AC did not work properly. Over all condition is poor. Beds are clean that’s a plus.

The hotel is out of Dubrovnik about 1:30 minutes but is on our way to Split , is family own is clean is reason breakfast

Property was ok, but the rooms were very basic. The air conditioning did not seem to work, and to top that the light went out around 10 pm and did not come back even by the morning when we were leaving.
