Welcome to Kau, a thirteenth century manor whose rich patina of history has been brought stunningly to life through the creative vision of filmmaker, artist and activist Mary Jordan. Kau Manor, one of the oldest manors in Estonia, is situated in a renovated building that has a history dating back to the 13th century. It is located in a beautiful historical park with ponds and a garden pavilion. Tallinn is a 40-minute drive away.The rooms at Kau Manor are stylish and individually decorated. Each features original elements, antique furniture and works of art. A bathroom, a seating area, as well as free Wi-Fi are offered.Breakfast is served every morning and there is a renowned restaurant 8 Legs with a big terrace, which serves innovative local food made with the produce from the manor’s garden or from local farmers.Guests can admire works of art and relax in front of a fireplace with a book from the hotels library.
