Hotel agréable, très grandes chambres. Nous avons du reclamer le lit supplémentaire dans la chambre pour 3 personnes mais il a été rajouter rapidement. La piscine est très petite et peu profonde et froide. La salle de sport est bien. Le petit dejeuner est excellent (du choix et de la qualité). Nous avions demandé à recuperer la voiture à midi, elle a été amenée plus de 30min plus tard, dommage mais pas dramatique. Globalement ce fut un excellent séjour.

Gute zentrale Lage in direkter Nähe der Küstenpromenade, toller Service, kostenloser Valetservice (bei schlechter Parksituation eine tolle Sache). Toller Spa und schönes Fitnessstudio. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Otel konum olarak harika bir yerde. Pasaporta Kemeraltına 7dakika mesafede. Personel güleryüzlü. Odalar geniş. Spa beklentimizi karşılamadı. Havuz ufak sadece rahatlama havuzu fakat çok soğuk hem su hem ortam pek rahatlanmıyor. Otel maalesef bu konuda bilgilendirme yapmadı.Kahvaltı harika herkese uygun yiyecekler var. Otopark otele ait değil fakat anlaşmalı aracınız otel valesi tarafindan istediğiniz zaman getirip götürülüyor.

Air is poorly circulated. Bathroom whoever’s are slippery and water gathers and drainage is very poor. Mildew around corners and poorly caulked. Not worth the price. Staff is nice however management is short cutting services to save money but that is way too obvious.

Çarşaflar pisti. Club lounge için boşa para vermeyin, küçük bir alanda kahve-çay-kurabiye dışında birşey yok. En önemlisi cumartesi akşamı 22.50’de çocuklarım acıktığı için Skyfire restorana çıkacaktım, resepsiyona danışınca yemek servisi 23’te bitiyor onun için oda servisinden istek yapın dendi. Oda servisini arayıp Ravioli istediğimde sadece salata ve tatlı getirebileceklerini söylediler. Resepsiyonu arayıp yardım istediğimde de ilgilenmediler. Oda servisi bulunmayan 4 yıldızlı otel gibi düşünülmeli. En güzel yönü konumu. 2 çocukla çok rahat gezdik.

im allgemeinen sehr schönes hotel.. die Mitarbeiter an der rezeption waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend! haben immer geholfen wo sie können… die putze war eher nicht von der arbeit begeistert… mein Sohn hatte mit einer leeren Flasche gespielt die unterm Bett gelandet war… die lag da 3 tage bis ich sie selber raus geholt habe.. und sie war sichtbar!! einen tag haben wir auf dem Bett, mit dem kleinen getobt und die decke hoch geschmissen da stand das ganze zimmer unter staub… ging garnicht … aber sonst waren alle nett.

Ontbijt was goed. Bed was in midden hoog zodat je elke keer maar zijkant rold en hard is. Er waren wel een insekt dat we telkens een bultjes kregen. Aangeven bij de receptie. Het schijnt dat bekend is. Ze mogen de kamers goed schoonmaken. Vloer was niet goed gezogen. Kastjes waren stoffig. Voor zo'n mooi hotel.

Overall we had a very positive experience and loved our stay at Renaissance hotel. The hotel was located at a nice neighborhood and in walking distance with lots of restaurants, bazaar, etc. Staff was friendly and helped us whenever we needed. We had booked multiple rooms and everyone seems to share the same positive experience. Areas for improvement were 1) There was a really bad smell (sewage smell) near our rooms almost every time we opened the door. The hotel really needs to fix that as it was very off-putting. 2) The cleaning crew did not operate on a fixed schedule and our rooms were sometime not cleaned until much later in the afternoon and after we told them we needed a clean room.

Abaixo da expectativa para Renaissance. Hotel precisa renovação. Colchão e travesseiros pouco confortáveis. Sofá e carpete manchado. Cortina caindo. Água do banho empoçada. Carregador de IPhone super antigo. Quarto grande, mas desatualizado. Pessoal muito gentil, mas me arrependi da escolha.

I really enjoyed my stay traveling solo to another country. Renaissance really felt like home the staff was amazing. The restaurant on the roof had a great ambience.. Room service was excellent. And my room was clean and spacious.

The hotel’s decor is dated. The lighting needs to be improved especially the hallway and the lobby. If they changes the lighting, it will help so much. Right now the hotel looks like 70’s style.

We stayed at the hotel for an extended period, and initially, there was a problem with our room. However, Mr. Ahmet Bayer was very attentive and resolved all the issues, and we were very satisfied with our stay. We had a wonderful time

Overall we had a very positive experience and loved our stay at Renaissance hotel. The hotel was located at a nice neighborhood and in walking distance with lots of restaurants, bazaar, etc. Staff was friendly and helped us whenever we needed. We had booked multiple rooms and everyone seems to share the same positive experience. Areas for improvement were 1) There was a really bad smell (sewage smell) near our rooms almost every time we opened the door. The hotel really needs to fix that as it was very off-putting. 2) The cleaning crew did not operate on a fixed schedule and our rooms were sometime not cleaned until much later in the afternoon and after we told them we needed a clean room.

Great hotel. Comfortable room and beading which is very important after a long walking around izmir city. Excellent location near the city center and Tram. I recommend using the tram in izmir. It can take you to all the city and very clean and air conditioned.

Sehr nettes Personal, positiv zu erwähnen sind Hilal, Sila, Can und Burak. Immer extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere erste Adresse, wenn wir in Izmir sind. From the moment we got there till the checkout we enjoyed every minute at Renaissance Hotel. Great and friendly staff, wonderful location, awesome breakfast with a view, all amenities, clean, quiet, and convenience. We have been in many 5-Star hotels but this topped them all. We won’t stay anywhere else, when we come back to Izmir.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – reichhaltig, frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Lage ist ideal: zentral und dennoch ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

En önemlisi cumartesi akşamı 22.50’de çocuklarım acıktığı için Skyfire restorana çıkacaktım, resepsiyona danışınca yemek servisi 23’te bitiyor onun için oda servisinden istek yapın dendi. Oda servisini arayıp Ravioli istediğimde sadece salata ve tatlı getirebileceklerini söylediler. Resepsiyonu arayıp yardım istediğimde de ilgilenmediler. Oda servisi bulunmayan 4 yıldızlı otel gibi düşünülmeli. En güzel yönü konumu. 2 çocukla çok rahat gezdik.

I really enjoyed my stay traveling solo to another country. Renaissance really felt like home the staff was amazing. The restaurant on the roof had a great ambience.. Room service was excellent. And my room was clean and spacious.

I experienced wonderful service at all the hotels I stayed in in Turkey- 5 over 8 nights - but the friendliness & service of the staff at the Renaissance surpassed everyone.
