If you need to use the internet, you should not stay at this hotel. Wifi is not serviceable. The shower was in I’ll repair, and leaked everywhere. The fitness center is very good, but also often has a lot of people that clearly aren’t hotel guests monopolizing the space.

4週間滞在しました。その感想を良い印象と悪い印象に分けて述べます。先ず、良い点。良いと思ったのはスパのアクセスがフリー。広いプールとサウナがいくつかあり、とてもリラックスできます。残念なことに帰国日の前にメンテナンスでクローズしました。スタッフはフレンドリーで朝食会場のお片付けの速さは驚くべきものです。朝食は必要なものは揃っています。ただ、400室以上あるので常に客が多く。賑わっています。部屋は古いので、あちこちメンテナンスが必要もありますが、バスルームは広く、ベッドルームの壁には棚やクローゼットがたくさんあります。お掃除や手術交換も頻繁にしてくれて心地よく過ごせました。ホテルエントランス前とすぐ近くにバス停があり、頻繁にバスが来ます。どこへ行くにも大変便利 8月なのに寒い時はストーブを貸してくれました。また利用したいホテルです。次に悪い点。５つ星をつけなかったのは朝食レストランの食材が不安定だったこと。いつも提供されていた蜂蜜がないので聞いてみると「今日はありません。」という返事。その日によって食材の不安定さが目立った。　ここの売りの設備のサウナについてもマナーの悪い客が目立つ。サウナ内で販売されているドリンクについてもドリンクの容器を持ったままジャグジーにやってきて、その容器を放置したまま出て行く人もいる。アルコールを飲酒したままサウナに入る人もいた。このホテルのサウナはレジャー用というよりも、ホテル以外から会員制で施設利用して一種のリハビリの健康センターの用もなしているように感じた。これではリハビリにやってきた人に対して迷惑をかけるのではないか。ドリンクの販売方法を一考する必要はないでしょうか。　今回、このホテルで一番困ったのは wi-fi の性能があまりにも劣悪だったということです。公共スペースではそれなりに使えるが、一旦部屋に戻ると電波があまりにも弱くて繋がらないことが多かった。繋がっても途中でいつの間にか途切れていたりした。レセプションに行き、 wi-fi の繋がり方が悪いと述べると部屋番号を聞かれ「改善します。」という答えでしたが、何の改善もなかったようです。持参の SIM を使って wi-fi の変わりをさせていたが、持っていたSIMの容量を超えてしまい買い替えしなけれ乗らなくなった。今までこんな経験をしたことはない。これは他の人も同じようで、レセプションで同じような苦情を言っている人を何人か見かけた。　エストニアといえば、 IT の最先端国という風な印象を受けていたが、これではとてもそんな風には思えない。これは是非改善してもらいたい。色々苦情を述べたが、相対的な印象は悪くありませんでした。部屋は少し手狭でしたが、収納スペースも用意されており、部屋の掃除も行き届いていて対応も早かった。再度利用したいと思うので、以上述べたことをマネジメントよろしくお願いします。

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Fint spa med 2 pools, 2 forskellige saunaer og 2 boblebad med forskellig temperatur. Virkelig stort fitness med rigtig mange maskiner. Rengøringen på værelset var desværre ikke den bedste. Der lå sæbe og vand udover vasken og der var flere lange hår på gulvet og beskidt i toilettet. Jeg tvivler derfor på at det var gjort rent (selve værelset var fint). Det er udelukkende rengøringen, der har trukket ned i min samlet vurdering

+ Bra läge och fint pool. - Väldigt smutsigt rum när vi checkade in. Var tvugna att byta rum efter samtal med personalen. - Enormt smutsiga och äckliga sängkläder, både i första och andra rummet. Eftersom AC:n inte gjorde rummet tillräckligt kallt på sommaren så tog jag ut täcket ur lakanet. Flera gula fläckar. Personalen bytte it ut täcket trots att det var uppenbart smutsigt. - Matsalen var på tok för liten för den stora mängden gäster. Känndes som en skolmatsal.

