Nice location that uses the Fall River location very well. Room had a coffee maker that was inoperable. Included breakfast was marginal. Parking a bit crowded, had to park across the street one night. Nice place, nice staff, but a bit overpriced for the overall experience

Chad is awesome. Our room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but a nice surprise and I was happy to see V8 juice! Close proximity to the shops and we walked to dinner and whiskey tasting in less than 5 minutes. No elevator but help to tote luggage was offered. River on property is awesome and the outside seating on rivers edge offsets the lack of private decks.

The setting along the creek is beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly (I think the desk workers name was Baldwin?). Free s'mores was a hit. Great hot tub area. We would stay here again.

Great stay overall. Easy access to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only negative is the lack of an elevator to assist with getting our luggage to the third floor. My wife and I are 76 and 77 years old and no longer “spring chickens.” Given that we came from Atlanta, GA (1050 ft), our age, the Estes Park elevation (7523 ft), the lack of an elevator made getting to our room a challenge.

We were really thrilled with this hotel. The too is very cute, clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. The check in was very pleasant. They even had a hot tub and fire pits. Had s’more ingredients in the lobby to use at their fire pits. Would definitely recommend and return again.

Our room was like stepping back into a 1970s motel. Dark. Dated. Loud motel air conditioning unit. Old bathroom with a toilet that ran until you jiggled the handle just right. Dirty chair upholstery. Sheer curtains on the door and window that allowed light in all night. A tv with Direct TV that didn’t connect until we put about an hour in figuring it out.

Silver Moon was handy in the proximity of easy access to downtown and all of the lounge area in front of the river was a nice setting. However, the room itself could use a little more in updated features. The bathroom floor was icky, stained and dirty looking. The heating unit along the floor/wall was dirty and rusty looking. An overstuffed chair was so stained and dirty looking I wouldn't sit on it let alone put my luggage on it! The dorm size refrigerator, TV and coffee maker were all plugged into an extension cord! That looked like one big fire hazard! NOT OKAY!! The King size bed was comfy. Overall I would give it 2.5 stars.

This is a wonderful hotel located in a beautiful setting, with the Estes Park River Walk right in front. Listen to the sounds of the river, or better yet sit on the Adirondack chairs and enjoy a nice evening in the great outdoors! The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and large, and you are walking distance to all Estes Park has to offer. And, just minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park! Highly recommended, you will love it!

Chad at the front desk is a great employee and represents the hotel very well- very informative, professional, and a great conversationalist. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever experienced, and a good size. Great location for walkability downtown. My only complaints- the bed was sagging a bit in the middle and the soundproofing was lacking.

Great location, clean and well maintained. Only drawbacks were no elevator and the walls and floor are super thin so you hear everything! Stay on the 3rd floor for quiet but keep in mind you’ll have to drag your luggage 3 flights lol

The property was REALLY beautiful with great access to the Estes Lark Main Street. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accompanying as we checked in later than expected. My only gripes are that the air conditioning really didn’t work very well, the curtains let a lot of the lamp light in from the outside and being on the first level I couldn’t believe how noisy the people above us were starting at 4AM. That last part is definitely not the Inn’s problem but we definitely didn’t get a very good nights sleep with all that. We would 100% stay here again though, just on the third level and maybe with some eye covers haha :) it really was beautiful.

It’s a nice place, with a great property, location and really nice staff. The room could use some updates here and there, and the shower was smaller than the ones I used on Navy ships back in the late 80s. Overall, a worthy, pet friendly stay!

The location was great. It is within easy walking distance of the town center, and the Fall River runs beside the hotel. The only drawback to the hotel in our experience was we could hear footsteps almost constantly above our heads through the night.

Exceptional! Comfortable and clean room. Cozier than most typical hotels - the wood doors are such a nice CO touch. Loved our fireplace, our patio, streamside chars and fire pits at night! We will definitely be back!

I can’t recommend the Silver Moon Inn highly enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent to walk to town, the riverwalk and for us an easy drive to RMNP. They have popcorn in the afternoon, fire pits and the making for s’mores in the evening. The place is immaculate, the breakfasts fine and the beds comfortable.

Location is good, and the outdoor seating is nice. But room is old, AC/heating is noisy, ventilation is poor. It takes a few minutes to fill the toilet tank. Not sure why there were so many 5 Star reviews, which was the reason I booked this hotel. What is more, I was horrified by a fellow guest’s experience. While out for fresh air a little after 9 pm, I was approached by a guest who asked if I had the hotel emergency number on my check-in sheet. He found out after dinner that he was locked out, and the hotel staff had taken off. He called the 24-hour emergency number on the lobby door but no one answered. Around 10 pm, he drove out of the hotel parking lot with sleepy kids. I was saddened and horrified at the thought that it could have been me and my family.

I always struggle with my choice when I book a hotel in a tourist area, but we hit the jackpot when we booked the Silver Moon Inn! From the moment we arrived to the minute we checked out, we had a wonderful experience! We loved the location - it was close to shops and restaurants and completely walkable! The staff was fantastic - so personable and knowledgeable about everything in the area and making us feel very welcome! The room we booked was beautiful - spacious, comfortable, and a river running by our balcony that served as white noise during the day and night! The s’mores and complimentary popcorn were just an extra bonus that was much appreciated! My husband and I both appreciated this hotel so much and all the service we enjoyed! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel! The location was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable and they had the fire pits going out front making smores. It was quiet and restful. Isaac was so warm and welcoming. However, we were checked in by someone who obviously didnt want to be there. He was gruff ⁰

This was the least favorite of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our CO vacation. The hotel has a lot of potential but is outdated and check-in staff was not friendly. It is, however, conveniently located to old town Estes Park with shopping and dining options nearby. Dish network TV was not user friendly and we were unable to get Uber Eats to deliver.

Wonderful place to stay and incredibly convenient to downtown. We parked our car and walked everywhere easily. The staff was awesome, especially Chad the morning guy, I can't say enough good things about him. The ground and amenities were outstanding, they even provided you with everything needed to make smores every night buy the many open fires by the beautiful river. We will definitely come back.

Great location with its own mountain stream to sit by. We ate breakfast by the stream every morning. They also do fire pits and s’mores each night. Short walk to all the downtown shops and the free trolley to include the rest of town and the park. The best location!

Loved that it was by the river. Right outside your door, with many chairs set up by the creek with firepits and free s'mores. A large elk walked through the creek right in front of us. Many elk in this area. The room was very nice and large with a fridge and microwave. Can walk into downtown easily to shop or grab a meal. One downside is a very small breakfast area and selection, with mostly a continental style, but we often pass on breakfast, so it wasn't a big deal.

The price is largely based on its location. It's great that it's so close to downtown shopping but were this hotel anywhere else, they would not be able to charge this much for this place. The complimentary breakfast was subpar. The pastries were expired, the cereal was stale, the peanut butter was hard. Everything about the complimentary breakfast was bad. The room was fine. We paid extra for river view and were disappointed to see we did not have our own patio or balcony, I felt like the ad was purposely misleading to hide that fact.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Silver Moon was a perfect "home base" - it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the afternoon popcorn, and the beautiful seating areas outside by the creek. Importantly for our trip, it was less than 15 minutes to the Beaver Meadow entrance station!
