Restaurant, food was good, service was terrible.

AC not work in the room. ”Cityview” was a wall outside the window…

Beautiful hotel but our room was like a sauna…very hot. I was told that the central air-conditioning goes on according to the temperature outside, and therefore, since it was cold, the heat was on in the room I was given a fan and also was given a credit. Fire doors were outside my room and they were constantly making noise. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom very very small.

The location is very convenient and in walking distance to lots of main attractions.

The staff is not prepared to deal with international clients. For locals, could be ok, not helpful, rude...could be better an automatic check in and check out, so you don't have to deal with those untrained people.