Hope they will read this, same as potential future clients. The hotel is nice overall, good location, lovely Italian restaurant at the found floor, great spa (thank you, Mrs Krista) and great pool. But dear Park Inn team, the 7th floor belongs to your hotel too. There was no carpet on the floor although funny thing is on the wall we had a painting with the history of our hotel room carpet. That’s not necessarily an issue, but the floor looked as if Wolverine was kept prisoner there. I regret not taking a picture. There were no amenities whatsoever, again, not an issue. But for the shower, instead of the Hair & Body cream (proudly made by Dove for Park Inn), we had Hand cream, same as for the sink. They have green cleaning policy, but even if we let the mark on the door at 9:00 am, nobody came to our room for cleaning by 10 pm when we returned. So we had to go to the reception for clean towels. Ah, I forgot. Because they didn’t reply to the phone, so we had to go downstairs. The bed was kinda soft, but ok. The towels were clean, but we had a hole in one. Also the mattress cover was dirty. Not sure what else could have been more wrong in one room. We arrived in a very good spirit, but the experience at your hotel was quite negative. We wouldn’t visit you again in the future. Hope this feedback helps you work on your minuses and don’t disappoint more customers

The hotel is the perfect base for exploring Tallin. Hotel was lovely and in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean. The spa was great to come back to after a day of walking. Breakfast was plentiful and a great selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Tallin

Abgenutzte Ausstattung im Zimmer, offensichtliche "Macken" in Teppich, Furnier, Fließen, Wänden... Sauberkeit oberflächlich gut, im Detail sollte man besser nicht hinsehen. I have stayed at this hotel for tow nights and my experience has been very good. The hotel is clean and well maintained, check-in is easy and smooth, and the customer service is excellent. L’hôtel n’a tenu compte d’aucune des demandes formulées lors de la réservation. Il a fallu que je le leur fasse remarquer pour obtenir un changement de chambre. La nouvelle chambre était certes plus calme, mais le Wi-Fi y fonctionnait à peine et par intermitence. Malgré mes demandes quotidiennes pour qu’une solution soit trouvée, rien n’a été fait, en dépit des promesses répétées. Le petit-déjeuner est certes copieux, mais d’une qualité médiocre. Cet établissement vit de ses acquis : de belles photos mises en avant et sans doute des contrats avec des tours-opérateurs, mais il se désintéresse totalement des clients individuels.

They need to redo the floor of the bathroom, every time I took a shower the bathroom flooded, it was a mess Staff sent a technician but he said that they need to keep the room free for at least a couple of weeks to work on this big issue Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and the hotel is close to the historic part of the city

Wifi(Internet verbindung) war sehr schlecht. In keinem hotel, in dem ich ginge ist wie Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn. Leider haben wir unsere Fähre nach tallinn verpasst und können wir nicht Zwei Tage in diesem Hotel. Wir haben um einem Änderung per Internet gefragt, keiner hat geantwortet. Frühstück Buffet war ok, aber nicht überragend. Das Hotel hat 2 einzeln Betten, statt ein großes Bett. Es war unangenehm für uns als Ehepaar. Die Tür von dem Schlafzimmer hat keinen Schlüssel gehabt.

This is a big hotel. Room and bed was comfortable however we were in the older building and the very furthest room from the stairs and elevator and reception area. WiFi did not work in our room, they need a booster. That said we had a great view!

Frokosten var bra og treningsrommet har godt utstyrt. Spurte etter morgenkåpe ved spaet, men det fikk jeg ikke, det skulle jeg tatt med fra rommet, noe jeg ikke visst. Var liten servicevillighet der. Var uheldig og opplevde litt rot ved innsjekk her, fikk både en ødelagt nøkkel og et rom hvor det allerede bodde noen andre før jeg på tredje forsøk fikk eget rom med nøkkel som fungerte. Beliggenheten passet oss godt og det så godt tilrettelagt ut for kjørende gjester.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa in Tallinn and had the worst experience ever. I went there to relax and spend my vacation alone, hoping for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. However, my experience was unforgettable, and not in a good way. Why? The receptionist at the spa was incredibly rude to me, not just once, but twice. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and ruined what should have been a relaxing part of my stay. Despite paying for an expensive hotel to spend time at the spa, I only used it once because of this horrible experience. As someone who travels frequently, this was the first time I encountered such an inconvenient and disappointing situation. The lack of customer service and courtesy was shocking, especially from a well-known hotel chain. I expected much more from the Park Inn by Radisson, but instead, I left feeling stressed and frustrated. The hotel facilities might be good, but the service was severely lacking. It’s a shame because the potential for a great experience was there, but the rude behavior of the spa receptionist overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming environment. This experience left me with a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.

