Loved the 13 th floor bar! Had a nice dinner there overlooking Bratislava! Wonderful! But was closed at the weekend. Make sure you come when its open! Just a few stops on the tram gets you into the old town easily.

Die Unterkunft war im großen und ganzen eigentlich ganz okay. Leider war der Zimmer Reinigungsservice nicht so toll da weder Toilettenpapier noch Taschentücher nachgefüllt wurden. Des Weiteren war die Minibar und Klimaanlage defekt. Das Frühstück war weder umfangreich noch waren die Speisen an der warmen Theke warm. Die Säfte wurden nicht nachgefüllt stattdessen einfach mit einem Schild „Defekt“ gekennzeichnet. Die Bar im 13ten Stock war einfach geschlossen warum auch immer ohne einer Info an der verschlossenen Türe. Das Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und Saunabereich befindet sich nicht direkt im Hotel sondern in einem Bereich des Einkaufszentums was auch extra Kosten verursacht. Laut Hotelbeschreibung spricht das Personal auch Deutsch und Polnisch was aber nicht bestätigt wurde. Da gibt es zum gleichen Preis wesentlich bessere Hotels in Bratislava zum Beispiel das Falkensteiner oder Loft Hotel.

Toller Aufenthalt, von der Sauberkeit über die Freundlichkeit des Personals bis hin zu den schönen Zimmern ist alles super! Klasse Aussicht vom 12. Stock, ein Stockwerk höher befindet sich eine Bar / Lounge mit Blick auf die Burg Bratislava. Frühstück im Freien auf der Außenterrrasse bei schönem Wetter ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gross und sauber. Die Minibar war in meinem Zimmer inklusive, was sehr angenehm war. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Schade war, dass für das Fitness und Wellness extra bezahlt werden musste (9 Euro für 3h). War im vorhinein nirgends wirklich klar beschrieben.

This is a very clean hotel. The inability to lower the room temperature below 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 26 Celsius was unacceptable in August. Also, the shower wall leaked into the rest of the bathroom as it needs sealed. Would not stay here again mainly because the hotel keeps all rooms at 80 degrees without allowing any adjustments.

Minus: Badeværelset lidt specielt hvor glasdør er både ud til rummet og når man skal bade og også dør til brusebad. Smag og behag. Aircondition er lidt svær at stoppe om natten. Summen hele tiden. Gode senge og puder. Ikke meget skabsplads.

Very nice and well designed room (bathroom that allows two people to use it simultaneously is a winner). Great view of city from our room on 9’th floor. Location is a bit off, 30min walk from old town. But trams are running just outside hotel so easily accessed if walking is not on your wishlist. Breakfast included, pretty standard. Only one coffee machine made for long lines though, even when restaurant was less than half full.

the room and the breakfast were very good. The staff is also friendly and provide the necessary information. On the 13th floor there is a roof terrace where you can drink and eat. Unfortunately it's closed during the weekend which in my opinion isn't possible. The lobby is cold. You don't see anyone there, you can't drink anything. The staff at the desk is friendly if you ask something but if you come in and you don't speak to them they won't greet you. This is the first hotel where we experience this.

the room and the breakfast were very good. The staff is also friendly and provide the necessary information. On the 13th floor there is a roof terrace where you can drink and eat.
