Great corner suite, ideal for a family. Beautiful pool overlooking the old town, lovely and relaxing with sunbeds where you could relax or read a book. Good comprehensive breakfast and very well located hotel for the old town and airport. Bar lacked a little in atmosphere and the cocktails were not great but that's our only complaint.

Really friendly staff, rooms a bit basic. Things weren't topped up when the room is cleaned i.e. water and coffee. Room view was non existent, but room was big and it did the job, but wouldn't stay again. Also their leisure centre shut so have to go to sister hotel to use it.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good! The Spa is small but ok and no extra cost. Parking garage is also pretty small so wouldn't count on getting a space there but plenty of parking available close by. One thing to note is that if Your room is towards the street it can be pretty loud in the lower floors from traffic/people.

Size of pool was significantly smaller than what we had anticipated and what was depicted by image on their website. Noho restaurant menu options somewhat limited. The view from our room wasn’t the best due to a chimney (?) obstruction. Would have liked significantly more counter space for toiletries in the large bathroom and a small sink to wash dishes (used in kitchenette). The size of our room, the kitchenette, the location (near Vana Tallinn main entrance) and the staff made up for any deficiencies. We will definitely return if we could get the same or similar room.

Sehr komfortables Hotel mit nettem hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Leider war der Spa-Bereich wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Das haben wir erst vor Ort erfahren. Die Ausweichmöglichkeit auf den Wellnessbereich eines benachbarten Hotels war dafür excellent, wenn auch nicht direkt bequem vom Zimmer aus erreichbar.

Lovely room, clean & a good size with a nice bathroom & great bath. The top floor spa suite is a decent size with a pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room. The buffet breakfast has a good range of dishes and was kept freshly topped up. The hotel is in a great location, 15 mins from the airport and a 5 min walk to the old town & many restaurants near by. The tram line was also right outside to get further afield. Would highly recommend.

The service was terrible. We stayed for two nights and our tea bags that were complimentary for the first day were not provided for the next day. When asked about it with the guy at the reception, he asked us to purchase them at the hotel restaurant. He wasn’t very service oriented towards guests. However, the hotel had a delicious breakfast served. Also, the food and staff at the Noho restaurant were incredible.

The hotelroom was the most clean hotel room I have ever been in. Overall really clean and in good condition. Service was ok, but would have appreciated a few smiles from the staff. One big minus comes from the noisy room. The street noises came through the windows, and over all not good sound insulation.

We had a two room corner suite. One of the best hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Requesting maid is done with a ❌ ✅ touch pad. Bathroom mirror had touch button built in photography lighting. The room was clean, bright and modern. Bathroom was huge, with a large soaking tub and separate shower. Only gripe would be that complimentary beverages were not restocked and we would have appreciated more bath towels and bedding sheets instead of just a comforter, but I still give it 10 ⭐️ on a 1 to 5 scale.

Schöne große Zimmer, sehr modern und sauber. Ebenso das Bad. Viel Platz und gut beleuchtet. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Es gibt Tee, Kaffee, Wasser und Saft kostenlos im Zimmer. Die Lage ist ideal. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt 5 Minuten und 15 Minuten vom Fährhafen. Mit dem Auto zum Flughafen ca. 15 Minuten. Von unserem Zimmer im obersten Stock konnten wir auf die Altstadt schauen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

The breakfast is wonderful with hot and cold foods and fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs, breads, sausages, yoghurts, etc. Hotel is ideally located at entrance to Tallinn’s gothic old town area and all the major art museums are walkable to this hotel. There are lots of shopping and restaurant options available near the Nordic Hotel Forum. This hotel also has a gender separated dry sauna and steam room, in addition to a pool all on the 8th floor. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, about 10 minutes walking distance to old town. Excellent breakfast, with several vegetarian/vegan options, but the menu is the same every day. They send a link to check in online even before you arrive and the room is allocated right then. The room can also be opened and you can also check out using the same link. This makes the process very convenient. The only issue I had was that the AC is centrally controlled and I could not change the room temperature to my desire.

The room we were given was spacious and beautifully decorated with a large bathroom and a fantastic view of the old town. I would have given it 5 stars but the shower was really rubbish, it was very weak pressure and it flooded the whole room. Also sadly the bed was very firm. Some people like a firm bed, I know, but I am a side sleeper and it hurt my hips. Very big though. Breakfast was good but I have a food allergy and it took us days to be able to get information about allergens in the breakfast. Apparently no one knows anything over the weekend, so the first two mornings I could only eat the obvious things, like cucumber and boiled eggs, and then Monday morning someone turned up who could help me! Luckily there was a lot of choice so I didn't starve. The location is really good, close to the old town and the Rotermann district. The pool was great to have too, the water was a little bit cold but it was a nice feature. Overall the hotel felt very high end, and I am glad we stayed there, but I can only give it three stars because of the three fundamental issues- hard bed, weak shower, poor availability of allergen information.

