Confort de la chambre : quelques aménagements à faire dans la salle de bain (mais très bonne literie) Spa et thalasso : 1 ou 2 degrés de plus dans la piscine seraient les bienvenus, manque de fauteuil à l'intérieur. Les enfants sont ils admis dans la thalasso ? (si non, pourquoi y en avait il durant notre séjour ?) Massage duo : top !

Expensive for what it is. Hydro jets are not strong enough to do a massage (it’s more like a relaxing sensation), and on the second day of our stay, the jets were not working. On the bright side, one pool is very cold and the other hot, so it was a good experience The hamman experience was weird. It smelled strange inside which made it difficult to use, but the sauna was good! We picked the double room seaside with a terrace. We found the room a bit old, the bed was very comfortable but the furniture had seen better days. The whole room was not dirty, but the walls had some stains (hence the 3 stars)

When we arrived at this hotel, it was very unclear where we were meant to go or park, there seems to be two entrances, one to main reception and one to the car park, but it is not well lit and we drove round for a bit trying to work out what to do so I went in to reception, where I then waited for ten minutes as there was no one around, at about 6pm, so not exactly late. A lady finally arrived, and checked us in. We asked about parking and were told we could use the public car park out the back, which is on the seafront, or use there private gated car park which she gave us a code for. So we drove back up the road to their car park, got in and parked up, to find that there isn’t a pedestrian exit! It was drizzly, very dark, and we had to push past a wet bush to exit. The room was ok, nothing special, and the ‘beach front’ is the other side of a large car park. The cleaners only flick the hoover round, no refill of tea/coffee etc and the breakfast option was extremely expensive so we didn’t bother. The Thalasso Spa was lovely, with plenty of options to keep you busy for an hour or so, but everyone walks through the hotel dripping wet so lifts and floors are slippery, and there were a lot of kids, and a lot of people not wearing caps if no staff were around, so it was a bit of a free for all! We stay in many hotels in France every year, this one is just expensive for what it is, will not return. Needs new carpets and modernising.

Le personnel est bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien ainsi que le confort mais ma lumière de chevet ne fonctionnait pas, un rideau était cassé comme la dernière fois que nous sommes venus et le sol n'était pas très propre, pour un 4etoile c'est dommage !

bel établissement..quatrième séjour..malheureusement ..nous avons eu un lavabo bouché..avec des cheveux dans la bonde..je ne suis pas venu pour la plomberie.;autrement tout est bien.;

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable ! Personnel accueillant, la chambre très propre et confortable, l’accès à l’espace piscine et spa super aussi. Le petit déjeuner avec un buffet bien garni, produits frais et locaux. La belle plage juste devant.

Das Hotel ist am Meer gelegen, vom öffentlichen Strand getrennt durch einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die sehr kleinen Zimmer lassen an Grundausstattung Vieles vermissen, bspw. einen kleinen Kühlschrank oder Ablagemöglichkeiten. Positiv ist die Trennung von Dusche und Toilette in zwei winzige Räume. Schön war auch die Bestuhlung unseres kleinen Balkons mit gemütlichen Sesseln. Die Mitarbeiter begegneten den Gästen mit Gleichgültigkeit, der Servicegedanke wird hier nicht gelebt. Ein dem Preis angemessener Stil lässt das Hotel völlig vermissen. Gäste, die das Frühstücksrestaurant bspw. täglich im Bademantel besuchen, werden geduldet. Die abends angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant sind in der Auswahl zwar übersichtlich, aber sehr exquisit zubereitet. Eine Grundreinigung erfolgt in allen Bereichen nicht in ausreichendem Maße. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einen Campingplatz und Wohnhäuser, für kleinere Einkäufe geht man am besten den schönen Strandweg nach Granville (ca. 2,2 km)

Mais qui a donc pu accorder ses 4 * à cet hôtel ? L’hôtel est situé près d’un camping et donne directement sur un parking sur lequel les jeunes jouent au ballon jusqu’à minuit le tout par une température de 30deg puisque l’hôtel n’est pas climatisé !!! En bref une nuit horrible suivi d’un petit dej digne au mieux du camping des PTT ou tt manquait Le dîner n’avait pas été mieux avec en particulier une assiette granvillaise pas de première fraîcheur Seul le prix était digne d’un 4* En bref à fuir de tte urgence si vs voulez passer une nuit calme et réparatrice

