We didn’t like the fact we couldn’t park our vehicle in the car stacker on the Friday (1st day of stay) as the receptionist said it wouldn’t fit… we have a VW TRoc (small car) we parked outside received a parking ticket Overall was a great stay

We absolutely Loved our stay here and will be back! Everything was thought of, from the welcoming bed chocolates, to the bath salts, to a wide range of tea and coffee available, extra towels, slippers, dressing gown… I could go on and on. Super quiet, warm, Clean, spacious and central to everything. The staff were welcoming and so helpful and the parking so convenient for our small car. I will be recommending this place to everyone who comes to Hobart. Thank you so very much!

A wonderful location so close to Dark Mofo action , but just far enough out of the ruckus. Suites were warm, tasteful decor, clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the parking is pretty woeful to access. It’s an engineered stacking system that really is only suited to small cars which they don’t tell you at time of booking, I got a phone call re the parking the day before trip. I had already hired a car at that stage. Upon arrival at airport the car I was given was slightly larger than the one booked, still classed as a small/med car. It was so hard to reverse in I almost had a panic attack about scratching the hire car. I went to car hire next day to swap for a smaller car as parking on street in Salamanca is not an option.

Cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the point of arrival to our departure, our expectations were highly exceeded. Caitlin who was at the Front Desk on arrival was so helpful. A wealth of knowledge and quick to help in any way possible. The Unit was spotless and very well maintained , a credit to the owner and cleaning staff.

The studio room was the perfect size for our 6 night stay. We had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We did find some cleaning issues - the floor was dusty, especially under the bed. It was as if no sweeping had been done at all for weeks. This needs addressing. The website is ambiguous with regards to the mini bar - it is listed under complimentary amenities, but there is definitely a price list (that we had to ask for). A bit more transparency would be good. Cleaning staff fairly noisy when cleaning rooms early in the morning. Overall, we were happy with the stay but it wasn't perfect.

Not a hotel room but a fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment, fabulous bathroom with both hydro bath and shower area plus washing machine, nice kitchen/lounge/diner with 2 plate hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Shall try booking again if I get back to Tasmania.

Spacious property on the Wharf and 3 mins walk from a great seafood restaurant, Blue Fish. Liked that there was a separate bathroom and not a ‘zoned’ area. Good facilities apart from the washing machine which didn’t work. No one on site to fix it which was a shame. That would be my only issue in that there was no one on reception or on site. Checking in wasn’t a major issue but had to speak to someone for instructions and what to do with car parking.

I chose this property due to its proximity to places of interest at the Hobart waterfront. It is only about 150 metres from Salamanca shopping / eating precinct and a similar distance to the wharf area. There are plenty of historic places around Battery point , which is well worth visiting. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Excellent location. Charming accommodation, clean. Make sure to check out the cafe attached- Farzi, its excellent! Room was a little dark as the window looks out to a brick wall, but I do remember reading that on another review so was expected. Reception hours were unexpectedly short, but didnt cause us too much issue. Overall, great place to stay- would stay again 😊

The only issue we had was that my wife and I prefer a buffet at breakfast, not a la carte. So with a la carte, you don't get everything you like and must take things you don't. But other than that, the hotel was fine and there was good access to food at the seaport nearby or the hotel restaurant and bar.

I love this hotel so much! The area was completely walkable, with nearby buses and ferries to the major attractions that are farther away. There was a charming cafe right there in the hotel - try the omelette, so good! There are parks and seaside within a block, and more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will have time to visit. The staff was very courteous and helpful. In particular, the housekeeping staff was the best I have ever seen! This hotel has everything you need for an extended stay. I had a clothes washing machine, a dishwasher, and a kitchen. I lived here for two weeks and I miss it already.
