JR Kyushu Hotel Miyazaki

Excellent location, right next to jr station and parking is next door

Staff at reception are friendly. Room was clean and a decent sized for one person. Picked this hotel based on the locatin. Paid parking close/behind hotel.

What I didn’t like was that the check in office was on the 8 floor and the elevator was on the smaller side.

Good location! Just next to JR. I even I drive the car to there, it just take JPY1100 for 1 night. Very convenient and easy found the park lot. Front desk staffs were very polite and you can get all the information you needs. Cons- the pillow just like a paper, I think that’s the only things I think they can improve .

JR車站一出來就到，地點好沒話說~~對面就是AMU商場，一樓是LAWSON購物補給超級方便。每個工作人員都很客氣親切，主動幫忙服務。房間沒有備品，但大廳提供很齊全可自由取用，也有浴鹽及面膜。入住的是32平方公尺的雙床間，住很高1420房，市區景觀還不錯，房間無敵大，瞬間有不在日本的感覺XD 有機會再到宮崎玩一定會選擇再入住~

Pros: 1. Very helpful staff 2. Very spacious room 3. Separate toilet and bath. If you are family, one can use the toilet while another is taking shower. 4. Property looks new 5. Lots of amenities at the recep area. there is even free moisturising paper masks. 6. Near eateries and shops, including supermaket which closes very late (til 11pm) 7. just beside Miyazaki JR station (for travellers without car) 8. convenience store (Lawson) is within the property, there is a side entrance from the hotel to Lawson. 9. Hotel has coin laundry, total 6 spread on 2 floors) Cons: 1. Terrible Internet Wifi. internet is very slow, and sometimes there is not even an internet connection. 2. for those driving, hotel has no temporary parking to unload/load luggages. Hence, your parking meter is already running while loading/unloading luggages. 3. Parking is quite expensive, ¥100/30mins per entry basis. Although hotel visitors have a privilege of paying ¥1000 for 24 hours (12pm - 12pm next day), this is on a per entry basis. Hence if you need to drive around and do multiple entries within the timing, you have to pay hourly rates for most part. 4. there is no covered walkway from hotel to the parking area. if you are driving and it is raining, be ready to get wet! when we arrived Miyazaki, it was raining heavily so we were darn wet checking in. 5. Coin laundry and dryer (separate) very small, max 3kgs per wash and dry. *unable to upload photos due to exceed size limit😂

エレベーターで少し待つことがあるくらいです。とても快適。

建物は新しくとてもきれいで掃除も行き届いていました。スーツケースを広げるスペースも十分にありベッドも広く快適に過ごせました。フロントの方も丁寧で気持ち良い滞在ができました。 ホテル1Fにはローソンがあり買い物も便利、宮崎駅に直結しているのでタクシーにも乗りやすい、駐車場は近くのパーキングに止めて一晩700円でした。 ビジネスホテルとしては満足度の高いホテルでした。

接客は良かったと思います 遅くチェックインした段階でお部屋をグレートアップしていただいてありがたかったのですが 部屋に入るとタバコの匂いがかすかにしてずっと気になりました 空気清浄機をつけましたが吸わない私にとっては消えない匂いでしたので 確認できれば良かったと思いました

家族3人で4泊しました。立地もよくとても快適に過ごせました。子供用のアメニティも準備していただき、感謝です。 レセプション、廊下などもとても綺麗です。ランドリーや自販にもあり、同じビル内にコンビニもあり、便利です。 スタンダードダブルでしたが、大人2人と未就学児で利用するには、ベットが少し狭かったです。 部屋の冷蔵庫は、ホテルでいういわゆる小さめサイズです。 エコ清掃導入について 3泊使ってから清掃が基本です。環境保全上理解しますが、私自身よく掃除をするタイプなので、部屋の細かいゴミが気になり…せめて2日にして欲しいと思いました。 施設設備について、 エアコンもきちんと効きます、空気清浄機も設置されていて、乾燥しすぎることなく過ごせました。衛生面として、部屋のエアコンフィルター付近についた埃、お風呂パッキンのカビが少し気になりました。清掃の頻度も影響しているのでは。

絨毯のシミが気になりました。 お風呂が仕切られていて、良かったです。

予約の人数の件で、電話で確認した際に電話の対応があまり良くなかったので、直接、その方に注意しました。 バスルームには、私の髪の毛ではない長い髪が2本あり、とても不愉快な気持ちになりました。 いつもなら、清掃のお礼のメモを書いて来ますが、とてもそのような気持ちにはなれませんでした。

The bed is not good, it’s unbalance need to change

Great room, little bigger than expected. Superb location at Miyazaki station. Good breakfast, heater worked great, bathroom kind of spacious with separate tub/shower. Quiet, very clean. Solid hotel.

1泊だったのですが、 とても快適に過ごせました。 スーツケースを開いても、 スペースに余裕があるので、 狭い感じもなく、快適でした。 空気清浄器完備もうれしいです。 使わなかったのですが、 バスタブがある浴室は、広いし、 連泊だと湯船に入れるから良いですね。 是非次回は、連泊で泊まりたいです。

スタッフのスムーズな対応 バス、トイレが別々

Nice and modern hotel. Had the largest bathroom I've seen in any hotel in Japan. Convenient location near to the train station.

