Great stay and would recommend if visiting Lille. Only a 15 minute stroll into the centre. Lots of transport hubs around which makes it easy. Room was clean and had kettle etc. Parking on site for a fee but was safe and secure.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, our rooms were clean and bathroom, spotless. The walk into Lille is about ten minutes and the free parking at the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is varied and last time we stayed we enjoyed a very relaxing evening meal in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel was in a good area. 15 min walk into centre. Tram 5 min walk. Room adequate.poor tea and coffee options in room. 1 normal teabag , 1 fruit teabag. Unfortunately when we stayed the chef was off sick. No dinner service for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This was very disappointing as we booked hotel with restaurant service and I’m sure this is reflected in the price.

Skimmelsvamp i badeværelsset og recptionen var klar over problemet, da de lige havde flyttet et ægtepar fra det pågældende værelse. var kun å hoteller for at dove 4-5 timer inden turen gik videre, så havde ikke overskud til at klage. Lod bare være med at bruge badet.

Room absolutely STUNK of sewage ... had to have windows wide open all night for the smell not to be so bad. No idea where it was coming from. Maybe the aircon. Still feel sick thinking about it. Apart from that the room looked tidy and clean. Wouldnt stay here again.

Not a bad hotel. But what pissed me off is they have control over the air conditioning at the desk. So they would turn it off when they felt necessary to turn it off. I would wake up in the middle of the night hot. So I would turn it back on, and they would shut it back off. This is why I took away two stars.

Message totalement déplacé reçu en pleine nuit de la part du réceptionniste. Honteux ! J’ai dû le signaler à une collègue de l’accueil car le responsable était en congé mais j’ai été très choquée qu’un employé se permette de récupérer des infos de l’hôtel pour obtenir mon numéro perso. C’est vraiment inadmissible ne serait-ce que d’un point de vue légal et pire encore selon moi totalement inadapté de viser une inconnue qui est seule !

Vraiment bien situé à côté de la gare Lille Europe, des transports publics et la vieille ville accessible à pied ! Personnel souriant et serviable. Établissement super propre et excellent wifi pour bosser. Insonorisation au top. Pour ce qui est de la literie, il faut que vous y dormiez pour comprendre 👍😴😉 Un petit déjeuner qui vaut la peine d'être dégusté. La solution également pour un city break à Lille Bravo à l'équipe !

In a slightly odd area outside the centre, but it didn't take long to walk to the old town. The hotel was perfectly adequate for the price with a comfortable bed and good double glazing. The breakfast was quite good and varied, however see below! On arrival I was told breakfast would be served until 1pm on Sunday, however when I arrived not long after 11am several items were unavailable (most of the hot food) or about to run out. I was therefore rather surprised when a member of the hotel staff came along and finished off what remained of the cheeses and the brioche...
