A top quality hotel with amazing facilities and comfortable room. A shame the pool was North facing and not taken the opportunity to convert the small pool into a jacuzzi - this would be a nice touch. The staff were super friendly, and transportation links superb and close to a lot of amenities. I loved my stay here and would happily return.

This hotel is very much close to shopping and not far from the main attraction. My room is very clean, the outdoor pool and gym, both in very good condition. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Shoutout to Brent, he had been so helpful and accommodating in all the help and questions that was asked and need. I had a very relaxing stay. Will certainly comeback to this hotel.

Also keine 300 Euro die Nacht wert ohne Frühstück. Hier passt die Preis Leistung nicht. Für das Geld erwarte ich auf jeden Fall ein sauberes Zimmer. Das Waschbecken war dreckig und die Dusche voll mit schwarzen Schimmel. Beim duschen atmen man die Dämpfe auch direkt ein (giftig). Nach dem ich das gemeldet habe, kam jemand zum putzen vorbei. Aber naja Schimmel bekommst nicht mal eben so weg. Erst am dritten Tag roch es mal nicht danach. Trotzdem musste wir in dem Zimmer bleiben. Ebenso war das Zimmer immer klamm. Das was positiv war. Das personal wirkte freundlich und das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Absolutely loved my stay at Park Royal! The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

This is an architectural wonder of Singapore, but perhaps at the expense of the guest experience. The rooms are very dark (not enough natural nor manmade light). The rooms smell fusty with a slight odour of urine - perhaps not well ventilated enough? The bathroom constantly drips water. There’s so much to love in the design and thinking, but certain elements weren’t very well thought of specific to a hotel. When we stayed the bar was under renovation. There’s also only one restaurant which only serves a buffet - strange for such a large hotel. Must commend the staff for excellent friendly service though.

The PRC Pickering is a well located big, beautiful, high-end hotel in Singapore. The exterior is a design delight as numerous levels are covered in lush foliage making the hotel quite unique. The lobby is grand and impressive (check-in was quick and efficient) and it opens to a large restaurant where the breakfast buffet is comprehensive and delicious. Our room was very modern, clean, and compact with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning, water pressure, and water temperature control was spot on. A few characteristics annoyed us, however. There was little storage or shelf space for clothes and insufficient space for luggage. The lighting was on touch sensitive buttons with several functions making them harder to operate than normal switches. Finding which switches operated specific lights was a hassle. With all the micro lights in the room, it was still difficult to get enough light to read or apply make-up. One day, housekeeping completely missed cleaning our room. All said, this is a good hotel, but I’ll try another next time.

Room is quite clean. Water pressure in the shower is good. No bottled water given as there is a tap with filtered water at the sink. To switch off the lamps near the beds, the switches are on top while the switch for the desk lamp is at the side. 3 types of pillows in the pillow menu. No turn-down service. Bed is comfortable. Desk and chair are good for working. Nice environment as I can see the greenery out of the window. Soundproofing is a bit weak. Can hear your neighbours moving in and out of the room when their door is open although my door is closed. Staff at Lime Restaurant will take care of you. Good selection of breakfast. In-room dining menu is quite extensive. A 5-minute walk to Chinatown Point and from there, you can get to Chinatown MRT Station. From Exit A of Chinatown MRT Station, you can get Amacha (local herbal bubble tea) which is quite nice! Chagee also opened a store opposite. From there, walk down and you will see a famous Hindu temple. Turn right and walk down and you will get to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Very convenient!

The hotel is famous of its unique architectural features. In general, the room is clean. The size of the room is small -- it is good for one or two guests. But I do not recommend it for guests with small kids. My room's sink has a serious drainage problem. This can be prevented by a simple check. Overall, the hotel service is good. But the room is slightly overpriced. I guess the unique architectural feature is the selling point of the rooms.

The pool is so much nicer than the photos with a beautiful view out over the city and also up into the sky with the luscious greenery of the hotel in view. The facilities are fantastic but the rooms are designed very poorly. Not a lot of space to put bags, light switch’s are not convenient and the massive sliding bathroom door is ridiculously cumbersome and loud. That being said we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location. Best to go with the buffet option for dining at breakfast as the service for A La Carte wasnt great as there was limited wait staff to take your order. Fantasic service, great loation. Very nice Hotel and recommend to anyone. Once we checked out, they offered us free bag storage and a pass to come back to the hotel to use the pool & freshen up before our flight home, no prompting required. That is called "service"

Everything about this hotel is amazing! For sure I will be back. The service was 5 star, all my concierge requests exceeded expectations. Our check in with Tech was so wonderful we felt the warmth and welcome. The property was extremely beautiful and modern. And we absolutely love our room, the bed was so comfortable. At the time of reservation at Expedia, we have highlighted that we are with 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 13 yrs old), but at the time of check-in, the front desk has noticed to me that the room only fits for 3, and not 4. We had long discusions, which took me more than 1 hour to convince the front desk that this won't work and an additional bed is needed. By talking with the supervisor, he arranged the additonal bed for us. Long story short, in case the room can't fit 4 pax, than Expedia shouldn't sell the room. Thanks for the frontdesk employees to be flexible.

A beautiful property located within walking distance of Chinatown and MRT. Lobby and restaurant on first floor very inviting and always accommodating. Sustainability is a focus here though they collect towels daily and seem to be concerned if you want to skip a cleaning. Lighting in the rooms is a little challenging due to reliance on natural light. Overall an excellent facility with great service.

Excellent location for MRT, Marina Bay Area, Merlion Park, China Town. Hotel swimming pool was excellent to cool off mid day and return to sightseeing. Also close to Hawker for variety local food at cheap prices. I would return here on my next stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location next to Chinatown. A 5 minute walk to the Chinatown MTR station and the ChinaTown Point Mall behind the hotel. The mall has a nice Starbucks, a Singtel to purchase a 1 week cellular and internet package, lots of ATMs (including Citibank on the second floor), a grocery store and 2 drug stores in the basement. Buy a tourist MTR card at any 7-11. Very well equipped exercise room.

Loved my stay at the ParkRoyal Pickering. Staff were amazing and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. The lunch and dinner buffets also looked great but I didn’t get to experience them. Pool area is perfect for relaxing and there are separate areas and cabanas so you don’t feel crowded. The location is great for short walks to Raffles, Chijmes, the MRT train station and so manybsmall restaurants (including easy walking distance to Jumbo Seafood Riverwalk in Clarke Quay (you have to order the chill crab!!) I highly recommend this hotel !!
