. I highly recommend Palma Suites.

Where to start! A perfect mix of a hotel and an apartment. There was 3 of us and the hotel room was a prefect size for us. The complimentary cava at check in is a lovely gesture and a great way to start a city break. The rooftop pool and sitting area gives brilliant views. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great little bar, great gym, and very clean. Palma was a little dead when I was there but I didn’t care because this room was so amazing. I slept in, enjoyed the hotel and read a lot in my fabulous room. It was like a little retreat for me!

The hotel is in a superb location which made it easy to walk around during the day, get to masses of restaurants and easy access to public transport, an airport bus stop is just over 5 minutes walk away. Great views from the roof terrace. Staff were very helpful. The room was huge and also very clean. Couldn't fault the place.

Prima locatie, vlak bij de bushalte vanaf de luchthaven. Locatie zelf is net voldoende afgelegen om niet in de volle drukte te verblijven. Binnen 1 minuut ben je in de winkelstraatjes en kun je genieten van alle horecavoorzieningen. Scooterverhuur LocoWheels net om de hoek. Fietsverhuur op 10 minuten loopafstand. In het appartement zelf is alles netjes, schoon en op verzoek wordt er iedere dag schoongemaakt. Ruim voldoende servies en bestek voor 2 personen, alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Kortom een aanrader.

Pros: Amazing location! Great to have in and out parking that was a few blocks away (the hotel was really great at organizing this). Aesthetically nice hotel. Cons: issues with the AirCon where the room felt very humid and stuffy at night, it was only on the 3rd night of our stay that it seems the unit was finally properly working. The unit definitely could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

Very ordinary for the price they charge.buffet is horrible too where u do not have a choice of eggs how u would like to have.just boiled or scrambled.bedsheet was torn.location is good but considering the price there are better options.room is too compact which makes it almost impossible to move around once bags have been kept and no locks in the bathroom too. And mind u this was the biggest room which i booked(family room) Lobby is appealing and the staff is friendly.

Mycket nöjda. Trevlig och bekväm lägenhet, dock i tre etage, så man måste gilla trappor. Största pluset är takterrassen med poolen, superställe att hänga på efter en dag på stan. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Läget är perfekt, centralt, men lite skönt avsides.

Liked the property. Staff were lovely. Rooms were quite small and had strange design choices. - couldn’t fully open wardrobe door so drawers inside inaccessible….. Very quirky. Roof top small but pleasant, pool teeny tiny. Rooms very varied and some far better than others. Good location.

Loved this property and it’s friendly staff. When we were upstairs in the loft you could hear water running in the walls. And given we were so Close to the lift we could hear that too. Overall a great stay despite these 2 little nitpicky things.

Palma Suites is a wonderful, cozy, classy and welcoming hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks and with each passing day realized how perfectly located it was with easy access to transportation and a wide variety of incredible dining/shopping options. It's easy to get delightfully "lost" in Old Palma - it's part of the charm, and finding our way back to Palma Suites at the end of each day always felt like we were returning to our cozy home.

Koselig leilighetshotell i rolige omgivelser i Gamlebyen. Pent innredet, godt renhold, god frokostbuffet, med passe utvalg, og ferskpresset appelsinjuice. Imøtekommende og gjestfri betjening. En nydelig, liten takterrasse med et lite basseng (ikke til å svømme i, men for å avkjøle seg i) Bor gjerne her igjen!

Vi hadde et utrolig flott opphold! Vår junior suite var delikat, moderne og romslig, og ikke minst så var sengene skikkelig gode. Vi må også skryte av frokosten. Utvalget var ikke stort, men kvaliteten var topp! Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