Next door to JR train station for easy transfer to airport and other locations including buses. Excellent room with nice views of the city. Walk-in shower and bath tub included. Convenience store is within same building 10 seconds after exiting hotel lift.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (3rd week of Nov)and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room had two beds and a sofa bed, but both beds had the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I tried the sofa bed on the second night, which was slightly better but still uncomfortable. The air conditioning was centralized, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature at all. Coming from humid Singapore, the room felt stuffy, and we ended up opening the windows just to get cooler air. There were also some maintenance issues — the toilet roll holder was loose, with the nails coming out of the wall. On a positive note, the chambermaids were friendly, attentive, and very service-oriented. Their warm attitude was one of the better parts of the stay. Location is good. Breakfast was exactly the same for all three days, with no rotation or variety. On the first day, the rice was cold. Rice was available on the remaining days, but I didn’t eat it, so I’m not sure if the temperature improved. Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and we won’t be staying there again. I truly hope the hotel improves room comfort, air ventilation, maintenance, and breakfast variety.

In three weeks of travelling this is the first JR HOTEL. It is also the first hotel where we have arrived before check in and arrived back after exploring the area whilst waiting to find our luggage had been delivered to our room . Excellent service thankyou!

清掃日ではない日にシーツ交換をお願いしたのですが、とても親切に対応してくれました。フロント、客室担当のスタッフさんどの方もいい感じでした。利便性もあり、また利用してもいいと思うホテルです。

服務很好。雖然有些人員的英文不太好，仍用手機翻譯幫忙完成溝通及交代事項。郵寄行李服務很棒。 地點超棒，房間也大，價位很合理。

飯店位置就在車站旁邊，樓下有超商，旁邊也有百貨公司，是個位置極佳的飯店。櫃台人員服務很親切，前台有豐富的住宿備品，下次再訪，會再次住宿

Good stay overall. Staff can be slightly more friendly and approachable to guest when they need help. Location for the hotel is just next to the Miyazaki train and bus station! Can’t beat that!

宮崎空港から宮崎駅まで車、もしくは電車で約20分くらい。初日からレンタカーを借りると割高なので、空港から電車で向かいました。駅をでるとすぐに、ホテルがあり、ホテル横にはニッポンレンタカーが。立地的に申し分ありません。また、スタッフのかたも親切丁寧。清掃の方も挨拶してくださり気配り心配りが嬉しい。館内設備ですが、清掃も行き届いており清潔安心。一番気に入っているのが、お風呂がトイレと一緒の設計じゃないところ。おかげでお風呂でゆったりできます。グチになりますが、最近は大浴場付きのホテルに泊まってもインバウンドのせいで落ち着けませんからね…。最後に朝食ですが、ホテルの立地がビル上層階で宮崎駅前を見下ろしながら朝食をいただけます。朝食もサラダが多く、ヘルシーなところがいいですね。安いホテルバイキングだと脂質と炭水化物が多めなイメージがありますが、ここはそこと真逆です。もちろんチキン南蛮や、冷や汁、まさかの宮崎辛麺まで楽めます。会員登録をしていればレイトチェックアウトもできるのがいいです。また宿泊したいと思えるホテルです。

立地がとにかく良い

駅からすぐのアクセスの良さが、初めて訪れた者にとってはとてもありがたいところだった。

Located right beside the JR station, very convenient. Stayed for 1 night. Room was clean, and we survived an earthquake here.

Hotel is located next to JR Miyazaki station, no need to worry about rain, just 3 mins walk. Hotel reception is on 8/F, there are dedicated hotel lifts. Room is clean and big. Breakfast buffet is good.

駅近で利用しやすい

Hotel’s location was excellent. Lots of shopping and dining options.

This hotel locates beside JR station and bus stop. Good access from/to the airport. Hotel staffs in the reception are friendly. A little away from downtown area ( about 10 mmutes on foot), but there are a supermarket near the hotel ( a few munites on foot), so I did not have any problem.

朝食が最悪です。無料のサービスならいいですが、1700円であれでは。おまけに狭いので30分以上待たされた日がありました。ようやく食事だと思ったらカラトリーが無く、指摘してからも随分待ちました。濡れていたので、洗ったのでしょうか。数も用意されていないのかな、と思いました。

宮崎駅の目の前、バスロータリーとタクシー乗り場も目の前にあり便利。 隣のコンビニ以外にも近くに数件、ビル1階にお土産屋さんありで買い物には困らないです。 備え付けのアメニティが全てダージリンティーの香りで、個人的にはこの香りがとても良かったです！ バス・トイレ別で、バスタブも広くて快適でした。バスタブには手すりもあります。 ホテルの朝食ビュッフェはたくさんの種類があり、少しずついろいろ食べられて楽しかったです。 チキン南蛮、冷や汁など、ご当地のものもあって楽しいです。 初めて行った宮崎、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。

The room is rather bland though large. Breakfast was mediocre and not much selection.
