The Warwick is a well appointed and comfortable hotel. We went up to the top bar but found the back ground music so loud we couldn't hear others speak, and requests to turn it down had no effect

Nice hotel in a lovely part off city, 2 minutes walk from Brussels central. Restaurants and shops just a street away and hotel has its own restaurant, rooftop bar is lovely but rather pricey, gin and tonic £11. Rooftop bar was closed one night we were there and the bar downstairs looks like it’s been shut for sometime, I think if they close rooftop bar they should open the other so we were a bit disappointed on our last night to have the bar closed.

As you walk into the hotel, the reception area is beautifully presented (and this was even more so with it being Christmas time). The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The reception team were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in a great location too!

The hotel has a good location and on the surface looks very nice. But the bed was as hard as a rock. I know this is a a subjective thing for people, but it did not work for me. And there was noise coming from the street, from the hallways and the rooms adjoining. The walls are paper thin. My TV broke while I was there and it took about two days and two reminders before it was fixed. And there was mold in the bathroom.

Mostly excellent but can't give 5 stars as shower was cold every morning of our stay. Less annoying but also a negative was that this wasn't the quietest place as there was noise from neighbouring door slams. Otherwise, very comfortable, clean, great service and great location.

Our first room, 123, had black mold around the ceiling of the bathroom and in the middle of the night, the shower from room above us began to leak making the painted ceiling bulge and drip water. We had to pack up and check our bags at front desk To wait for a room to become avail. that evening. This room had a shower head that would not work. The hand held did though. Cigarette smoke came through the air vent and we were in a no smoking area. The a/c did not function the second night so we opened a window. Both rooms were noisy and you could hear guests late at night banging around and slamming hotel room doors up and down the halls. The main part of the hotel was clean. Our standard rooms were shop worn, had powdered coffee in the room. I noticed some rooms had nespresso, because it was on the maids cart. The hotel was right by Amsterdam Central, so very convenient. The staff was helpful and apologetic for our trouble, but we had 4 nights with no sleep.

Pretty decent location just around the corner from the square and food options. Bit dated and don’t expect everything to work, bathroom door couldn’t close, mold above the door in the bathroom, and tub wouldn’t stay full making it difficult to bathe my daughter under 1.

Pros: The location is convenient and the amenities are present as advertised (in room fridge, kettle, fitness center, room service etc). Cons: The furnishings and fixtures are quite old/worn in this hotel. The bed was extremely hard, and the faucet in our room leaked. The shower did not have a curtain, and the water made the entire bathroom floor wet. Noise from both the street and the hallway made it difficult to sleep. Would visit the city again, but not stay at this hotel.

the hotel was an excellent location very near train station. The hotel was clean and staff friendly however, to use internet, a package had to be purchased. a quality hotel of this nature should always provide it's guest with free internet use much to the level that even a 2 stars hotels provides.

Service is poor and cold. The hotel restaurant is the worst : long time (1:30 hrs to dine) and mice in the dinning room! First one and asked the staff (No apologizes) : "Sir we follow the sanitary regulations", clearly not the first time and they spoke the answer told by management. Second mouse (that I could take in video), the same answer !

The location is excellent, in historic center, in short walking distance to main attractions, museums, train station, restaurants and shopping. The room was elegant and sparkly clean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff is very friendly. Excellent hotel, highly recommended. There is even a piano in the lobby available for who knows how to play it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par une équipe professionnelle et attentionnée. Une personne s’est occupée de notre voiture ainsi que de nos bagages, un service très appréciable qui nous a permis de nous installer sereinement. La chambre était spacieuse et surtout très calme, idéale pour se détendre après une longue journée. I choose this hotel for a one night stay because of its location between the Grand Place and Central Station. I had hoped to see some of the city during daylight hours and be close to the station for quick access to the airport early the following morning. Having returned to the Warwick shortly after the specified check in time of 3pm I was asked to wait 10 minutes while the housekeeping supervisor checked that my room was ready. This turned into an hour long wait without any further update in the interim. The receptionist was rude and completely unapologetic about this. I was offered a voucher for a drink in the bar which actually had no bar staff on duty. I addition I was asked to approve a €50 security deposit on my credit card. As I had no intention of spending any money in the hotel I refused. This was accepted with bad grace. Why this deposit was sought is a mystery as the minibar in the room was empty. My room was tired looking but clean although a little spartan for the price. The sound proofing between rooms seemed to be poor but I think I was luck with my neighbours.

The hotel has a good location, near all the city attractions, near the train station, thats why we booked this hotel The hotel/rooms are clean , but the air condition (climate control) in the rooms are not working properly. We call the front desk and told them that our room is so hot , they told us that someone is coming to check on it, after 30 minutes, still no one showed up. After 45 minutes, the front desk said that they will just control the air condition temperature from their office, in the first place, they should have done it. We are transfer twice, and still air condition is not working properly , the air condition was blowing warm air. Very very disappointiled with our stay, we would not come back to this hotel again and would not even recommend, waste of money.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and in a great location. However, each night my credit card was charged & the front desk was unable to explain the charges. This was even after I paid the incidentals & the city tax. One night it was 80€ & the next night was 150€. They weren’t room charges or anything & now we have to wait to get them refunded/reversed while we are on vacation and need the money. They are just taking money out of my account each night for absolutely no reason so I would not bother staying here.

The location is great (near the Grand Place) and the place is very nicely appointed. The breakfast was a bit pricey but worth it...after a week eating only croissants for breakfast it was nice to have scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon in the buffet.

Great hotel near the city centre. I loved the breakfast. We had a great view of the grand palace from our window. It was a great experience however I wish that the bathtub would be replaced by a proper shower as I found it hard to take a shower in the bathtub.