The hotel is walking distance from Old Town and we enjouyed the pool and spa. Our room is on the 7th floor facing the main street. You can hear everything that goes on on the street even at 7th floor (loud cars, people shouting on the street and the glass window cracks so loud every hour.)

My wife and I stayed at the Nordic Hotel Forum (Suite) for two nights in June 2024. The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town and a couple of shopping malls. The room was very large, modern, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The breakfast was also wonderful, with many, many choices. We did have an issue with noise in the room (trams that sounded like aircraft landing, cars and partygoers) so we didn’t get much sleep the first night. I wish Hotels.com would add a category called ‘Sleep quality’ or something, so we could rate that separately. I asked at reception if we could move to another room for the second night, but they said that they were fully booked. In addition, all the suites face the street, so bear this in mind. The second night (Sunday night) was not so bad, and we did manage to sleep well in the huge and comfortable bed. The hotel personnel, with a couple of exceptions, were not very welcoming (especially the men at reception – no women). Perhaps it was because there were so many people staying at the hotel; it was really crowded as we saw at breakfast. We stayed the following night in a hotel in Tartu and the difference in the warm welcome from everyone there (all women) was stark. Anyway, the hotel is very functional and modern, and we would stay there again, but make sure our room faced the courtyard.

Stylish, Scandi hotel, comfortable furnishings, could not fault the amenities. Very professional friendly and helpful staff. I would give a 5 out of 5 if our stay had not been significantly diminished by the noise. Honestly, my wife and son did not get one full night’s rest, and even I, as a usually very heavy sleeper, was impacted by this, every single night of a 4 night stay. Exhausted every morning, so affected the enjoyment of Tallinn, a splendidly gorgeous city. I asked for a remedy, and the only option was to move to a small room. We paid for the two room suite as travelling with a 17 year old, so this was not really an option. Please please please have secondary glazing installed, you have a potentially class leading hotel, but the road and street noise is simply not acceptable. Its as if there are no windows and the room is open to a busy road.

We enjoyed Tallinn, the Nordic hotel was fine, good beds, room was nice. The check in staff, not particularly friendly, nor any information was given by them, regarding swimming pool use, breakfast times etc, a smile would be nice and more welcoming.

Attempting to check in, and hotel could not find my reservation. Used the chat function through orbitz, and determined somehow the reservation was not properly placed between Orbitz and Nordic hotel - no clue which one was responsible, but all in, took approximately 1 hour to resolve. Hotel staff and Orbitz were both accomodating, but on a day with limited time to explore the city, the loss of an hour mid afternoon was not appreciated. Hotel and staff are great, Orbitz customer service was responsive, but check in experience was not.

I could not find fault with anything about this hotel. We only stayed one night but they upgraded us and the room was so comfortable with a great view of the old town. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of vegan options which is very unusual so you can imagine how good it was for everyone else. The staff were so helpful and professional and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. A perfect choice for visiting a beautiful city.

Good location, within walking distance of old town. Good breakfast. Let down by the staff on reception, 2 of whom were rude and unhelpful. Contrast with the staff in the restaurant who were outstanding. Hotel did upgrade me after failing to address issues with the original room. Upgraded room was excellent. Need to make it clear to guests that they actively have to request room cleaning. This was not done on check in

Hotellet lå perfekt i forhold til den gamle bydel. Morgenmaden var dyr og dårlig, der var ellers rigeligt at vælge imellem. Bl.a. var brødet tørt og til 22€ pr. mand pr dag forventer man lidt mere kvalitet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is in a walking distance from the old town and the port. Our room was spacious and had coffee/tea making facility, however there was no milk/creamer. We had a little fridge with apple and orange juice. There were complimentary water bottles too. The room was clean and we had enough towels, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had only a shower and despite carefully closing the door and putting towel on the floor, the floor would get very wet. However, it dried quickly. The beds were comfortable and room was nice and warm. The leisure centre had a pool, jacuzzi, and a steam room. There were sauna in each male and female changing rooms. The pool and jacuzzi could get very busy though. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast restaurant was big, however getting a table could be competitive at certain times. We did not dine at the restaurant as the menu didn’t inspire us and it was not cheap, but there are plenty of restaurants in the old town nearby. We had amazing pizza and ice cream at Amalfi restaurant across the road. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