Das Hotel liegt super ruhig direkt am Strand, etwas ausserthalb von Granville. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, spricht englisch und bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen Das Essen im Restaurant ist erstklassig. Einzig die Möbel in den Zimmern sind etwas abgewohnt, die Vorhänge teilweise verschlissen, Ein Schrank hatte sichtbare Beschädigungen, der Minikühlschrank stand lose am Fußboden, da offensichtlich der Schrank dazu fehlte.

Nous avions séjourné dans cet établissement en 2022 et avions été enchantés! Mais lors de ce séjour de 3 nuits, quelle ne fut pas notre déception! Premièrement, pas de climatisation des chambres et 2 jours sur 3, nous avons eu de l’eau froide pour nos douches, ce qui n’est pas commode avec des enfants ! Ensuite nous avons voulu accéder à la piscine, le matin, une employée nous indique dans les vestiaires que le short de bain est interdit, j’achète un maillot à l’accueil et mon mari reste avec les enfants à l’espace douche. Nous nous mouillons tous les 4, prêts à aller nous baigner, mais la même employée nous dit que nous ne pouvons pas accéder au bassin, car l’aquagym va bientôt commencer. Pourquoi ne pas nous l’avoir dit dès le début ?! En fin d’après-midi la même journée, nous faisons une nouvelle tentative pour la piscine et une fois dans l’eau, on nous dit que le bonnet de bain est obligatoire (ce n’était pas le cas en 2022). Nous devons sortir de l’eau, avec une grande déception pour nos enfants! Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu’à 10H00, mais après 9H15, il n’y a plus rien! Schön war auch die Bestuhlung unseres kleinen Balkons mit gemütlichen Sesseln. Die Mitarbeiter begegneten den Gästen mit Gleichgültigkeit, der Servicegedanke wird hier nicht gelebt. Ein dem Preis angemessener Stil lässt das Hotel völlig vermissen. Gäste, die das Frühstücksrestaurant bspw. täglich im Bademantel besuchen, werden geduldet. Die abends angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant sind in der Auswahl zwar übersichtlich, aber sehr exquisit zubereitet. Eine Grundreinigung erfolgt in allen Bereichen nicht in ausreichendem Maße. Au client de se déborouiller pour savoir s'il peut déjeuner en home service. Peu de solidarité entre personnel.. la dame au bar obligée de transporter deux futs de bière sur quelques mêtres sans réel aide, excepté au moment des branchements. Chambre surprenante ave un mini bar branché devant le lit sans aucune boisson à l'intérieur. Personnel du restaurant plutôt agréable. on était vraiment bien installé, mais je tiens à dire que pour moi, le gros point fort de cet hôtel au-delà de l’espace marin qui est vraiment top et de la restauration,excellente, c’est personnel, les employés sont vraiment adorables, serviables et pros

When we arrived at this hotel, it was very unclear where we were meant to go or park, there seems to be two entrances, one to main reception and one to the car park, but it is not well lit and we drove round for a bit trying to work out what to do so I went in to reception, where I then waited for ten minutes as there was no one around, at about 6pm, so not exactly late. A lady finally arrived, and checked us in. We asked about parking and were told we could use the public car park out the back, which is on the seafront, or use there private gated car park which she gave us a code for. So we drove back up the road to their car park, got in and parked up, to find that there isn’t a pedestrian exit! It was drizzly, very dark, and we had to push past a wet bush to exit. The room was ok, nothing special, and the ‘beach front’ is the other side of a large car park. The cleaners only flick the hoover round, no refill of tea/coffee etc and the breakfast option was extremely expensive so we didn’t bother. The Thalasso Spa was lovely, with plenty of options to keep you busy for an hour or so, but everyone walks through the hotel dripping wet so lifts and floors are slippery, and there were a lot of kids, and a lot of people not wearing caps if no staff were around, so it was a bit of a free for all! We stay in many hotels in France every year, this one is just expensive for what it is, will not return. Needs new carpets and modernising.

