やはりコロナのせいでしょう、前日にQRchordが送ってきてチェックインは機械の画面にそれを当てるだけ、キーが出てきて完了\u3000チェックアウトも同じです\u3000フロントは無人\u3000奥にはいるようです。これも良いかな？と言う感じでした、ロケーションは抜群でした。部の中は何も問題なく快適でした。

とても快適に過ごせました。アメニティや貸し出しの物も充実していて、実際に急遽必要になった物も貸し出ししていたので助かりました。喫煙所が別館にしかないのが少し不便でした。

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel in der direkten Nähe vom Bahnhof Tamachi. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Drogerien sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe vorhanden. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Es werden kostenlos Hygieneartikel wie Zahnbürste und Rasierer zur Verfügung gestellt. CheckIn und CheckOut funktioniert größtenteils eigenständig über Automaten. Sollte man jedoch mal ein Anliegen haben war das Rezeptionspersonal stehst sehr freundlich und bemüht zu Helfen.

Der Check-in und Check out erfolgt sehr schnell. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber aber jedoch etwas klein, sodass es schwierig wird den großen Koffer auszupacken. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbedürftig. Die Lage ist recht nah zur U-Bahn Station und wichtige Hotspots gut zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen!

Rooms are small but great location. 7 minutes walk from station and easy to get around anywhere you need to go. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Restaurants are near by and of course a Lawson, and 7eleven

The rooms are much smaller than the pictures show on expedia. Had to change rooms a few days before leaving as aircon wasnt working and from then on with 2 people in the room the cleaners kept giving us only one towel. When asking reception they wanted to charge us 6000 yen to ring for a taxi and told us there were no ubers there and we saw a lot. Only two washing machines. Only two dryers which would take us 90 minutes to dry and home took 2.5 hours and therefore clogging it up for others wanting to use them. Bathroom very small which was not evident on pictures posted on expedia. It would be fine for one person but a lot harder for two we couldnt even keep our suitcases out and we were there for two weeks. If we went to Tokyo again we would absolutely be looking for something bigger.

The hotel was great, the bed was nice and the bathroom provided enough privacy - something we've been struggling with in our previous stays. The amenities provided were also very good - skin care products, coffee, tea and more. It's also very well located, with metro and rail station, we coul go easily to various Tokyo locations. BUT, we had an incident with the cleaning, in one of our rooms our own products such as tooth brush and shampoo went missing, probably discarded, but the hotel claimed they didn't put anything away. We were having a great time but this incident was very upsetting. They didn't take responsibility for it neither offered compensation.

間違って早めにチェックアウトしてしまい、再度予約を取って泊まった。同じ日に２泊分の料金を払う事になったので、少しでも割引きしてくれないかとお願いしたが、してくれなかった。こちらのミスではあるが、さすがに少しくらい割引きしてくれても良いのではなかったかと思う。

Nice hotel which I have been staying a few times. Quiet, clean and close to JR Tamachi station. Lots of convenient stores close by. Even a supermarket next door. Highly recommend.

We had been staying in this same hotel a couple of times during the past years. Location is close to JR station, nice staff and hotel amenities are above average. Plenty of 24 hours convenient stores and super markets close by (even one right next door). Highly recommended !

Loved! very short walk to Tamachi station for the Yamanote Line to go to all the hot spots of the city. self check in/out but staff are around to help with check in. very small room but perfect for a solo traveller so i didn’t mind it, only when i wanted to open my luggage but you can use the hallway! very happy with this if you want the quietness and convenience.

Loved! very short walk to Tamachi station for the Yamanote Line to go to all the hot spots of the city. self check in/out but staff are around to help with check in. very small room but perfect for a solo traveller so i didn’t mind it, only when i wanted to open my luggage but you can use the hallway! very happy with this if you want the quietness and convenience.

The number one selling point of this hotel is its easy walk to the train station. The location was perfect. The rooms are small as expected yet clean. Nice amenities lying around. Staying at the Amex is a separate building that is secure and nice. No problems there. We did have adjoining rooms which was a pleasant surprise. We did not try the breakfast there. It looked minimal and we had kids who favored American eggs and bacon over noodles for breakfast.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und angenehm, Gut für einen Business Trip, bei dem man sowieso wenig Zeit im Hotel verbringt und primär zum Schlafen da ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut, zumindest wenn man asiatisches Frühstück mag.

Great value for money at a great location near the JR lines, and so the monorail to Haneda airport. Very friendly and helpful staff, mint condition in terms of overall cleanliness, and although a basic breakfast, was good enough compared to many other Japanese large hotel brands. And the enormous amount of complimentary toiletries! Of course likewise most hotels in Japan, do not expect a large room, in the other hand, very well designed and compact just to fit it all.
