I’m travelling very often for my work and this is the first time I have had such a poor expérience; people are shouting to each other in the corridors at midnight, then again at 6AM laughing hard and making a lois alarm go off. Alarm went off several times during 20min and reception told me not to panic. I was looking for a place to rest, did not know that at SwissEver resting was from midnight to 6…what customers do you have? This is very low level, as a first price hôtel attitude. Despicable experiorence.
