Désagréable surprise, la piscine et le sauna étaient fermés pour travaux. En remplacement, il nous a été offert l'accès à la piscine du Movenpick (10mn à pied par moins 15°), bien moins luxueuse et surpeuplée. De plus, le bar du 31e étage avec vue sur la ville était fermé au public pour un évènement privé ! Il n'a réouvert que le dimanche à 15h00, heure à laquelle nous devions repartie pour l'aéroport. Donc grosse déception… Appelez l'hôtel avant toute réservation pour savoir si les infrastructures proposées seront bien ouvertes

Beautiful Spa and pool. The gym was very well equipped. All staff were professional but with a lovely natural and friendly manner. As for the breakfast….the most amazing breakfast selection we have ever had during a hotel stay. We’d without a doubt stay again and recommend it highly to anyone considering Swissotel Tallinn.

Nothing wrong with this hotel, but then again nothing was exceptional either. The bed & especially the pillows were somehow really uncomfortable to sleep in, but luckily more pillow options were available. I missed the info that spa was not included in the price, so we had to pay 15e/person for spa access and the spa was just one pool and a rather cold sauna, so I wouldn't recommend paying extra for that. Customer service was quite blunt at the reception. The sky bar was amazing and the service there was exquisite. Probably will not be staying here again as there are nicer hotels available roughly at the same price in Tallinn.

The rooms are tired and the led lighting is worn out. Dents and scratches from heavy use. Wouldn’t give it a 9 practical. I would say a solid average. The spa steam sauna was not working and the pool was cloudy. Didn’t seem it had been kept properly. Entered and left the spa. It was very disappointing and the reason I booked here. Bed was good and bathroom was large.

The hotel housekeeping should work better. The room was dirty. The body shampoo was empty when I got there, it was empty when I left, hahaha. Nobody checked. I guess it is a 4 star hotel the one in Talinn, so it is lower end 4 star. Worst value. The staff is not what you would typically experienced in other four stars in central Europe or USA, they are definetly not polite (spa and reception) they are also understaff, lines of check in and check out. Interesting point was, my reaervation said what is included and what is not included, but they asked additional daily use for the hotel pool.

Amazing stay, great value for money as the room was huge and very comfortable with all the amenities we could wish for - hairdryer, big shower, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/lotion, a big TV. Views over the city spectacular. Very clean, very quiet and staff friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be back.

A few members of staff at check in were very rude and unhelpful which meant our stay did not start very well. That being said, the hotel itself is good, the rooms are beautifully decorated, bed is exceptionally comfy and the amenities are great. Another great touch was how well our room was cleaned during our stay, making the room lovely to come back to. The location is very good, about a 12 minute walk to the centre of Tallin. My only issue was with the service we received at reception.

We were excited for our stay, but this was easily the most disappointing hotel of our entire trip,and we expected it to be the best. The room temperature never dropped below 24.5°C, even overnight. That’s well above the healthy sleep range (15.5–19.5°C) and made for a hot, restless, and uncomfortable couple of nights. Climate control at this level should be a given, not an afterthought. When I asked about it, the staff offered excuses, but the reality is that every other hotel and Airbnb we stayed at across the Baltics was significantly more comfortable. Our next stop was a three-star hotel, and it was far better. Housekeeping also failed to meet expectations. We were out for the entire day, and we did not leave the “do not disturb” sign on the door. Yet no one cleaned our room, and someone only knocked around 16:30 after we had already returned. That is simply not acceptable at any level, let alone five-star. The only bright spot was Mark, who kindly brought us a mattress pad and extra pillows when we asked about the pillow menu. The mattress was very firm, and the pad made a noticeable difference. Mark was friendly and helpful—but I also noticed the mattress pad was badly stained when helping him set it up. Still, he was the only person who showed any effort to make our stay more comfortable. Also worth noting: if you value bathroom privacy, this hotel is not for you. The toilet and shower area is separated by frosted glass, not a real wall, meaning you can see the pers

Hello, I had a reservation with you for Saturday to Sunday night, and I would like to provide some feedback. Firstly, the room was a bit untidy when we arrived. There was dirt on the towels, which I mentioned to the front desk. Also, when I went for breakfast, I couldn’t get coffee right away. The coffee machine was broken at first, and I had to wait 30 minutes for the coffee to be made. When I finally got it, it had burnt at the bottom. I paid for the room, but unfortunately, my trip was spoiled overall because of the condition of the room.

