Good hotel & pool area, staff helpful, breakfast fine. For getting around use metro as staff recommend. Area very badly designed with what should be easy connections blocked. Walked to china town got metro back as so much easier. Area is safe, not many bars in area but Hotel has good roof top bar

We arrived at 11:30 pm after a long day travelling, only to find that the bed for our son had not been made in the bedroom, despite this being on the booking. They then tried to charge us for breakfast for our son, despite that being on the booking too. Breakfast itself is very low quality, omelets are made to order but undercooked due to staff trying to get through the long queue quickly, in general, breakfast is a very low-cost affair. We paid for a duplex suite room, and between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. everyday there was building work above us due to the swimming pool refurbishment, and building work along the corridor as bedrooms were being refurbished. Percussion drills reverberating through the walls. No prior warning about this before arriving at the hotel. Pool deck is dangerously wonky and the pool itself is very overcrowded. Good luck getting one of the 6 sunbeds too. Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately, a shame as we have stayed at much better aloft hotels in the past.

Classy, clean and spacious rooms. USB plugs for your mobile, tablet or a PC are in all rooms. Liked the infinity pool on the top floor, which felt like private for us only since there was no one using it at night. The pool water was a bit lukewarm (we Europeans like it a bit warmer in hot weather). Staff was super polite and everything was 5 star. Especially convenient for quick to/from airport with KL Sentral station just accross the street which has a direct line to the airport with KLIA Express.

Whilst a little off the main areas taxis are easy and cheap. The hotel room was great with an excellent view. The room top bar was brilliant with amazing staff. Breakfast has lots of options but a little limited on the western breakfast side.

Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen per Expresszug optimal, und sehr viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel v quasi vor dem Haus, ebenso ein großes Einkaufszentren mit zahlreichen Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Toll auch der Pool im 30. Stock. Beim Frühstück vielfältiges Angebot bei guter Qualität und sehr umsichtigem Service.

Great location next to Sentral station and Nu shopping centre with easy access by internal walk through. Had 3 in a loft room. Sofa bed took up most space downstairs, but it worked for us. Lucky there is a toilet upstairs. Big bathroom otherwise facilities average for large hotel. The upstairs bar and pool did not give me the 'vibe' so didn't go there. Gym average size not that big, restaurant only frequented for buffet brekky was decent size but still queued one morning, otherwise good for family vacation. Wifi pretty good to me. But best of all is location although there are a few other hotels around to choose form like Hilton and Le Meridien. Aloft is Marriott. From and to airport on train very convenient. And if you have MAS flight as we did can check in there too.

While Aloft is the affordable choice in the Marriott group I expected a bit more. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The staff at front of hotel were very good. Unfortunately better cleaning of rooms (at least my room) is needed. The fridge had food items left from a previous guest in it and tags and labels from a shirt were left in the closet area. There were also stains/watermarks on many of the walls. Many positives but more attention is needed in housekeeping.

What can I say? This hotel is so convenient, clean and met our needs perfectly. A special shout out to the staff at the Aloft. The service here was phenomenal, especially housekeeping. Our room was spotless each day. What stood out to us was a very simple thing really, but it took some recognition and effort by whoever cleaned our room yesterday (we stayed in room 1908). So we have been traveling now for over a week and hit the laundry mat across the street to do a load of clothes. I brought a clothesline from home and hung many items that I wanted to air dry. While we were out, our room was cleaned and someone took the time to place a clothes rack with hangers in the room, to give us more space to hang things. It was such a simple thing really, but it took someone to recognize a need and then retrieve this and set it up in our room. We never asked for this, but found it incredibly thoughtful.

Conveniently located within the KL Sentral transport hub. Spacious, while minimalistic rooms. Only issue with the room is that there were no day curtains - so, you would have to sit with the blinds down and no natural light for privacy. Enjoyed the gym, pool & buffet breakfast.

The location is excellent, next to a mall where you can get your meal, coffee, shopping fix almost immediately. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff at reception are helpful and willing to assist you in their best. I will come back to Aloft if I am coming back to KL. Thumbs up.

Check in was great. Check out was far from good. There was a queue and the wait was long. I asked the staff if there was only one staff working, he said curtly ‘yes only one staff’. After waiting some time longer, I asked again if he could handle check out since the guest in front of me was filling out a form. That’s when he said ‘you can just drop the key’. Why didn’t he ask if anyone in the queue was checking out so that they can also drop the keys? It could have saved our time. He was also not being polite, not rude but definitely not a front liner calibre compared to his peers who handled our check in. Room is big and sparse, do not have the cosy feeling. Don’t think will stay again.

First impression was ruined at check in. Staff shared that reservation was cancelled by Expedia and requested for me to settle it with Expedia. This was despite me showing that the reservation was not cancelled on my end. After checking, Expedia then informed that this was due to a cancellation by the hotel. This was only resolved after a solution was provided by the platform. Would appreciate that such matters be resolved between both the hotel and the platform instead of turning the customer away and attributing fault to each other. Apart from this, hotel was clean and staff were attentive/accommodated my needs for the rest of my stay.

Very bad experience in F&B section, WXYZ not welcoming at all, the male with yellow highlighted hair (just because im wearing short pants with sling bag dosent mean im not able to pay for ur food!!) Coffee house - staff not even know when is the high tea period (but except Dee yong and a spiky hair gentle ment very helpful) Room very dark at night (especial at the entrance), GM n RM should go in at night and access the lux. Check in very good n friendly Housekeeping staff L23 Kobus very helpful, thoughtful as he knew im having leg ache, he put an extra hardpillow at the lower bed for my leg to rest. Room very clean but very hot at day (the window not heat resistance this will Increased ur chill water consumption n ur utilities bill)

Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Dissapointed by service and quality of XYZ restaurant. Service was so slow I had to leave without reciving what Id ordered and they have refused to give a refund. Poor area is dated and showing lots of wear which I wouldnt expect for this calibre of property.

Great place to rest, refresh and recharge in comfort during a busy weekend sightseeing. Convenient access to bus and train to city, all the amenities needed for comfortable stay with the coat of downtown. Beautiful pool, comfortable bed, decent food, clean room, quiet during the night and excellent breakfast buffet with selection of Asian and Western options. Nothing was too difficult for our host Ibrahim, who arranged late checkout, baggage storage while we went sightseeing, and a shower before a late evening flight. Will definitely stay again next time in KL.

Pænt og rent værelse. Dejlig og varieret morgenbuffet. En morgen hvor jeg stod og fumlede med min fyldte tallerken og kaffekop og en ansat "Supra" hjalp mig med at bære det hen til bordet. Jeg trækker en stjerne fordi der pga. firmafest var lukket i baren i rooftop. Det er ikke ok for hotellets øvrige gæster.
