Côté positif : le personnel très accueillant serviable. Côté négatif : le lieu est glauque. On est obligé de se garer dans le parking de l’hôtel qui est payant. La douche et le lavabo sont dans la chambre. Le lit est une cuvette. Les serviettes de bain sont de la taille d’un essuie-main. Comme il n’y avait pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel nous avons demandé à l’accueil ce qu’il y avait dans les environs. Ils étaient incapables de nous informer, à part un tout petit bar en face de l’entrée.

La chambre était comme presque tout les hôtels, les toilettes sont séparés de la douche, ca cest un bon point. Un des bémols c'est l'éclairage automatique des toilettes, même pour la petite commission, la lumière ne tient que environ 1 minute, c'est vraiment trop juste, il y a un réglage de temporisation à revoir. Le deuxième point qui est contraignant, c'est la salle de petit déjeuné, elle est vraiment très très petite, surtout quand le parking est plein à craquer, mais il est bien complet, il y a même des œufs à se faire cuir à la coque. Et le dernier bémol c'est le parking, il est payant ce n'est pas comme en France la nuit est à 10 Euros et 5 Euros si on s'enregistre gratuitement sur le site, mais le bon point c'est que nous pouvons rentrer toute la nuit et ça cest bien il y a toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil même la nuit. Pour manger le soir il y a une pizzeria derrière l'église qui est incroyable. Nous avions des chanteurs pendant le repas, par contre un inconvénient majeure cest, le mode de payement, ils ne prennent pas les carte VISA c'est vraiment dommage, et n'attendait pas de carafe d'eau dans tout les restaurants de Bruxelles ils n'en donnes pas et ils proposent des bouteilles à acheter. Sinon notre séjours était top nous avont apprécié.

The hotel was not easy to spot from the road and the taxi had to pay in order to leave the gated parking lot. Our room felt more like a dorm room. The Expedia description said breakfast was included but we were charged 10EUR each plus another city tax. I had prepaid and there were taxes and municipal fees listed on my receipt. There was no soap in the shower and very little at the sink. We were given a new bottle as soon as we asked. Everything was clean, just a little worn in places. I’d say the site is very functional but not posh at all.

L'entrée est superbe, les couloirs aussi, mais la chambre n'est pas très belle. La surprise de payer le parking 10 € pour 24 h m'a fait comprendre que je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel. Je me suis rendu compte après c était inscrit sur le site. Je n'ai jamais payé un parking aussi cher pour un hôtel Ibis Budget ; hors de prix ! Et bruit de VMC toute la nuit.

Buongiorno tutto perfetto. Iniziando dalla pulizia, camera pulita. Bagno pulito compreso doccia, receptionisti molto gentili, e ad ogni domanda una risposta molto cordiali. Sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazioni. E gia la seconda volta che veniamo in questo hotel. E ci ritorneremo. Buona giornata da me e il mio compagno ospiti per 4 giorni. Prezzo ottimo!!!!!! Das Hotel war gut zu finden und mir 10 min vom Bhf entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check in problemlos. Der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels ist allerdings sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Teppiche auf den Fluren sind sehr abgenutzt und schmutzig - Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und auch sehr abgenutzt - Wände und Böden waren teilweise kaputt und schmutzig. Ebenso wie die Dusche. Ich fühlte mich deshalb leider nicht sehr wohl. Allerdings war das Bett super bequem ! Auch Bettwäsche und Kissen waren sauber und bequem. Habe trotz allem sehr gut geschlafen. Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel ausreichend.

I had to leave out the trash myself bc no one took it out, and when I went to talk to one of the cleaning staff the female ran and closed the door to the room so I would not even talk to her. I complained and they only took trash then but never cleaned the bathroom it had hairs that were not mine so I never got to take a bath.

La propreté de l'hôtel laissait à désirer. Nous avons noté que les miroirs n'étaient pas nettoyés, que des traces de boissons n'était pas lavées de la table. La toilette ne possédait pas de brosse. Comme le nettoyage ne se fait pas tous les jours, les traces restent dans la cuvette de la toilette pendant des jours sans être nettoyées.

The hotel is a budget hotel with no frills. When I checked in, the floor in my room was dirty. The furniture and appliances are old, dirty and in some cases broken. The TV is about the size of a laptop. The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke and you can smell it coming through the vents into your room.

A great stay of 5 nights with family at the heart of Brussels. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and corridors. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hot water was free from coffee machines which was needed for our daughter. The bathroom light's censor was little annoying as it turns off every 5 seconds, so you will have to keep shaking your body or waving at the censor to keep the light on. But thats just a small part which you can ignore. Very happy with the stay and experience. Thats a great budget option. Highly recommended.

Helpful and kind staff at reception. Located in Brussel's Flemish outskirt it's the typical budget french Brant hotel with a bunk bed overhead.Room was clean but poor soundprouf makes night...... messy when neighbours don't keep quiet until late. Some disfunctionnal facilities like the light in the toilet.Good for a short stage.

Obviously for the cost, we weren’t expecting the Ritz, but we did book a triple room for 3 people, only got given 2 towels and had to make the bunk bed up ourselves as if we were in a hostel or something. The glass door on the shower (reflected in the mirror to anyone on one of the beds) totally lacked privacy, as did the non-lockable toilet door. The toilet light went off after about 10 seconds and you had to do a little dance on the loo to get it to come back on. Breakfast was plentiful and the beds were comfortable but it just felt that the layout of the room hadn’t really been thought through. Charging for parking in that location (and charging so much) on top is a bit cheeky.

It was okay - not for me though. The wc doesn’t have the lock - why ??? It has sensor in there, that means you need to keep moving in order to keep the light on.. May be good for students or singles but won’t recommend for family unless you are using n budget !

O quarto jamais poderia ser vendido para utilização de três pessoas. Não há condições sequer, de que 3 pessoas transitem no quarto ao mesmo tempo, e quando estão, não há espaço nem para que se abra uma mala, se apoie os pertences, enfim, é um cubículo com um vaso fechado por duas paredes e uma porta de compensado, separadamente um box com porta de vidro com as dimensões unicamente de uma pessoa em pé e pia com espelho na parte de fora, no ambiente do quarto. O local é péssimo. Horrível. Parece uma área industrial, sem absolutamente nada por perto, nem transporte.

The property was good but the service was very poor, we waited for nearly 1.30 hours for check-in. There was only one person at the receiption and was very slow. Need to increase some staff or consider how to speed up the process

My car was damaged by another vehicle in their car park - staff refused to review CCTV footage. Followed up with an email request to management, who also refused. Seemingly unmoved by criminal damage occurring on their property. Avoid at all costs, wish I’d stayed somewhere else, where guests and their property are valued

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier situé assez loin du centre ville. Il faut rouler près de 30 minutes pour le rejoindre. Au alentour de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire ou à voir. Je trouve que le tarif de 112 euros pour une chambre avec petit déjeuner plus 10 euros de parking et élevé pour les prestations offertes.

Ibis was à Nice place for us. Close to a train station, 2 stations away from gare du midi downtown and they’re offering breakfast buffet for €10 extra every morning. Could have been half the amount… Overall it’s a pleasant place.

Room small but enough for night or two, I think bunk bed over regular one is great idea and space savers which we and my son liked very much . However maintain cleanliness may be challenging and unfortunately we could see lots of dirts between bed frame and mattress , and floor in the room didn't looked very clean. Except of this room was great for the price, breakfast one of best we had in the hotel and staff very pleasant and helpful .