this is the second time ive stayed at the park inn in tallinn and i will be going back the staff are grate helpful and polite i asked two staff members for there names as they exceeded all my expectations one was called carman the other was ksenia i dont know there second names but they where the best staff i had come across in all the hotels ive stayed in they even servied a person from the usa minites before the bar shut and help him with food as he had just arrived wish more staff were like this in other hotels

The room was ok, but when the toilet does not flush, we call the front desk. They promised to send someone to fix it right away, the repairman never came. We could not use the toilet. Also, we ask for the Old Town map, the reception lady pointed us at a table. When we could not find it and asked again, she came over and checked and said we should go down to the Information Center. What a useless and lazy receptionist.

Disappointed with the service - check in staff were helpful but we needed housekeeping service for extra pillows - the phone in the room didn’t work and we had to call directly and were put on hold with no answer for over 40 mins then never received the pillows.

I always stay in this hotel and it has never disappoint me. I like this hotel so much. Buffee breakfast which is always the best. The swimming pool, The freedom to enjoy the place and services. The cleanness everywhere. The check-inn girl she deserves points, she explained everything well and in a way its just me and her hears. The only weak thing i faced was the bedroom floor didnt had floor heating which made it so cold but they brought us extra battery. We enjoy alot, and i would reccomend to every one.

Altstadtnahes Hotel mit großzügigem Bade- und Spabereich. Etwas unterschätzt hatte ich, dass man zu Fuß jeweils den Domberg rauf und runter muss, um in die Altstadt zu gelangen. Für den Weg kann man sich aber beim wunderbar großzügigen und facettenreichen Frühstück stärken. Die Zimmer sind funktional, aber ausreichend. Für meinen Geschmack ist das Hotel schon etwas arg "groß", was sich etwa in der stark belebten Lobby zeigt und eine gewisse Unruhe schafft. Sehr empfehlenswert ist aber der riesige Poolbereich mit mehreren Saunen sowie großem Umkleide- und Duschraum. Wer nicht in der Altstadt oder in der Nähe zum Hafen wohnen muss, kann hier auf jeden Fall gut zugreifen.

Totalt et bra opphold og jeg bad om overmadrass da senga var veldig hard og de fikset det. Men utvalget på glutenfri mat var elendig og de kunne ikke lage noe gf pannekaker, smårett pølser , toast eller annet som vi er vant med fra andre hoteller. Hotellet har fin og rolig beliggenhet nært gamlebyen.

Bra sängar men dåliga kuddar. Litet badrum Frukosten var ej så bra. Dåligt kaffe men tack och lov fanns det kaffemaskiner. Andra frukosten var det fullproppat så svårt att hitta ett bord. Låg centralt till Gamla stan så det är ett plus. Jag prövade inte spa avdelningen. Bra hotell när man åker ensam.

Room and hotel a little dated, however the bed was the most comfy thing I have ever slept in, the TV was great and big, and the shower lovely. The spa was included which was lovely.. And the breakfast had so much choice!

Beautiful Property. Bus stop nearby. Train station is walkable but not with luggage. Ferry terminal is taxi ride away. Old Town is adjacent. Rooms is spacious. People loved the spa. Breakfast was available early - Big Spread. Seems like the best hotel in Tallinn.

The hotel is the perfect base for exploring Tallin. Hotel was lovely and in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean. The spa was great to come back to after a day of walking. Breakfast was plentiful and a great selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Tallin
