Bad experience. Arrived early evening and found the reception closed, after hours mobile phone wouldn't answer, even the hotels.com agent couldn't get hold of them, including the call being answered and hung up on. Eventually had to give up (after nearly an hour of trying) and find somewhere else to stay for the night. Not only disappointing, but genuinely aggravating, when after hours arrangements could have easily been made. Zero / ten rating.

Large clean room air-conditioned was going when we arrived. We were informed room was ready early and was made welcome by Donna. Guest free laundry. Had a pleasant stay.
