Springwood Tower Apartment Hotel

Good location , good size rooms , very annoying that the hotle gym shuts at 8pm , should be open as its swipe card entry . Advertised as gym available then they close it

Great location close to freeway entry and exit points as well as supermarkets and eateries. Spacious apartment with everything we needed, secure parking and polite and welcoming staff. The room was a bit dated in the decor but that's a minor point. Would stay again.

Our 1 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor was spacious and clean. Decor is a little outdated but nice. Bath with overhead shower was a little difficult to step into. Needs a hand rail. Laundry nicely concealed behind mirrored sliding doors in the bathroom. Large full length balcony from living area & bedroom. Balcony seating would have been nice. Onsite staff were friendly and accommodating.

Wasn’t informed correctly about the parking Got back to room after out drinking. A note was left under the door. Requesting our car to moved. Not happy!

Limited parking allocation. Reception was closed when we arrived, even though I had told them we would arrive at 2 pm, & was informed Sophie, would be there. Bathrooms were dirty. Beds uncomfortable

The apartment hotel is fairly close to the motorway; however, double glazing on the glass doors blocked out all the noise from the motorway. Our apartment was spacious & clean with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. The bed was a little hard for us; a bamboo topper would easily address that. The apartments are walking distance to Thai Orchid restaurant; the best dining option in the area, in our opinion. Good service, great ambience & delicious food. We also dined at the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. We were the only diners. We were very unimpressed with the conduct of one of the male staff who sat in the dining room having a rather heated discussion with a woman in Chinese on speaker. It was very loud & completely ruined our dining experience. He eventually took himself & his phone call out the back door of the restaurant, but should have done so right from the start. We considered his behaviour very rude & unacceptable. The lady who took our orders & served our meals was very pleasant. The seafood meal was very disappointing. The seafood was tough, the vegetables very hard & the sauce tasted like hot water mixed with cornflour. Yuk! Our comments in no way reflect on our opinion of the apartment hotel, as we would happily stay there again, but will never dine at the Chinese restaurant again. There is also an Indian restaurant there, so we will try that next time.

Springwood Towers was a surprise package. Very pleasant reception, great location for access to freeways etc and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again next time we’re up this way.

Comfy and clean room, very quiet

Spacious apartment which was very clean and tidy.

No air conditioning in bed rooms very hot and uncomfortable Mattresses feel old and bouncy Insects in the bedroom Hardly any coat hangers Washing machine didn’t work properly making loud mechanical noises. Bed linen was filthy in 2 rooms ( food was between the mattress and the valance in one room and in the other it looked like possible food or poo stains on the top of the valance in the other room . I would not recommend staying here.

As a family of 6 it was the perfect place to stay. Spacious, beds for everyone and clean and comfortable.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment it was huge

Booked 1 bedroom apartment, 2nd bedroom was locked as would be expected but so was the main bathroom which left us to use a tiny ensuite bathroom. Split system aircon in lounge area was not blowing cold air, fan provided in bedroom was cheapo pedestal fan that did nothing. Good location and very spacious apartment, also very clean but quite dated.

Property is about what you would expect given the price. But the condition is tired, the lighting poor, although the staff were helpful.

Wasn’t very happy when we arrived with my family just before midnight and confirming with reception 1 week before that would be fine arriving late and security will check us in, no thats wasn’t the case security refused entry, refused to check if we had a booking, pretty much told to go away.

Was in the area for a Cheer competition and the Hotel was great and the late check out was great thank team at the Hotel definitely coming back.👍

Good value for money but you need to keep the windows close because of the nearby highway. Not a biggie.
