La salle de sport ouverte 24/24 est un vrai plus , et la vue est sublime ce qui motive à s’entraîner . Enjoyed the stay here overall and would recommend because the location is excellent and this is generally a nice hotel. Received a lower rating because the parking garage was full and staff did little to help with situation. If you have a car make sure to either check ahead or be prepared to use city parking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. To the male staff member who checked us in at around 11pm at night: a massive thank you from us both. We appreciated your warm welcome, free chocolates and free drinks vouchers The room you gave us was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and amazing views on 23rd floor. The room and indeed the hotel premises in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast- great variety of food very tasty. We especially liked the selection of freshly made smoothies, nut selection and lots of vegan options. The spa was fantastic also, kept very clean while we were there, hottest sauna I have been in and the views from there were the best part of my experience We give the hotel 10/10 we will definitely return soon for a longer stay

The hotel is unfortunately getting on in years. Superficially ok but if you take a closer look you can see that it needs more in-depth cleaning and maintenance. The service is mixed. We experienced everything from noticeable cordiality to cool processing. When the hotel debited over €500 from our credit card without explanation before we arrived, there was no explanation or apology, just a brief “I'll refund it”. In response to the fact that we had to complain about our first room because hair was stuck to the wall and in the shower, we received very good service and dedicated staff. We would not book here again on our next visit to Brussels. Price and service are not right.

The first night, our shower leaked everywhere. The hotel was notified, but we were instructed that the entire shower panel would have to be changed and that we would have to relocate to another room. After packing everything up, we relocated only to find the 2nd room had an issue with the shower as well. Also, I slathered what I thought was lotion all over my body to start itching & realize it was not lotion at all. It was hand soap out in the wrong bottle. I then had to jump back in the shower which leaked everywhere after having just cleaned up the pools of water that I should not have had to clean in the first place. The hotel then moved us a 3rd time, which was extremely frustrating. They offered us free breakfast; however, it did not make up for the inconvenience of having to pack & unpack, tote out luggage from floor to floor, and a dirty bath robe, which was stained & left over from a previous guest. We were hoping to finally be able to relax & enjoy our hotel stay, but nope! During the night, we noticed the Air conditioning in our room was not working! We spent the night miserably drenched in sweat due to a heatwave taking place in the city. The following morning, we called the hotel & complained about the countless issues we were having. We were forced to MOVE TO A 4TH ROOM. After toting all of our suitcases into the elevator, we had to take them out & drag them to the front desk to inform them our access was not working. Dishes were also always dirty. Horrible

Very nice establishment that offers wonderful views of Brussels. The view from the sauna and the gym cannot be beaten! The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. Very well located hotel with underground oarking. Rooms are nicely decorated, have blackout blinds and are soundproofed so it is very quiet. The pillow was a bit lumpy and hair conditioner would have been useful in the shower. 2 tiny portions of coffee cream are not enoigh for the 4 pods of excellent coffee in the room. The breakfast catered for all tastes but was poorly lit, more evening bar than morning breakfast lighting. A fruit selection would have been nice.

The hotel had good amenities- the spa was nice, unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed and it is a very noisy part of the city. Between other people walking past talking and the street noise it’s pretty much impossible to stay here without earplugs.

I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access. The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice addition to the perfect room. The only regret I have is that around 10:20, so 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast, certain items were already unavailable. I would argue that this should not happen. I do not expect to have every single cake or fruit to be restocked until 10:59, but 40 minutes is unacceptable. Overall, it was still the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, and we will be back.

If all you care about is location, then stay here. If you’re remotely interested in getting any customer service, then avoid at all costs. This hotel has tried to eliminate any and all human interaction in an effort to save a buck. They don’t even want to interact with you at check in. And god forbid you have a question because there’s no one to speak to. They pretend to have a WhatsApp phone number to text with but there’s no one there to answer. It’s an AI bot and when you repeatedly ask to speak to a person, it’ll tell you someone will be with you shortly. I had a question about room service, which wasn’t working and they didn’t respond to me for TWELVE hours. When I complained they said they don’t have anyone working there on the weekends, yet they don’t tell their guests this important information. When I complained, it was very clear they didn’t care even the slightest. Terrible service, which is such a shame for a hotel in such a great area and with great views. Never again.

Had been at The Hotel several times and therefore chose The Hotel (and the breakfast) because the breakfast area is really cosy which was essential during a weekend stay. Due to many guest (I guess) the breakfast was relocated to a un-interested ballroom - very disappointing!

We had a wonderful stay at The Hotel. There was some mix-up with our booking, but the staff was very professional and did their best to help us. Anne, the hotel manager, surprised us and upgraded our room to a beautiful suite overlooking the city due to the delay in check-in. They didn’t need to do that, but all of the staff we encountered were very kind. Thank you, again! I typically don’t do reviews, but I would highly recommend the stay there, as it is a very clean, quiet hotel in a safe area, close to public transport, and walking distance to many sites, shopping, and restaurants. The staff, as mentioned above, went above and beyond and made our stay in Brussels a memorable one.

Stop with this pseudo high tech nonsense... Keep true and competent human beings at the reception. Your system doesn't work and is a true waste of time. The bed where I was was far from perfect. Everywhere, the impression that The Hotel is cutting costs (except those of our stays of course)!!! Unpleasant. You have nevertheless been saved, once again by the outstanding kindness and quality of your PEOPLE at the check in (given your system's failure), the cleaning team, the restaurant service etc... You remain my favourite in town but watch the downhill trend..

Ich möchte mich bei den Mitarbeitern bedanken - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Das Hotel befindet sich recht zentral, in einer Einkaufsmeile und ein sehr schöner Park liegt auch gleich daneben. Nur 5 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß ist die Metro-Station "Louise" . Ich empfehle die Zimmer ganz oben - es ist eine atemberaubende Aussicht zu finden. Danke!

Nice hotel walking distance from the old town and restaurants. Right in the middle of high end shopping, all stores within 1-2 min walk. Staff was attentive, but was hard to get them on the phone from the room, had to go to the lobby and ask them in person for a bathrobe. Spa area is small, well kept and cleaned often. Sauna gets nice city views too. Room was a bit noisy even with shades down, you can hear traffic.

Friendly staff and perfect location - a beautiful park in the back yard and an easy walk to Sablon, Grand Place, and Mont des Arts. Beautiful views from the rooms and the best breakfast buffet we’ve experienced in three years of traveling Europe. The corner suites are well worth the money.

Staff pick and choose who they want to serve, we was seated at a table and totally ignored, not given any menus until we asked. Its very frustrating. For breakfast we had to cue for over 40minutes and then they would let certain people jump the line. We was served a raw burger which was totally pink inside and when we disputed this they looked at us like we was crazy.

The hotel was in the desinger part of Brussels, next door to Prada with Louis Vuttion, Hermes, Gucci etc along the same street. We had a great time and wonderful sleep due to the blackout blinds. The breakfast wad very good but some of the hot food became warm rather than hot towards the end of breakfast. The staff on reception were very helpful and provided me with an UK plug socket adapter and arranged late check outs at a reasonable price. Great views all across the city from the Lounge but also our room. We will definitely stay again in the future. The only down side was the VIP lounge was not always cleaned so there was a collection of empty bottles and glass. Also the food in the lounge was very limited.
