Excellent stay, very comfortable and quiet room, classy and tasteful. Pleasant spa, just enough pools and sauna options, although it did also get very busy at popular hours. We also very much appreciated the adults only hours in the morning and evening. Good location a little to one side of town but right next to a big shopping centre with a cinema and great shops and within a very comfortable walking distance from old town.

Nice hotel in good location - outside bustle of Old Town but easy walk or Bolt-ride to anywhere you are likely to go in Tallin. Good sized rooms Nice spa amenities - sauna, pool, hot tub. 4:00 chocolates also a fun added value. Unfortunately - the AC had limited effect so our room was uncomfortably warm at night (in August).

This hotel was probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate, quiet, and i had no allergy issues (e.g., dusty, animal hair). The pool temperature was perfect, and i enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. The breakfast buffet offered options for omnivores and vegetarians. The staff were chill and low-key. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel! Incredible quality breakfast and restaurant. Bathrooms were fantastic and so were the staff. Everything perfect. Except for one thing: the single beds were horribly hard. I could not sleep at all first night. 2nd night I got 2h of sleep. Simply from what felt like Soviet era beds. If only they moved, this would have been a 5 star and best hotel in the city. The only bed I can compare it to was the one I had in Pyongyang. I can not say this is the case for other room types or bed sizes, so please take it into consideration

The property was wonderful - very large room, large walk in shower, restaurant, free chocolate bar in the afternoon. Hotel located on a tree- lined street, five minutes from a large grocery store and shopping mall. Would definitely stay again.

Kan anbefale dette hotellet. Nydelig frokost, god seng og generelt god sørvis og hjelpsomt personalet. Det som trekker ned var det ustabile vannet i dusjen. Vekslet mellom varmt og kaldt på samme innstilling.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Although not right in old town it’s a quick and easy walk. It was very quiet and the room was very comfortable and spacious (allowing us to open our suitcases and still have enough space to walk!)

The hotel has potential, but it’s biggest problem is the terrible customer experience of the reception, when checking in. We have given this place now 4-5 changes to change that impression, but now improvement. When you arrive to the hotel there is reception with two desks for two receptionists and long queue customers waiting to be served. There is usually one receptionists working with obviously very old system that has no customer recognition or intelligence. All data is manually added and each time from the scratch. There is usually also another receptionists sitting by the counter doing totally something else than helping with the customer queue. Few weeks ago on Friday evening this unfriendly person was counting coins while check-in queu of over 10 couples took over 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Overall the customer experience is unknown here, and you cannot get a friendly smile anywhere. Hotel rooms are ok, but the bed is quite hard. The spa is small, but ok Breakfast has been good and the lobby bar is actually the most friendliest place of the whole hotel. Parking is 30 euro / night if you are lucky to get a spot and then get the reception to bother to open the gate for you. Location of the hotel is bit far from everything, but it’s quiet.

The hotel was very comfortable, breakfast was very good and spa was wonderful. The room was clean. During our stay, however, there were unpleasant experiences that made the trip less relaxing. We took a room which included access to the spa. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the spa is not included in the price of the room, and should be paid for separately. I had to clarify this with the receptionists, whose customer service could be improved. They were not friendly and did not apologize for this misunderstanding. It was uncomfortable situation. On the second night, the door lock in our room broke and we couldn't get into the room. We were told that the general key of the hotel is with the hotel manager, who was not available on Friday evening. We got another room but all our stuff were in our own room so the night was ruined. Later in the night the key was found and we finally got to our own room, but this shouldn't happen and I was really stressed. In this situation, the customer service wasn’t good sit all. I called again to reception and asked about the situation of the key, because I would have needed my medicine from the room. The receptionist was rude and hung up on my ear. I expected great customer service from such a classy hotel and these experiences negatively affected my experience. I would definitely visit again, but due to these experiences I will unfortunately choose another hotel. This shouldn't happen.

Relativt nytt och fint hotell. Incheckningen var nog den värsta jag upplevt. Vi köade ca halvtimme och fick beskedet att rummet inte var klart. Vid 15-tiden fick den ensamma receptionisten förstärkning av en till så det gick lite snabbare. Efter ytterligare en halvtimme i kö fick vi rummet drygt en timme sent. Total incheckningstid 14-16:20. Hotellet rekommenderas inte till de som ska iväg tidigt. Dåliga rutiner för gäster som ska iväg innan frukosten öppnar. Vi blev lovade frukostpåse med extra kaffe pods (till maskinen på rummet) senast kl 06:30 men den kom aldrig. Detaljer men man har förväntningar på 4-stjärnigt hotell: Minibaren har t ex Prosecco, öl, vin men rummet saknade vinglas. Blev lite tråkigt att skåla ur tandborstglasen.... Skohorn, brukar alltid finnas, liten detalj men ändå. Kaffemaskin finns men bara 2 pods. Rummet var jättefint. Tråkig utsikt från terrassen mot innergården men helt OK :) Personalen gjorde nog sitt bästa men brister i kommunikation, rutiner och ledarskap kan nog bli bättre.

A weird hotel in a residential neighborhood next to a park (stylish and clean though). Grumpy receptionist acting like he was doing you a favor by checking you in. Rude, unwelcoming staff in the tapas bar downstairs. An overpriced rooftop restaurant with no hostess. Waiters practically ignoring you. No drinking water in the room; just an overpriced minibar. Not coming back to this hotel.

Very slow check in (20min) with only 3 couples before us. All other things great. Location is good. If you like quiet rooms this is your place. You don’t hear the street , other guests and no sound from corridor. Great breakfast and spa that is included in price. We will come back. 👍

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, das Hotel liegt nur ca 20 Bus-Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, Busstation 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut für fussläufige Erkundungen der Altstadt bis nach Kadriorg, das nett eingerichtete Zimmer war sauber, die Betten hatten qualitätsvolle Matratzen, wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und ordentlich angerichtet, die Sitzgelegenheiten waren angenehm, das Personal freundlich. Eine nette Idee ist die Schoko-Stunde am Nachmittag. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gern weiter. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass hier Hunde nicht gestattet sind, so dass wir bei einem nächsten Besuch mit Auto und Hund leider eine andere Unterkunft wählen müssten.

Friendly staff, nice & clean & quiet room. The distance to the old city centre is 10 - 15 minutes walking - great location of the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast with the buffet and a la carte omelette choices a lot. Spa was very inviting with pool to swim, steam bath, cold pool (10 degrees), sauna and warm pool (40 degrees). Great plus was the chocolate hour: including chocolate fountain and fruits and some delicious treats. In short we would go again to the Mövenpick hotel and also recommend to friends and family.
