Numerous reviews praise clean rooms and well-kept common areas. Several others report issues such as mold or hair in showers, dust buildup, and occasional drain odors.

Rooms feel modern but compact, with multiple mentions of very small layouts. Noise transfer through thin walls is common, and some found beds springy or pillows uncomfortable, while others appreciated ample outlets and practical layouts.

Staff are widely described as friendly, polite, and accommodating, with generally smooth check-in/out. A few noted curt phone responses, uneven guidance at check-in, or housekeeping timing that felt rushed.

Walkable to Nishitetsu Kurume Station (about 5–10 minutes) and convenient to restaurants in a generally quiet area. Some guests felt it was a bit far from busier hubs or that immediate shopping options were limited.

Breakfast feedback ranges from simple and tasty to limited selection, early hours, and crowding at peak times. Many appreciated the complimentary evening curry, often described as good.
