We are not a party hostel. We do not accept stag or hen parties, or groups whose main purpose is partying or drinking in Hamburg. Thank you for understanding. Guests under 18 travelling without a parent or legal guardian must provide written parental consent including contact details of a parent or legal guardian. Please do not bring sleeping bags or your own bed linen. Bed linen is provided by us. Reception check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00. Late/self check-in may be possible until midnight, but only by prior arrangement and after confirmation from us. Please note that informing us of a late arrival does not automatically guarantee a check-in after reception hours, as the number of available late check-in slots is limited. For the comfort of other guests in the dorms, arrivals after midnight are not possible. Check-out is until 11:00. Unfortunately, late check-outs are not available. For refundable bookings, cancellation is free of charge until 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged the first night of the stay. If you do not arrive and have not informed us of your late arrival or cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and the full remaining amount of the reservation will be charged. For non-refundable bookings, the conditions of the selected non-refundable rate apply. No refund is available after cancellation.