Mais qui a donc pu accorder ses 4 * à cet hôtel ? L’hôtel est situé près d’un camping et donne directement sur un parking sur lequel les jeunes jouent au ballon jusqu’à minuit le tout par une température de 30deg puisque l’hôtel n’est pas climatisé !!! En bref une nuit horrible suivi d’un petit dej digne au mieux du camping des PTT ou tt manquait Le dîner n’avait pas été mieux avec en particulier une assiette granvillaise pas de première fraîcheur Seul le prix était digne d’un 4* En bref à fuir de tte urgence si vs voulez passer une nuit calme et réparatrice

Das Hotel liegt super ruhig direkt am Strand, etwas ausserthalb von Granville. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, spricht englisch und bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen Das Essen im Restaurant ist erstklassig. Einzig die Möbel in den Zimmern sind etwas abgewohnt, die Vorhänge teilweise verschlissen, Ein Schrank hatte sichtbare Beschädigungen, der Minikühlschrank stand lose am Fußboden, da offensichtlich der Schrank dazu fehlte.

En fin d’après-midi la même journée, nous faisons une nouvelle tentative pour la piscine et une fois dans l’eau, on nous dit que le bonnet de bain est obligatoire (ce n’était pas le cas en 2022). Nous devons sortir de l’eau, avec une grande déception pour nos enfants! Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu’à 10H00, mais après 9H15, il n’y a plus rien! Enfin, nous réservons une table pour dîner, à notre arrivée nous demandons pour dîner à l’extérieur comme stipulé à notre réservation, le maître d’hôtel, nous répond sèchement qu’il n’y a pas de réservation en extérieur ?! Le personnel, hormis les jeunes en formation, n’est pas des plus aimables et semble blasé par son travail. Ces remarques ont été déjà été faites à l’hôtel lors de notre départ.

Ancien client de l'établissement, grosse perte de qualité du petit déjeuner. Le matin plus de café au lait, cappuccino, café Latté.. les machines à grains ont été remplacé par des "belles" Nespresso à capsules aluminium avec un seul choix possible: café court ou long... Très déçu... Et ce changement n'est pas du tout écologique des centaines de capsules aluminium par jours vont partir à la poubelle ! La machine à jus d'orange frais a également disparu.. c'est dommage de perdre aussi vite en qualité du repas le plus important de la journée !

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable ! Personnel accueillant, la chambre très propre et confortable, l’accès à l’espace piscine et spa super aussi. Le petit déjeuner avec un buffet bien garni, produits frais et locaux. La belle plage juste devant.

Das Hotel liegt super ruhig direkt am Strand, etwas ausserthalb von Granville. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, spricht englisch und bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen Das Essen im Restaurant ist erstklassig. Einzig die Möbel in den Zimmern sind etwas abgewohnt, die Vorhänge teilweise verschlissen, Ein Schrank hatte sichtbare Beschädigungen, der Minikühlschrank stand lose am Fußboden, da offensichtlich der Schrank dazu fehlte.

When we arrived at this hotel, it was very unclear where we were meant to go or park, there seems to be two entrances, one to main reception and one to the car park, but it is not well lit and we drove round for a bit trying to work out what to do so I went in to reception, where I then waited for ten minutes as there was no one around, at about 6pm, so not exactly late. A lady finally arrived, and checked us in. We asked about parking and were told we could use the public car park out the back, which is on the seafront, or use there private gated car park which she gave us a code for. So we drove back up the road to their car park, got in and parked up, to find that there isn’t a pedestrian exit! It was drizzly, very dark, and we had to push past a wet bush to exit. The room was ok, nothing special, and the ‘beach front’ is the other side of a large car park. The cleaners only flick the hoover round, no refill of tea/coffee etc and the breakfast option was extremely expensive so we didn’t bother. The Thalasso Spa was lovely, with plenty of options to keep you busy for an hour or so, but everyone walks through the hotel dripping wet so lifts and floors are slippery, and there were a lot of kids, and a lot of people not wearing caps if no staff were around, so it was a bit of a free for all! We stay in many hotels in France every year, this one is just expensive for what it is, will not return. Needs new carpets and modernising.
