Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und der kleine Spa Bereich ganz nett. Allerdings sind alle weiteren Annehmlichkeiten, die ein 4* Spa Hotel mit sich bringen sollte, sehr enttäuschend. Es wurden keine separaten Handtücher für den Spa Bereich zur Verfügung gestellt, auch konnten benutzte Handtücher (Nass, Chlor, Schweiß) NICHT getauscht werden. Möchte man ein sauberes Handtuch haben, muss man neue Handtücher für 3€/Stück erwerben. Es werden keine Hotel Slipper zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese müssen für 2€ gekauft werden. Teilweise liefen Leute daher in Straßenschuhen zum Spa oder auch barfuß durchs gesamte Hotel. Die Minibar ist auf Grund von Covid geschlossen mit dem Vermerk es sei alles jederzeit an der Rezeption käuflich. Leider hat das bei uns nicht einmal geklappt. In den Badezimmern gibt es nur "Alles in einem" Seifenspender. Conditioner, Body Lotion etc. Waren nicht vorhanden. Selbst unter ökologischen, nachhaltigen Aspekten gibt es hier bereits bessere Lösungen. Kein schlechtes Hotel, den Zusatz Spa und 4* sehe ich jedoch an kaum einer Stelle.

Love it here, 3rd stay, usually each for 1-2 weeks. This year there were a few issues, door not locking, having to pay for pool slippers, it feels as though cost management has taken away some of the nice softer edges. Still a great spa and pool.

Personalet var søde og vi blev opgraderet til et godt værelse. Gode faciliteter med en stor dejlig spa og sauna/dampbade. God morgenmad. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og der er gode parkeringspladser i kælderen.

WOW! Even better than we expected - primarily with the spa areas being totally included - for some reason I didn't pick up on the 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms being included. So fun! Room was nice and very comfortable and breakfast was good/pleasant. Hallways were kind of dim but otherwise no complaints! Would definitely stay again. Great location and value.

Das Zimmer wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt, obwohl ich darum gebeten haben, dass es jeden zweiten Tag zu reinigen. Es wurden nur die Handtücher gewechselt und der Müll ausgeleert.Das Personal waren nicht freundlich, ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Hotellet tilsvarer ikke et firestjerners hotell. Ikke bra service. Badegulvet var ikke vasket når vi kom. Måtte be om at de kom for å vaske det. Lå tørket urin under doen. Rommene er ikke utstyrt med strykejern. De hadde ikke renhold på rommet gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi måtte tømme søppel selv, sette søppel utenfor rommet for at de skulle tømme søppel. Måtte ringe etter dopapir og rene håndklær. Massøren var ikke bra. Fikk ikke bestille roomservice.

Great experience! The location was ideal. Only 15 minutes from the port and 15 minutes to the Old town. The rooms (Superior) were comfortable, clean and spacious. Only gripe was the mattress - they moved around the whole time… The breakfast was ok, I’ve had better ones. Too few choices of bread, the omelette was like a cake, bacon was not fried enough. We paid 20€ extra for a late departure on the last day. Came back from the town and our keys did not work… Went to the front desk, she fixed the keys, smiled but was not a bit sorry. Well, I guess in Tallinn smiling and eye-contact is enough, being sorry is something too much to ask.

The bed and cushions were identical to hotel next door. Sadly the rooms were too hot even with the Aircon and the room was located next to a busy road where people were loud until the early hours. A fantastic spa and incredible service from the workers who did everything to make our stay great.

Hotel and breakfast was just ok. The spa staff were not very friendly. They didn’t smile at all. We asked for a towel at one point in the spa to wipe the floor because it was wet, and the girl wanted to charge us for the towel. The location was good though.

The hotel is new and very nice. We had the cheapest room due to a short stay but it was very comfortable and spacious. We used the spa too and while crowded it was lovely. The lady at the bar made some excellent cocktails. The parking around the hotel is expensive and not always available. But cheaper than the hotel's carpark. The receptionists are not friendly and do not always act professional. And the hotel is awful in respinding. When we had an issue before our stay, we tried to contact them directly as well as via expedia agents to no avail. And absolutely no willingness to help.

Hôtel avec de nombreuses chambres mais bien insonorisées. Chambre grande, confortable et moderne. idem pour la salle de bain. Propre. L’hôtel est à 5mns à pied de la vieille ville. Bien placé près des transports. L’hôtel se situe dans le nouveau quartier de Rotermann très sympa avec de nombreux bars, cafés et restaurants. Très vivant.

Mycket bra! Läget är perfekt för en som kommer med båt. 10 min promenad. 5 min promenad bort ligger Gamle Stan och kanske 10 min promenad till Rådhustorget. Ligger även i ett fint område med restauranger och shopping. Rekommenderar det starkt.

The hotel was nice especially the spa was great, but the air conditioning of the room was not effictive enough when it was 22 degrees outside. It was too hot to sleep during the night. The breakfast was ok. Juices were quite sweet and the scrambble egg like pudding. You can buy drinks in the spa area. They are ok, nothing special.

Some aspects of breakfast need improving, the presentation of hot food especially the eggs could be a lot better and the hard boiled eggs actually hot. Needs a kettle in the room rather than the silly coffee machine. Pods are not eco friendly. Bigger slipper for the room as no good for size 12 feet or bigger. Larger dressing gown options for the spa. Beds are a bit hard even with the mattress topper. Different pillow options as one pillow was not enough and two pillows to high. Softer bigger towels. Air conditioning difficult to operate with no instructions. Spa towels should be free for hotel staying guests. The Location was very good, near old town and transport links easy once you got use to it.

Excellent hotel next to the Old City. Nice rooms and good breakfast buffet. Spa in hotel has multiple saunas, jacuzzis and cool pool (although unfortunately not for laps). Spa treatments available. I had an excellent massage.
