Since we were visiting multiple cities along the Spanish coast, we arrived with a car. It was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find their garage with the instructions the front desk provided. This was really frustrating as cellular GPS is useless when navigating old town. Once we did find the garage, the stall we were directed to use was occupied. However, we couldn’t reach the front desk to ask for a new stall because there’s no cellular connection from the garage. We eventually got through only to be told to park in two other occupied spaces. The experience was maddening and stressful having to navigate extremely tight garage spaces (we rented a Fiat not an SUV). It’s unfortunate this was our first impression as it was the only drawback to an otherwise good experience.

A perfect location for old town València. Easy to find, and a quick check in process, will store luggage before and after checkin/out too. Really lovely, large clean room (multiple blocks around a central square). Only issues we found were the walls are paper thin, you can literally hear the room next door turning on a light switch, the square outside is very noisy at night (even from a top floor room), we were unfortunate and had a group of young girls staying in our block who were incredibly noisy and inconsiderate until 4am which didn’t help, and as the reception isn’t manned overnight there was no one on site to seek support from. Also there was no housekeeping at all during our 4 day stay which was surprising (no cleaning, bedding or towel changes etc). Otherwise a recommended stay, location couldn’t be faulted, and we would stay again despite the noise - which seems to be the case across most of Spain!

Apartment is clean and comfortable. On-site parking space is extremely good. Staff is friendly. But we have a hard time to drive to the place as it is situated inside the old town and all access have warning signs to deter non-authorized vehicles. We called the hotel and found out that the hotel would send our license number to the authority. Would be nice if there is such information given in advance.

Great stay. Very central right in the old town with no issues over noise or safety at night. The staff are really helpful they assisted us when we blew a fuse and came over immediately and then came back again when we locked ourselves out of our safe. Can't fault the apartment, facilities or location. Kitchen has everything you would need and bed very comfortable. Apartment was super clean and Aircon worked well. We took the metro from the airport and it's then a short 15 minute walk to the apartments. The location couldn't be better for getting everywhere by foot and it's all really close by.

Would definitely recommend. The only problem we had was finding the parking area. The street signs are on the side of the building, making it impossible to know what is what while driving. It would be better if they diagrammed an actual map. We parked at the plaza instead. Washer, dishwasher, oven stove, nice fridge, and no more than a 7 or less minute walk to many attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose from, and groceries are nearby. The kitchen is appointed with most everything that you will need. The AC is incredible and the place is very secure.

This is a great place to stay in Valencia! You are literally in the shadow of the Cathedrals’ tower. The only tricky part is getting there for the first time. The streets are mostly pedestrian walkways so it is very tricky. If you use Uber, type in “Apartmentos Mon Suites Cathedral”. We tried a taxi with the address given on the reservation and he dropped us off blocks from the place and we had to drag our luggage.

Property was excellent location, walkable to all attractions, bars and restaurants. Staff were lovely. Place was lovely and clean. Didn’t get five stars and lift was a bit temperamental and could have done with some extra amenities like milk or tea in room. Apart from that excellent stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. Check in was straightforward and staff super helpful. Apartment lovely and clean and comfy beds. Quiet even with cathedral round corner and a bar/restaurant in the square. Some "internal" noise - i.e. people moving about in corridors but nothing unusual. Great location, in centre of old town and so much around. Great places to eat and a bike rental just round corner. Lovely to get lots of space and a central location! Would definitely stay again and recommend. Saw a few comments about getting lost; once you know where it is, no probs. 5 mins from anywhere old town and WhatsApp ahead of arrival was helpful in directing our taxi from airport. It is in a pedestrian area, but cars can go literally 20 metres away from reception.

Phenomenal location and the absolute CLEANEST suite we have ever encountered. Comfortable and well-appointed. Walkable to the silk exchange, cathedral, famous central market, great dining, etc. Uber pickup/dropoff spot just steps away. We had a car and parked it in the underground garage. Super easy. Navigating the winding one-way streets was a bit challenging but not impossible. People are happy to help with directions. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Arrived late but remote check-in was easy. Lovely spacious apartment, very safe and secure. Perfectly located for sightseeing in the Old Town and within easy reach of bus and metro. Lots of superb bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The area was quite busy during the evening. We were on the 3rd floor and the apartment was soundproofed though you could still hear chatter and music but it did stop around 11pm ish ... if you retire early then you might find this disturbs you. Not many TV channels and the TV was old so we couldn't link with the phone to watch Netflix.

We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Note that there were steep internal steps up to the terrace, which some may find tricky if they have limited mobility or small kids. The apartment is modern and has all the appliances you may need. Lots of windows so is quite light on a nice day. Located very central and close to the Cathedral and Plazza. Lots of places to eat within a couple of hundred metres. The apartment felt safe, with a key to enter the building and a further key for the apartment. Only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure there are 3 of each item of glassware and crockery as it’s advertised as for 3 adults. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay, close to plenty of restaurants & the Cathedral. The apartment has a comfortable bed & has everything you could ask for, even a washing machine. The only thing that could be improved is the shower head. It’s very small & the hot water pressure isn’t very strong, so the shower stream is very thin. If you’re driving, you will need to use a Parking Station. Once you find it, it’s fairly close to Mon Suites. Otherwise I would say the apartment is a wonderful place to stay.

I feel quite conflicted in reviewing this property. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location was terrific. Normally my review would have been higher. However, we returned from a day of exploring to find a set of keys hanging from the door of our apartment. It was sheer luck that no one had used these keys to enter the apartment and steal our things. I immediately complained and was told that someone had entered to fix the WIFI (we had no notice of this) and had forgotten the keys in the door. In the end, nothing was stolen, but this is a fundamental breach of security, and it cast a shadow over our stay.

Well I booked the penthouse with a beautiful outdoor space months before our visit, got an email saying they had a flood and that room was not available. They gave us a 2 bedroom with no outdoor space for exactly the same money, definitely not what I paid for. Talked to hotels.com and the manager was not available for 2 days, found that bizarre as we live in an age where people always have phones on them, definitely this was not a priority for this manager. We found another place but by the time we were finally contacted, we gave up so just stayed. Was supposed to get a whopping $85.00 credit still have not seen it. The place was very clean. Will not stay there again due to the poor communication by the manager and no refund.

Zimmer bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Leider war unser Zimmer über der Garagen Einfahrt die unnötig laut schließt und daher etwas unangenehm. Umgebung ist sehr zentral mit sehr guten Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Was natürlich aber auch bedingt, dass die Leute auf den Gassen etwas Geräusche machen. Dafür wohnt man eben mitten im Geschehen. Die Kathedrale ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, der Markt in 5. Zum Strand nahmen wir ein Taxi für ca. 11 Euro. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Das große Plus ist die zentrale Lage und die relativ großen Zimmer.

Must make reservation for dinner somewhere. We were told we didn’t need to and missed dinner the second night as nowhere in town had a table even though the town was empty and it was the hotels restaurant. Other than that Great place. Large suites. Beautiful view.

this hotel in Valencia is amazing!! the room is in excellent condition! close to all important sights! The beds are so comfortable great air conditioning. The restaurant downstairs has yummy food! I would stay here every time I come to Valencia. The manager is extremely accommodating let us early checkin ! A ++++ RATING.
