Very convenient and friendly staff. It was just a minute from the MTR. However, I did have a few issues with the room. There was a severe lack of plugs to charge my items. I had to charge my phone by the front door on the floor or crawl under a bench. It wasn’t convenient. After showering, there was also a lack of hooks to hang my wet towels. In the shower room, there was limescale on the walls so the condition of the room just felt a bit old. But for convenience, this location was great

Front desk staff were polite and generally friendly and check in and out were fairly prompt. I stayed here several years ago and on this return visit, did notice changes. The amenities provided weren’t as good anymore and the condition of the room also was more worn; doors don’t slide properly, lights in the closet were flickering and the aircon unit didn’t seem to work very well as the temperature couldn’t really be adjusted so I felt cold most of the time even after switching the whole thing off. Noise from neighboring units could also be heard loudly. But that said, the location of the property is still excellent, with many good dining options nearby or a slight further walk away to Central/Soho.

담배 냄새, 찌린내가 방 안에 가득합니다. 냄새때문에 숙박하는 내내 불쾌했습니다. 또한 복도와 방문 밑에가 뚫려있어서 복도에서 방 안에 소리가 다 들리고, 방 안에서도 복도에서 걷는소리, 얘기하는 소리가 다 나는 등 방음에도 아주 취약합니다. 객실 또한 너무나 어둡고 침침해요. 넓은 것 빼면 좋은 점이 없습니다.

99 Bonham has a great location. Love the huge windows. The space is really well designed with an actual kitchen area along the entrance way. The bathroom is a delight with a bath tub and always plenty of toiletries. The bed is really comfortable. The separate seating area by the huge windows is amazing — enough room to invite a couple of friends to eat/ plenty of room to work.

The room was beautiful and well serviced. The local breakfast restaurants offered what was needed. However the aircon in the room needs to be inspected. The unit is incredibly loud and vibrates...and makes the adjacent boxing and ceiling vibrate as well. Beautiful view of hongkong skyline.

Excellent place to stay on HK island. Good sized rooms and modern fitout with all amenities provided. Great location. Comfy bed. Staff were superb, especially Ivan who assisted with a little taxi payment issue! Will stay again. 5 stars!

99 Bonham was a mixed experience. The location is good with MTR and trams just a 5 min walk away. But the hotel lobby is shockingly drab with surly staff so first impression is bad. Not to mention we were not offered the complimentary upgrade privilege from my Gold membership even when hotel didn’t seem that full over the 4 nights we’re stayed. Room itself was a little small but adequately appointed. All in all, a little disappointing but if a convenient location is what you are looking for, it’s not bad for the price.

Really modern and clean accommodation. Rooftop was very nice, too. The Cleaning staff were very friendly and the front desk staff were also helpful. I can’t find any faults with the stay. I would recommend this place for business travel or couples. Did not use the gym but it looked decent.

マカオからフェリーで到着しました。港から徒歩で行けます。周辺にはカフェやレストランなどもありとても便利な立地です。屋上からの景色も最高です。夜はお酒を持ち込んで飲んでる人も沢山いました。部屋は十分な広さでバスタブもあり上層階で景色も良かったです。スタッフも親切でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食は近くのカフェから選べますが、どこも美味しそうで迷いました。祝日などはやってないお店や遅く開くお店もあるので注意が必要です。総じて大満足でした。

Liked the service, front desk very, very helpfully. 👍. The room was not what I expected, bathroom conditions were not neat, water stoped running in the middle of the shower. Some amenities look modern but low cost. Breakfast not available at hotel but finally they send you to a very good small restaurant with nice breakfast menu!!

Too expensive for what I got. I bought room Breakfast but no breakfast inside the hotel, just a voucher to use outside. Wi-Fi didn't work, balance without batteries, no mini-bar. good position but really expensive for what they offers

Room is spacious and nicely done. The room also has microwave/oven and induction stove. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide cooking utensils such as pot, pans to utilize the stove. Hotel is located near MTR and bus stops and has lots of restaurants.