Third time stay. Always a great experience. We were fortunate enough to be assigned a high-floor room, offering breathtaking harbour city view. We would highly recommend requesting a high-floor room if possible. The added benefit of the view alone made the stay exceptional. And ask for bath, not shower.

Great location, easy to walk around or do sightseeing. Very clean, very quiet hotel, large room, amazing view, bathroom is large and modern. All facilities are in the room. Breakfast was impressive, personnel very helpful. Only minus point was the personnel in the bar of the 30th floor , does not correspond to a 5 star hotel, arrogant, not friendly personnel, present you with a questionable bill at the end and by questions become rude and show unprofessional behaviour.

I normally don’t write reviews about hotels I say at, but this time I have to review the Swiss in Tallinn because the unexpected mixed experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy, but…cold. The room temperature was absolutely reminding of a cheap hostel, and there was nothing to be done about it, I turned the heat up to the maximum but it stayed the same. Secondly, the “spirit” or “feel” of a high class five star hotel was missing. I have been warned several times at the check in that “breakfast is not included”, which I acknowledged and confirmed I will pay for. In fact, the front desk blocked a deposit on my credit card for incidentals. Next morning, I had to spend 5 minutes at the door to the breakfast room, because the host there wouldn’t let me in until he made sure I actually PAID 28 Euro, in front of him. I told him I will charge it to my room but he was adamant “cash or card”. That was absolutely embarrassing and unexpected from a 5 star hotel. The problem was that the next morning the situation repeated itself (with a different host) , but I made a point of not paying for it and insisting to have that charged to my room. The process took so long that a 10-15 guests queue was formed. Incredibly embarrassing. Same kind of issues were also present at the spa: the host agreed to supply me with a robe, a towel and slippers only after a very insistent request on my end - I was told that I should come down already prepared and with the

The hotel is located centrally and is in walking distance form the old town and harbour. Great restaurants are close by. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great (once someone notices you for wanting a coffee). The room is spacious but some things just don't match. Like the bathroom has a 2 meter long mirror, but no sufficient lights. The bed is hard as a rock and in contrary the pillows are so soft that they are useless. As one of the tallest buildings in the country also easy to spot from far. With the height, you have an awesome top-floor lounge with stunning views. Unfortunately some elements like the chairs are very dated and squeaky, which you would not expect from this level of a hotel. It has all the foudation to be the best hotel in Estonia, but with the small details lacking, it has some work to do.

Beautiful hotel. Although I don't think service was worth it for a 5 star hotel. The check in was really slow and the ac didn't work in the room so had to change the room. I said about the ac to the receptionist before going out for a meal and she said she will go check it. When we came back different people were at the reception and they didnt know if someone had been up to our room or not. So went back to the room to see if the ac has started working but it didnt so went back down to the reception and they said they will change our room. Went back up to get our stuff and then back down where they didnt even set the room ready for us. So had to wait again for it all to be sorted when it could've been done while we are getting our luggage. Usually situations like this we've got a key for the new room and been able to move there without taking keys and running up and down to the reception and waiting round. No compensation for anything and such a poor service. Better service in a 4 star hotel so not gonna go back again.

We spent 4 nights here and were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a harbour view room. It was very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely big bed, nice bathroom. Everything was good. It was my husband’s birthday & Constantine organised a delicious surprise cake to be delivered to the room.

Have visited this hotel several times. Definitely not 5-star hotel anymore which it formerly was. During check-in receptionist claimed that spa is not included to our reservation which is not true according Hotels.com hotel page. After this show receptionist asked additional payment for early check-in (we were there about 70mins before actual and room was ready). Tried to force me to join some non-sense ad mailing list to avoid this payment. Breakfast is high-class but level of service is very poor. For example some tables got coffee served some not etc. In the room you are able to see through toilets door which still makes no sense to me. Some renovation is needed in rooms Will try another hotel next time kkekee

Awesome hotel for any special occasion/business usage. We had anniversary here and the reception offered a special cake and some message card. Sauna/gym are well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for all the visitors.

This is actually one of the best hotels I have experienced. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 21st floor, so the view was great. We had pretty much a standard room but it is still spacy and the bathroom was much larger than what you get at most hotels. The breakfast is excellent with very friendly staff. The chef cooks great omelettes on request. Nice skybar on top floor. Very nice spa-area. One day, my daughter asked for an extra pillow. The staff in the reception then presented a "pillow-menu" with a number of different pillows to choose from. I am definitely coming back to this hotel, absolutely loved it! Such a genuine service touch.
